Friendly & Respectful Service, Appointment times are always easy and convenient, Great communication and explanations of services being done and services needed. This is my 3rd time here for 3 different service and each time they were courteous and patient ( even when 1 time I was not so courteous or patient)

Victoria (aka Tori) and Mavis Sicklerville are AMAZING!I had to come in for a long list of services per my diagnostic from the dealership. Of course, their prices were way out of my budget, so I went to my local Mavis to get the job done. When I called to get a quote the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and patient as he was able to beat the prices of the dealership. From there I was able to book an appointment for the very next day. When I came in, Victoria assisted me with checking in and after reviewing my car, informed me of another service that she'd recommend I get or my new tires would be destroyed without it. When she quoted the price I felt defeated because I knew how important it was for the additional service but it was completely out of my intended budget. She reassured me that she'd check with her mechanic to move some numbers around and in no more than 2 minutes she called me over and let me know that she was able to keep me within my budget. She's such a blessing and I am forever grateful for the customer service and care Mavis Sicklerville was able to provide me. 10/10 would recommend!

This specific location of Mavis is THE BEST. I had an issue with my alternator after buying a brand new battery for my vehicle the day before. I got there at 5:15pm, and these guys took my car in that moment--knowing the job would take an hour--and still did it with a smile! I am SO GRATEFUL--they really came through for me and I did not have to even take a day off from work(I'm a single mom). They did great work--my car is running just fine now. THANK YOU for going above and beyond! You will have my business forever--SO PLEASED!!!

This location is always going the extra mile to help in any way they can. They are extremely thorough, detail oriented and empathetic to how important a speedy resolution is.It's refreshing to find a shop I can trust and that is will to take the time to do things right.Kudos and will 100% percent continue to turn them with my future needs.Top notch!

Mavis Tire Sicklerville has exceeded my expectations! From my initial phone call to ask about a quote to the completion of my services. T & Nick are absolutely amazing & helpful.I bought 4 new tires and got an oil change. The cost was reasonable & within my budget, they communicated well, they were professional, pleasant & polite, service was completed in a timely manner & they addressed all my questions and concerns. T even created a work station area for me, I was able to get some work done while I waited. They ve definitely secured a lifetime customer for sure 10/10 I recommend!

I m disabled so it s not always easy for me to get work done on my car. I called today and spoke with Tori and she walked me through everything that they can do for me and was very reassuring. Went in today for an oil change and brake test pads and could not have left happier. The customer service at this mavis is unmatched. Tori (hope my spelling is correct) goes above and beyond just like the rest of the staff. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.

They were awesome. Came in with metal object stuck on tire, completely expecting a new tire. The tire was actually fine, and they did try to buy a tire did not need. Honesty like this is tough to find these days.

Came to shop.to get an oil change. They recommended ties & brakes. I agreed to brakes. A day later when I come to pick up my car I see them pulling my car back into the bay. I m told they have to check to see if the oil change was done because the shift from the day before did not mention the oil change. Really???I check the car out. I have a scratch on my bumper that was not there when I brought it & my Lexus valve caps are missing & the put plain caps on my tires. Addressed it with them & they are going to replace them. I asked for it in writing, the staff that asked said you really need it in writing? He however hand wrote it on my receipt the promise to pay. I go to my car & they hadn t reset the maintenance message & and a light was blinking on my dash that wasn t when I came.No worries about returning there for repeat service. Heed this post & take this as a warning!

Hello, I came here for an oil change. They are really professional and nice. They give you suggestions on issues with your car, they even work with you price wise so they make sure you are capable getting it fix and safe on the roads. I ordered four new all season tires from Mavis Discount Tire for my brand new 2024 Camaro SS to replace the summer tires that come from the factory. This was necessary because the factory summer tires should not be driven in below freezing temperatures.Long story short, they let their trainees work on my brand new car and they scratched all four wheels down to the base metal. The car had 150 miles on it.At one point the manager proceeded to yell at the employees loud enough that everyone in the waiting room could hear her. We were horrified at this display of unprofessional behavior. She screamed that they were working too slowly and had to hurry up because the shop closes at 5:00PM. I guess she wanted to leave work on time.It's obvious that they knew what they had done as the car was returned to me with the wheels covered in tire installation grease to hide the damage.The Mavis regional manager told me the best they could do is have the wheels repaired. Brand new wheels repaired? Not acceptable. I had my Chevy dealer provide a quote to install brand new wheels for $3,568.It looks like I now have to get my lawyer involved, so their incompetent and unprofessional behavior will now cost me money. Thanks a lot.Let this sad story be a warning to anyone who is considering having Mavis Discount Tire service their car. Their techs lack proper training. They actually let trainees service a brand new car. The store manager is unprofessional. They will most certainly damage your car and not make you whole. Their corporate office will not step up and do the right thing. Mavis Discount Tire is a total disaster.UPDATE - I called the phone number provided below and was told the same thing: they will pay to have the wheels repaired. Yeah, no, I want brand new wheels for my brand new car.

Do not come to the Berlin Crosskeys location for an alignment. As soon as I pulled out I could tell my car was still pulling to the right. I drove for a few miles before turning around and heading back. They took my car back again right away and a short time later the mechanic apologized and stated the rear needed to be adjusted. Why didn t they check that the first time? They could not offer me a print out of the alignment reading stating their printer was down. Guess what, my car is still pulling to the right. I have brand new tires purchased 3 days ago and had my car checked and repaired at a reliable mechanic yesterday. Now I m out $100 and still have to get an alignment.Additionally, while I was waiting Frankie had two customers write 5 star reviews and submit in front of him for a $20 discount. Shady as hell. And told another customer to come back when he was there and not Ian, so much for teamwork. I will not be back and you should take your business elsewhere. How many of their reviews are bought I wonder.Update: brought my car to Twp Firestone and they actually did the alignment and gave me the printout proof that my car was still unaligned after two tries at this Mavis location.

I made a 10:00am appointment yesterday for an oil change. I was told the longest it should take is 2 1/2 hours. At 1pm my car was still not finished I called at 3:30 and it was still a wait. There was 2 cars in front of me and they would not close without all the cars being done. It is now 7pm and I still don t have my car very disappointed never coming back here again. 9 hours is stupid for an oil change do not recommend I will be finding another place ASAP!!

Called to have a tire patched, normally when a customer calls about that it s an emergency. I m not sure what incompetent person is answering the phone. But to tell me TOMORROW AT 9am?? When you don t close for another 1.5 hours is concerning. Called back to speak to a manager and was transferred to some consumer solutions. I see why they don t get much business.

I wish I could give this terrible place below zero stars!!! My sons car was driving perfectly fine before we bought it in and as my son is driving it starts to smoke and spill oil all over the place causing a scene and my sons safety to be at risk! They rushed because they closed at 5 on a Sunday but still took the car that Sunday morning! If you were booked and was going to rush they should have turned us away! My son s life was in danger! Now we are stuck fixing whatever they messed up!!!!!!!!!! This place sucks! And I would never ever recommend it to anyone!

I've had really bad experiences with Mavis before, but this location has been incredible. especially the woman that was at the front desk named Torii. She was absolutely awesome, and extremely kind helping with a situation that came up.As someone that works in the service industry as well, it's really easy to forget that sometimes the customer you are handing a coffee to or ringing up for a new tire might be having the best day of their lives or they might have just found out they have cancer. Sometimes a smile and a kind word can literally change somebody's life.I just really appreciate awesome service when I receive it and I try to make sure I give the same.Thank you to this Mavis location and thank you especially to Torii!

I love that this place does all day walk ins. I had an urgent matter to resolve and they accommodated me. I was able to be seen right away for my oil change. The wait went by pretty quick and they provided excellent customer service ! I ll be back for my next oil change. They ll also work with you for pricing, which is what sets them apart from the other shops. Great job !

WHO WOULD THINK WRITING A ONE STAR REVIEW WOULD BE THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY WEEKEND BUT HERE WE ARE, I haven't been this angry with a company since Lugz announced that birdman was the #1 Stunna, I even saved this location as " Red Flag Inc. " in google maps and heres why:Iight so BOOM I've come here before and been dissapointed and if not for extreme conditions I was under I wouldn't have come back but against my better judgement I did and, luckily for me, they made things worst .All I needed was a quick alignment as every place was closed or overbooked. I got there at 12 noon on Sunday and asked how long it would take, they say around 2-3 hours. So I said OK and since I live a bit far I went to the nearby planet fitness to work out, grabbed lunch, hell I even did some grocery shopping,till I realized it was 430pm! I didn't get a call about my car or anything and since my phone was on 10% at the time I opted to walk back to the location.ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY CLOSED AT 5 (i got there like 5:15) WITH MY CAR AND MY KEYS (CONNECTED TO MY HOUSE KEYS) INSIDE THE SHOP. Now me not checking their Sunday close time was my fault but I gave you my full key set with full expectation to get my car back in a few hours as you. told. me. or i wouldn't have given you the whole set, ATLEAST CALL IF YOUR GOING TO KEEP MY CAR OVERNIGHT. I missed work and everything over this then come Monday morning they said they didn't even START working on my car till 8am of MONDAY! So what was sunday?? Fore-play?!I share my issues with them and they didn't even apologize the lady simply said "oh man, oh wow!" Then proceeded to tell me why they dont recommend doing the alignment and started to list all these ridiculous problems and prices to fix them before doing the alignment.- Told me that my ALL 4 of my tires were badThe lie detector determined that was a lie, I just replaced all 4 in 2023- Told me the oil was old & needed a change.The lie detector determined that was a lie, my father in-law helped me do an oil change 2 weeks prior.- Told me the battery was 3 years oldThe lie detector determined that was a lie, I purchased it NEW and changed it MYSELF in 2023They listed about $1200 worth of work so they could do the alignment else they feared the alignment "wouldn't hold" and mess up the car immediately, their words not mine. Long story short I took my business elsewhere who fixed everything that was an actual problem plus my alignment for a fraction of the price,screw MAVIS I want to open a mechanic shop just to steal their customers.Unsincerely Yours,The Black Male Karen

I am still sitting at Mavis waiting for an oil change and a low beam bulb change. I set up an 8 am. appointment, and my car is still sitting in the lot. As of 10:50 am and the guy said only one person was in front of me.Poor service. Disappointed and I will probably find another place for car maintenance and service.What is the point of having an appointment if it is not faster.
