Spoke to Will in the parts department. Even though he explained that they were not an International dealer, he still got me the price and availability for the parts on my truck. That is what I call great customer service. You guys did good with him.

The problem associated with the disease, oil emissions in the engine, after the diagnosis, they moved to choose between a gasket or a cylinder block gasket. They changed the top one, the leak did not go away, when they gave the car back they said everything was fine, no one warned that the oil leak had not gone away. work needs to be done to find out where the leak is coming from. The next day we found out that oil is leaking from under the cylinder block and this gasket needs to be changed ... 1 why was this not done at the first contact? the employee who did the work was lying on the ground, covered in oil and fuel oil, smeared the truck and the interior inside.

My experience here has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. My 02 Excursion was in need of some TLC. This truck is my pride and joy & trusting it to a tech is never an easy task for me. I had the pleasure of working with CJ, and have to say, has made it hands down the best experience I ever had with a repair shop. He took the time to carefully diagnose my truck & the issues I was having. Giving me a clear and easy to understand diagnosis, as well as an in-depth explanation of the repairs helped lend me the confidence to move forward and know that when my truck was done, it was going to be done right the first time. It almost feels like I am driving a new truck again. Going over the work he performed showed great attention to detail and how much of his heart goes into his profession. Surely I will return to CJ any time I need a repair done or just have a general question regarding mechanical work. Thank you again CJ, you are definitely a huge asset to that dealership.

When we need truck repair or service there is only one place our company will go. STC continues to be #1. CJ and crew are very knowledgeable and honest. CJ always does a great job of informing us what is best to keep our trucks running properly. They know their stuff! Keep up the good work!

Love this place and I LOVE the manager CJ. It's a place for trucks and not trucks. Cars too. They know just what to do. See for yourself. Fixes and more.You're not gonna believe it. Don't get me started on the prices. You're gonna need your wallet to pay. But not very much because as I said before the prices are unbelievable. As in low. Low low prices. For your repair.

The STC team goes above and beyond the typical service center experience. Mike is quite possibly the best and most knowledgeable Hino and Fuso technician in the state. Shawn is also a bright rising star in the truck repair world, and under great guidance from Mike and the newest team addition, CJ. Unlike most service writers who just focus on selling as much as possible, CJ always recommends what is necessary, not what he thinks he can push. He is very knowledgeable, and has the ability to explain what the truck needs in an understandable way. The guys all work together as a team to make sure the trucks are fixed right the first time, to get us back on the road. This guarantees that our company returns to Schwartz time and time again. Always A+ work from all of the guys!

Called to get trade in value of our truck in purchasing 2 trucks from them, they said trade in value of my truck is 7500.00, thats total bull. 2 other dealers valued my truck at 17000.00. dont trade with them not worth it at all. even i know private selling of my truck is around 23500.00. buy your commercial trucks else where as these guys are nuts for trade in value on your vehicle. we decided to go to our local dealer instead as of this morning. they just lost 170,000.00 in sales today from my company. We are now willing to buy our two new trucks locally, i maybe spending a little bit more but its worth it cause of all the extras i get from our local dealer.

While sometimes looking for parts for my hino 258 is hard .. i had the pleasure of dealing with Charlie in parts .. he didn't have my parts in stock but was able to get them in for the morning which saved me alot of downtime .. thanks Charlie and the Schwartz team..

My husband recently visited the Shrewsbury location .He spoke to a man named dan it all seemed to go well .We are trying to set up a test drive and we are not sure if our color is not correct we know are money is but getting this salesman to reconnect when we need him to is not working out .If you walk in to a car dealership with high interest of buying a car you should be treated with the highest respect .Guess what Swartz my husband had bought 2 cars from you already .Your willing to loose a sale over a salesman bad customer service skills.

I have a Mazda 3. Wanted to fix the defrost which blows air-conditioning air even though it's not on the air-conditioning setting. Was told this is how it's supposed to work. This is an annoying design flaw and another reason why I'll never get another Mazda.
