Al was awesome. Everyone in the office was very friendly and courteous. They had my car fixed in 4 days. Since it was September and I'm an early childhood special ed substitute teacher. They accommodated my needs to be back with my students as soon as possible. Thank you guys. I really appreciated it. They repaired my daughter's car back to how it looked when I drove it off the showroom floor. Staff has great communication and keeps you up to date with what stage they are on fixing your vehicle. I highly recommend

I had a great experience with this location. Friendly, communicative and professional team here. Killian was wonderful. Very helpful, very personable. I've been in customer service myself for 20 years and I know good workers when I meet them and he is certainly one of the few. The end result was perfect! It was like there was never a problem with the car. Highly recommend.

I had a FANTASTIC experience here!Misty, the office manager, is absolutely amazing! She helped me through this horrible experience.With a smile and caring in a very thorough manner, Killian took me through the process of the work that needed to be done to my car. He made me feel very assured that everything would be back in tip-top shape.Dennis, just as pleasant, called me when my car was ready. When I picked it up, he made sure that I was pleased with the work. He also explained all the guarantees of the work that was done.If you need work done on your car, CALIBER COLLISION is the place to go!!!

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision of Sicklerville. Customer service was top notch, explaining the process and with always being updated during my car repair. My vehicle was completed earlier than expected.

Al was Great!! His customer service is very assuring. He's thorough and takes the time to explain the process. He's very helpful. Calliber Collision is great place to take your car for repairs. You be disappointed. Sicklerville location, tho im sure they're all great.....But for the AL Experience, go to the Sicklerville location on Sicklerville Rd. #THESICKLERVILLEALEXPERIENCE

Caliber Collision comes highly recommended by me. My vehicle had deer damage on the front. Follow ups were prompt. I was informed thoroughly to what repairs needed to be completed on my vehicle and what to expect. The environment was friendly with seating inside and a Keurig for customers. In addition, Caliber agreed to take my vehicle early so I didn t have to leave my vehicle out front of their facility for the weekend.Thank you Dennis for service and thank you Caliber!

Would highly recommend for repairs. We're all very courteous and attentive to every detail and brought the vehicle back to factory new. From the time you meet the receptionist to the time you met the service writer they were very friendly, explained everything and answered all my questions. Even received my vehicle before their original estimated date.

Friendly staff, wash and vacuumed out my vehicle before giving it back to me, my vehicle looks like new! I wish the app had been kept current with what my pickup date would be. My vehicle was hit while parked a few weeks back. I chose Calibur just because it was close to our new home. The people there were super nice and professional from the first call i made till the moment they returned my vehicle. They consistently kept in contact with my thru text. They will text, call or email updates on your repairs. The whole process took about a week. I think they did a great job.I had mentioned something to them and the manager went out of his way a few days later to contact me directly and ask me what i thought of the repairs. I told him i was very satisfied. He told me that if i found anything wrong with their service, he would be more than willing to have me return until i was 100% satisfied.In my business i am in, we deal with a great deal of customers daily. To me, the customer service experience is equal, if not more important than the service. I say that because no one person, or business for that matter is perfect. Your bound to make a mistake or whatever. But in dealing with Caliber Collision, if that were the case, they were ready to rectify any situation and they definitely placed the customer first.So they have won me over. Hopefully no one else decides to run into my car again. But if they do, im definitely going back to Calibur. Fantastic work and above and beyond customer service...... do i have to tell you i recommend them? Call them now!

We had an overall horrible experience. The shining light was one shop Tech that was available to help us and answer a few questions when we picked up the vehicle. Other than that, every single person we interacted with at that place was terrible. The Front Desk lady lied to my wife s face and harassed me about it deductible that she screwed up. The guy in charge of our vehicle had nothing ready when we came to drop it off Noor when we came to pick it up. Everything about the experience was bad.I was not going to leave a Google review and only leave a review on caliber review system, but they were more than happy to ask me to leave a Google review after I left this review in their own system. So here you go. I don t like leaving negative reviews, but I would not like anybody to have the experience we had especially when you re still dealing with the stress of an accident.

Killian is an amazing, considerate and professional ambassador of Caliber Colilision. If you ever use here as for him. He handled my case from the beginning, and I never felt rushed. He is a stand-up guy.

Caliber Collision did a beautiful on my car. It looks like a new car! I would recommend them to anyone. They were speedy, courteous and professional. They kept me up to date on my car s progress on a daily basis. That really meant a lot to me! I couldn t get over how nice my car looked when I picked it up! Hands down the best body shop for your vehicles. Everyone from the receptionist to the people working in the back very professional, courteous. The speed they got my car fixed at very convenient and the work they did, driver side door has no problems whatsoever. Very understanding employees and they don t make you feel rushed.

I was in a minor accident and choice this shop to fix my Jeep. They were amazing through the entire process. They updated me on the progress of my vehicle throughout the entire process. Customer service was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. They took care of our rental (called to pick us up and then called for them to pick up the car when we were done). The communication was excellent. We were notified every step of the way. Our car was complete well before the estimated date. You wouldn't have known our car was hit after the repairs. I definitely would recommend them.

The work was perfect. I cannot tell the different b/t the original paint color to the new paint color on the replaced parts. They look exactly the same. I got inform through text the entire process. The technician who performed the estimate was very nice, and explained to me in details what need to be done. I also could arrange the rental car to pick up & drop off at the same Caliber Collision place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
