Went to Schwartz Mazda with my son today to purchase a used vehicle. We had the pleasure of being cared for by Noah who was attentive, answered all of our questions and was never pushy like other salesman we have encountered at other dealerships. Noah worked hard to make the deal happen for us and I m thrilled to say that due to his efforts, we drove off the lot with a car we are very happy with. Everyone was friendly and played their parts smoothly. Highly highly recommend working with Noah. He is a respectful and knowledgeable young man who was a pleasure to deal with.

The best car buying experience I ve ever had. Like me, most people dread the process of car buying. However Schwartz Mazda is truly different. I dealt with Tommy (senior sales consultant) who was great and made the whole process fast and simple. There was no pressure at all and it was like you were buying a car from a family member. I purchased the Mazda CX 50 and couldn t be happier. Not only was Tommy awesome, the entire staff was too. I highly recommend you stop by Schwartz Mazda before you look anywhere else. Within a couple hours, you ll be banging the gong.

Tommy did absolutely above and beyond for me and helped me get the car I wanted and needed the whole crew did their absolute best job anyone could ask for, I felt like everyone had the best intentions for me and never felt happier with my purchase! I've been leasing Mazda's for the last 6 years from a different dealer that closed down. Schwartz Mazda was recommended to me by a family member and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Ryan was the salesperson who helped me swap out my old leased 2021 CX5 for a new leased 2024 CX5. He was friendly, personable, and laid back. Peter helped me finish all the financial paperwork and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire checkout process. At no point did I feel like he was trying to talk me into any additional features I wasn't interested in. Both Ryan and Pete are decent and sincere people, and I recommend them both highly to anyone looking to purchase or lease from Schwartz Mazda.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This dealership really cares about their customers, the waiting room is so relaxing and everyone there is so pleasant. Noah our salesperson was so genuine and friendly and having done business with multiple other dealerships before, this is by far 20/10!!! Less than 2 hours for everything from beginning to end. Thank you Noah!!! We love our new Mazda and are happy to be part of the family

Another Great experience at Schwartz Mazda!!! Greatly appreciate Elvin Pavlenko time and as always professionalism. I was currently looking for a reliable car to commute to and from work gave Elvin a call and he had one ready for me to test drive the next day. Definitely made the buying process smooth and was able to answer questions on the car s history. Definitely straight forward and honest sales person. Has made my second purchase easy and has been great when I bring my vehicles in for service. LAZY missing screws and push clips. went for an oil change and after lifting the car i discovered only one screw installed on the gravel cover, no push clips. it rattles when i drive, very messed up. do not bring your car to these scum, they wont even do the easiest part of an oil change then what else are they cutting corners with???!!! i now have to buy the correct screws and push clips, pay for shipping, because of this horrible place.

Amazing experience purchasing my Wrangler at Schwartz. The whole team is super friendly and Helpful. Elvin really helped getting the best deal possible and kept everything very transparent throughout the whole process which I think is rare. I had mostly bad experiences with car salesmen and was pleasantly surprised! Def recommend!

The employees there are so friendly and funny. I had the opportunity to have my appointment with Ryan and Stephen. Ryan and Stephen were so helpful in helping me select my first car. They were so welcoming and they answered all of my questions and helped explained any concerns that I had with the cars that I was looking at. The process was stress free and it was so easy to browse through the different cars that they had and select the car that best fit my needs and interests. Definitely recommending to my friends!

I took my daughter today and we had a wonderful experience! Noah was the best! Cool, calm, collected, and knew what he was talking about! He worked with us to get a great deal, with the help of Jim Orozco, sales manager!!! Also the best!! Then to Pete in finances, and he was once again, the best! Came in for service; left with a new car! After my 8 year old Mazda needed a couple of thousand dollars in maintenance and repair, I was struggling with repairing the old or getting a new; Elvin Pavlenko was amazing and made it an easy decision. We crunched out the numbers for multiple scenarios, and it was a good financial decision to get the new car. Very happy with my new Mazda! Schwartz has turned me into an Mazda owner for life!

Great experience at this dealership. My salesman, Ryan, understood my needs and wants and he didn t play the games we are all used to. After the deal was done he took the time to walk me through all the tech even though the dealership was quite busy. Highly recommend Ryan and Schwartz Mazda.

Just purchased my first Mazda (certified used) for my son as his first car at Schwartz Mazda located in Shrewsbury, NJ. I have purchased many cars before (Toyota) and have never really dealt with Mazda. That view changed when I walked into Schwartz Mazda and met my salesman, Noah, who greeted me with a warm welcome and created a comfortable atmosphere from start to finish. He listened to what we were looking for, offered his suggestions and advice and closed the deal in a way that was new to me. My only experience has been with the Toyota dealership in Eatontown NJ, so this way of doing business with Schwartz was both new and refreshing. The honesty and transparency from both Noah and Stephen in finance made a difference in the decision to purchase the car from this dealership. The dealership and the environment in general were a plus with regards to what the customer was exposed to, how they were treated, the ease of the whole buying process where there was no pressure to buy. Noah and Stephen presented to me that they were true ambassadors of Schwarz Mazda in the way that they handled the sale, the many questions that were asked and, in my eyes, provided a new perspective to the car buying process. I thank them both for their patience, professionalism, kindness and understanding. These qualities made an impact on me in a way that without question, on my next new car purchase, there will be no hesitation with me looking towards the direction of Schwartz Mazda for my next new car. During my ride home, I became very impressed with the quality, features, handling of the Mazda3 and was glad that I chose this brand. Keep up the good work Noah, it was a good to have met you and a pleasure doing business with you and I look forward to doing the same in the future. Please make sure that your management sees this review so that they are aware of the job well done. An excellent sales experience and a dealership that is highly recommended to any customer looking for a Mazda.

We came to look into a Mazda CX 5 after seeing good reviews. Ryan showed us around and guided us through all the options. We were able to test drive with no difficulty. I didn t feel pressured at all while interacting with Ryan. He was knowledgeable and patient when answering all of our questions. The location was very nice with a lot of options in their lot.
