Dave and his staff will bend over backwards to help you out and are extremely knowledgeable about every make and model of vehicle!They have been helping me with every car I have owned over the past 30+ years and Dave even came to my house once when I couldn't figure something out!!!Now if that's not customer loyalty and being a friend I don't know what is !!!It's the first place I go to get their opinions after I get an estimate from a repair shop to make sure I'm not getting ripped off!!!Love you guys !(To whom ever is making posts under my name, KNOCK IT OFF)!

Not very helpfull i asked for small enging oil he gave my 30 weight not the same thing. Not frindly i was only one there he went in the back had to call him twice. Wasted 15 minutes.

Purchased 5 quarts of Mobil One Oil - more than needed, to qualify for the $12 rebate they had on the display. Turns out thier location does not qualify for rebates from Mobil One, so they used it as false advertising to sell more oil. Spoke to Manager Dave who did not offer to help out in any way except for "I guess they are right as we do not buy oil directly from Mobil One." POOR SERVICE - WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. WILL DRIVE 5 EXTRA MILES JUST TO AVOID THEM.

The one and only Daisy Henninger is a goddess in a barrel of grease monkeys! No slight against the others at the Shrewsbury location but Daisy has time and again had the most patience, best personality and utmost professionalism at every interaction.

Shrewsbury Napa is a last true independently owned Napa around! They have the best service around! Napa Corporation has come around and tried to purchase all the privately owned Napa's. You have less at Long Branch Napa which is so far gone with its roots and the customer service is terrible. Shrewsbury Napa used to have a machine shop. Due to the fact of Internet they had to close the Machine Shop you need to train individuals for it. Shrewsbury Napa carries everything specialty nuts bolts and you name it they have it. If they don't have it they have the expertise to locate an order what you're looking for! The storefront might be small but they got a lot in the back! They have two levels of parts that you don't see from standing in front of the counter I love Shrewsbury Napa! You can go to Advance Auto Parts and AutoZone, but you will not get the quality service and what you need unless you go to Shrewsbury Napa! Most importantly you don't have the knowledge at Advance or AutoZone like you would at Shrewsbury Napa behind that counter!
