I m a little late with a review. I had my car worked on at Castor s a couple weeks ago because of my steering wheel shaking when I stepped on the brakes. Ron called me and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. Then he called me back later in the day and said my car was fixed and told me how much....which was a lot less then he originally told me because he found the problem was something else. It s my first time bringing my car here and I really appreciate the honesty and the time spent on my car. It runs so much better. I just want to thank Castor s again for there great work and honesty. I will definitely bring my car back to them again.

I ve been dealing with Castor s for over 11year now. This place is above standards for me and my family. We love the work that s done for us , we wish they had weekend hours ,but they make it easy for us to get the work done in a timely manner on the week days which is great. We always have a pleasant experience at Castor s , they ve alway been very polite and professional to us. Keep up the great work guys and thanks.

Have been dealing with castors for several years now. Professional and knowledgeable . I own several vehicles from a 75 dodge to a 2016 Kia . Have had them repaired and serviced there all repairs correctly the first time and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them

This place is amazing! It is so hard to find an honest mechanic. They are also extremely friendly. This company is not only honest they laugh at the estimates that corporate auto shops give. I will only trust my cars to Castor's. In the past I was told by big box auto repair shop that I needed to replace parts in my car that totaled several hundred dollars. I took it to Castor's from the advice of my father in law and they suggested that I replace the gas cap. The problem was solved. Thanks Castor's!!!

Went To Castros with the check engine light on. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 4 hours, my car was ready in no time. Great customer service, and explained what repairs they did. I recommended Castros to my friends and family.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Excellent work, They always complete the repairs in a timely manner and answer my questions. They are also very reasonably priced. Only giving 1 star because there s no option to give none! Absolutely hands down the worse service I ve ever experienced.. I called Castors and asked if they give free quotes .. nice guy on the phone tells me yes.. come in .. it ll only take a few mins. Ended up having to leave my car.. no biggie. 5 hours later I have someone take me up there only to find that my car hasn t even been moved yet! I go in to ask for my keys and the guy says.. we don t even have a lift open .. so I m confused why you d tell a potential customer to leave the car if u knew you wouldn t get to look at it today. Just rude and discourteous all together.

I needed my windshield fixed and stopped they stopped everything and helped me immediatly! A second visit I ran over a metal pipe in a parking lot and yet again they stopped and immediatly helped me. I adore this shop and these guys seem very knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced! Anytime I need auto service this is my place to go now. Thank you Castors!!!!

So, my van overheats and I pull into a Pep Boys and find out the bottom hose is leaking. Buy a new one and put it on. Van starts overheating again. Have it towed to Castor's and was informed the hose I installed had a hole in it. Thank you Pep Boys. And thank you Castor's for being honest.

I gave my car to junior when my car bumper was smashed! Not only did he keep me up to date with everything that was goin on with my car but he made my car look as good as new and even washed it for me !! Great guy and a great man !!
