-Update: Visited store Fri., 2/22/+2/23/2024- - The staff were friendly, and actually knew info. about the parts I needed that WASN T in the computer for them to just read to me. - They actually had ALL of the parts that I needed w/o having to order something that I had to wait in order to get, for a change. - The parts were a little pricey, but upon examination they were of the highest quality. -When it comes to auto parts, you definitely get what you pay for, so finding the cheapest part is ALWAYS out of the question. - Most of these high-quality parts came with operational warrantees that protected the parts AFTER they were installed, which is NOT a common trait. - Where I couldn't give them 5-stars, is in the fact that they DO NOT have a physical, on-site Service Department. There are two reasons why this counts against them. - It's just convenient to have one on hand. - And this is the most important reason, because if you have any question regarding a certain brand of tire, or a part, you can just walk over to the Setvice Department, and ask a mechanic who has probably installed them hundreds of times. Who better to ask!? - Overall, i guess this store has gotten better, and maybe I'm to hard on them about the Service Department but I feel that there should be a Service Department in every auto parts store for good reason. That's just my personal opinion.

I called the store today because. I needed to exchange some parts because I was given the wrong size . I was on hold for over 15 minutes. When they picked up. I was half way to the store. When I got to the store it wasn t too busy in there. Also when I went back to finish the exchange. The phone rang over 5 times. I know when I was in customer service. I was told the phone shouldn t ring over 3 times. The guy was helpful with the exchange, but I will say. I miss Andre he was wonderful and knowledgeable about the store and I never had to bring anything back. I couldn t get my truck fixed because I had the wrong part. Which everything is right there in the computer. It was very inconvenient for me. Especially now that I have to wait until close to the end of the week for my parts.

My mother asked where the brake fluid was at and the female clerk rudely responded to her to go check for it herself. She refused any further inquiry on my mother s issues.

Just wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Nate P for the awesome customer service. I stopped in for a new key battery. I was embarrassed at first because I couldn t get my key fob open and he reassured me that many people ask for their assistance. I really appreciate him taking the time to swap my battery out for me and asking if I needed help with anything else. It really is the little things some times. You guys are lucky to have him apart of your team! Will definitely stop in for all my car needs again! Thanks

This AutoZone is lead by Andre, and he has truly made this the neighborhood AutoZone! Andre is very friendly and so are the employees! He went above and beyond to help me in my time of need while helping me with my car! This store offered GREAT customer service to me and others that came in! It was an amazing experience!

Andre, I think he is the manager. Helped me select the right windshield wipers for my car, recommended the brand he uses. Then came out and helped me change them. He also showed me how, was pleasant, professional, helpful and was kind as I had no idea how to change them myself.

Worst customer service ever manager was ringing up a customer before me then when she completed that sale she walked away. Another manager sitting on a cart at the other register was doing schedule shouted to her you left a customer up her then she proceeded to have a red shirt employee ring me up. Definitely will be contacting the district manager about this lackluster service.

The manager here is great! Just want to let the upper management to give him what he deserves He just saw me outside and helped me with my car problems, it could hve been a $400-$500 repair but he spotted the problem quickly and saved me that much. Shoutout to Andre God bless you brother!

The woman behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. The manager who rang me up was fantastic, personable, knowledgeable, welcoming and made me feel like he truly cared.

Andre is the man!! Our AC crapped out on our 4 hour drive back from the beach. Stopped at this store and it was such a tremendous experience. We were shown what we needed to recharge and he took the time to instruct me on how to do it correctly. In a few short minutes, we had our AC back. My wife went went from hot and sullen to cool and exuberant. She gave him a hug! Highly recommend this establishment. A+ service

Service was good and selection was excellent but my waiter was slow and the food was very predictable, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the seating was spacious.I think a piano bar would be a great addition and look forward to eating there with my lady friend soon.I would suggest that the kids menu be expand to better accommodate families.I am concerned about people who have nut allergies being seated along isle 4 due to the bins of assorted nuts.

I had Darrel help me out. He greeted me soon as I walked in, helped find the right wipers for my car even when I gave him a hard to read VIN number from a photo. He helped install the wipers and made sure they worked before leaving me. He even recommended snow wipers which were only a couple bucks more than the basic ones that are much better quality. Great experience, great customer service!

If I could give negative stars I would. First off I waited 10 min to be acknowledged while with my daughter. No one in the store knew basic information about cars. Super rude and miserable workers. Especially the dike chick, she should get a different job since she isn t knowledgeable about her job. While on the phone with my father explaining how they are of no help, the chick behind the counter proceeds to Interrupt my conversation and say we re not a car shop I quickly responded and said don t you have a job to do, I am not talking to you. Secondly I didn t ask them to fix my car i asked them a few questions about my car and she was so rude, workers were in the back counting money instead of assisting customers. Worst customer service experience thus far at a auto zone! I ll be taking m my business to advanced auto parts. Definitely will be calling corporate.

Thanks to this team of people that helped with my car. The greeting I received from Andre Reid, the store manager was phenomenal.He went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased and completely satisfied as a new customer to the store. Personally I like the feeling of walking in a store where everyone is eager to help.Andre you have a magnificent group of employees that delivers great service when you are not around. It s a great reflection on you as the leader. Thanks for all you do to help your team and customer feel valued.They did nor have the part I was looking for and I left and was shopping around to get the part but I quickly returned to my senses and return to the store to allow Andre to order the part for me because of the service I receive upon entering the store initially.Thanks for caring and for helping. It means a great deal. Great service matters

Staff went above and beyond for issues with my battery. They were nothing but kind, patient and helpful. The ASM and Parts Manager in particular did everything they could to resolve my issues. Truly appreciate everything they've done.

I go into this store quite often and as soon as I walk in I'm greeted with a very pleasant welcoming amongst one or a couple of the team members no matter what time of the day or night. One evening I had a questions about certain parts that i was looking for and the store manager Andre was very knowable about what I was looking for and gave me great advise on what I needed to do. I just want to say thank you and keep the great work.

Prices were good..but the Biggest part is the customer service!!!! Andre was a VERY big help with what I needed to buy as well as service with my car!!! Nice people at this Auto Zone!!

The Store Manager Andre provided superior customer service during my visit. He gave product knowledge, professional recommendations, and installed my headlight bulbs without my asking. He is coaching and developing his team to give great service as well. It is so rare to find the kind of caring and personalized service that Andre is providing. It was a pleasure to shop with him and I will be sure to go back for any of my automotive needs. And to think I almost ordered from Amazon! I would have missed a real treat!

Every time I walk into the sicklerville store I am greeted. They are very helpful with any of the questions I have and go out of their way to help. The manager Bill is especially knowledge and keeps the store running. For a while the store never seemed to be the same without him there. I could definitely notice the improvement with him back! Now I will not go anywhere else.

Needed my driver side signal bulb replaced. The bulb is in a difficult location, but Dave came out and put the bulb in right away. I can t thank him enough! Great customer service at this store! Thank you again!!!!

Most times they have ok service and answers to my questions but recently I went to get my car scanned and they handed the job off to me..I don t understand why over the past two years Auto-zone-did not have the part scanner working. Let s get it together iam going to Advanced Auto Parts store.

I went in today and purchased freon for my car. Andre was my salesperson, very professional . He went so far as to put it in my car. What a gentleman! This is my local auto store and wouldn't think of going anywhere else . Thank you AutoZone for hiring knowledgeable, kind and helpful personnel and thank you Andre!

Went for headlight bulb Monday night. Manager Andre Reid asked if I can come back during daylight and they would install. Came back today they sold out of 2 pack of bulbs. I purchased 2 single packs and Andre gave me a discount to save money. He installed both bulbs and also sprayed off corrosion off battery just because he saw it. Even as he was working on my car he was greeting new customers as they walked in. Great manager and service at this location. Thanks Andre.

This store is right down the street from my house and I refuse to go there. They have a problem helping me with the simplest things. Last time I was there I needed help with a headlight and they refused saying they don t do that. Went over to a different one and was in and out in 10 min. I was in there just now 2/25/21 at 12:50p and there were about 6 guys working there. Not one person greeted me. I went to stand in line to ask for help and even though everyone was at the front, no one asked me if I needed help or even told me to hold in a second because they re busy. Get it together smh.

I got a flat tire on my way to work this morning. I made it into the auto zone parking lot to discover I had everything but a lug wrench. When I went in Damon greeted me at the counter very politely and I told him my situation, he showed me to the lug wrenches and I told him I was short on cash and I couldn t afford one. He came outside with me and got his from his car and basically put the spare tire on my car by himself!! He was so nice the whole time, at 8:30 in the morning too. He went WAYYY above and beyond his job to do that for me when he didn t have to. This kid is a great employee and I know where I will be going next time I need anything for my car. This kid deserves a raise or a promotion of some sort! Thank you again Damon
