Came in for some maintenance (oil change, tire rotation )Russ helped me out and was so kind and assisted me along the way. He informed me of my rear brake pads needing a change and even showed me and educated me. My filter needed a change too and Russ showed me the quality of the filter. We scheduled an appointment for next week to fix both issues. Really honest guy and listened to me. My dad was in the same industry before he passed, and Russ was understanding of that. It s hard for women to feel comfortable in settings like this because it s a male dominated field. Russ treated me as an equal and assured me that everything was well taken care of. If you are his boss and you are reading this, please give this man his appreciation.

Caught a blown out tire on the Garden State Parkway. Had ny vehicle towed to the closest service center. The guys here were a blessing from the moment my vehicle came into the facility. They went above and beyond, I would definitely recommend anyone in the area needing any tire service to come here. Thanks for your assistance!

Had a misaligned tire caused by another shop that balded pretty quickly and needed a rare tire type replaced pretty quickly- they were great on the phone, great in person, and got my car done as quick as possible. I couldn t believe it - they made a stressful (and almost dangerous) situation much easier. I ll go out of my way to return.

I ve worked on cars for over three years but I don t know how to do tires I came in with no calling advance at 3:30 on a Sunday and everywhere has denied me or said they didn t have the special machine for my tire. The people at Mavis Took on the task and challenge with no questions asked and a smile on their face I will one hundred percent be taking all of my cars here and I ALWAYS need tires. Thank you to everyone here at this location that helped me out. Everyone deserves a raise. 2015 Rolls Royce Ghost.

Went in last minute for a battery. Mike was super helpful, installed the battery, and got us in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and super accommodating, being that I had my three daughters and my wife with me. Definitely going back to this Mavis for work on my other car. Thanks Mike and Rich! Went back for a wheel alignment, and Alexis was super helpful. That staff is just great, and talk you through everything without being pushy. Love this place.

Great staff and quality of service and knowledgeable. Alternator died on my 328i and they repaired it with reasonable pricing and kept me updated throughout the process. Even before that, this shop is the only place I bring my bmw to. Definitely recommend.

I work for the Navy, called up literally 2 minutes before closing. They told me to bring it in and got it taken care of Amazing price and super friendly. 100% recommend using Mavis .

Recently stoped in today because my tire loved its life unfortunately, the tire wasn t in stock but the team here is INCREDIBLE!Alexis was extremely communicative during the whole process and was extremely kind.Rich helped me in the beginning and gave me the run down on how the ordering process worked and Jay/Mike were cool guys who changed the tire and wrapped it nicely and put it back in my car.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I went to a local store yesterday and had my battery replaced. I was told he lost a bolt to screw in the battery but it would be fine. When I went back there today to have them fix it, they referred me here. Thank goodness for that. Nick could not have been nicer and Rich was amazing and fixed it right then!!! I found my new place! Thank you for making such an inconvenience so much better!!!

I found myself unexpectedly needing a tire change, and quite honestly, it was a stressful experience at first as it was my first time purchasing my own tires. After calling a few places in the area, which were unhelpful, I reached out to Mavis and had the pleasure of speaking with Alexis.They were super helpful from the start, which influenced my decision to choose Mavis over the other options. Upon arriving at the shop Alexis patiently walked me through all my options, and they even took the time to teach me how to find my tire size, which I greatly appreciated.While I was there, I wanted to get an oil change as well. I had concerns about the time, as I arrived late. However, the reassurance from the team that it was not an issue put me at ease.Justin took care of my car and did a fantastic job. I was impressed that he did both a quick and thorough job.I also want to extend a shout-out to Q, who made my time in the lobby enjoyable, providing company and ensuring I was comfortable while waiting for my car.Overall, I highly recommend Mavis Tire for their exceptional customer service. Thanks to the outstanding support from Alexis, Justin, and Q, they made a stressful situation entirely painless. I not only felt comfortable in the moment but also confident in returning for any future tire needs. This team has certainly earned my trust and business.

I usually come to this place for service and tires but today I went to two other places, because I was close to them but they didn t want to help me with a simple flat tire. One store in particular the guy who was at the counter was very rude because It was late. Almost time to close.Finally I cane to this place and U always find good personal, good people, great service.. and today Mike helped me and made me very happy, I need to fix a flat for my sons car that he was going back tonight to his college in Montclair, and Mike helped me . If I could I will give them more than five stars. thank you very much for your help. I ll see you soon.

I had to be someplace in 30 minutes and discovered that I had a flat tire because of a nail. I went to a gas station to put air in the tire, but it wouldn't inflate. It was a few minutes before 6pm. I took a chance and called Mavis even though they were supposed to close in 5 minutes. I explained the situation to Alexis and she told me to bring the car in. Within a few minutes, they repaired my tire and I was on my way.Excellent service! Thank you, Alexis.

Lex and Jay s been the greatest people that ever worked with when it comes to get my car repaired so I think them very much here at Mavis discount tire and Shrewsbury. They are the best and I believe they need a raise. Thank you send it.

Came here first thing in the morning because of a nail in my tire. Not only was I greeted nicely, the service here was phenomenal. They took my car in immediately and they were able to inspect all other tires to make sure that all of them were ok. Thank you! Definitely will be back.

Made an appointment over the phone which was easy and quick.I had spent a good time searching what was wrong with my tire and couldn t find it. Nick who was helping me out found it in a matter of seconds!Everyone was professional and kind. They have earned my trust and I will back for any other services.

This Mavis Tire shop in Shrewsbury, NJ helped me out with a last minute appointment. They sourced my tire (which the dealership couldn t get for at least 2 days!) in just a few hours and had me back on the road in no time! Nick helped me with the phone calls and paperwork I needed to get my paperwork for my tire insurance company. Thanks to him and his team I was back in my car faster than I thought would be possible. Thanks, again!

I had to bring my car in after work because my tire was just about flat. Another person was there ahead of me with her own emergency but still Alexis and Jason were patient and very kind and went above and beyond to help me and all of us out. I'm completely in their debt. They are the best!

They replaced my brakes in Nov 22, brakes went in 6 months, vibrating- uneven wearing of rotors, they replaced again at that time under one year warranty. Never gave me a receipt for the warranty work. The brakes are now gone again, just left there. this is only 6 months after warranty replacement. They CONVENIENTLY have no record of the replacement 6 months ago and now they are saying they only know about the initial install from NOV 2022. SO I am 6 weeks past warranty period. Manager Rich admits old management had to be changed because place was a mess. Think he would help me out? NO just said sorry nothing I can do about it. Unprofessional place DO NOT GET REPAIRS DOEN HERE! By the way their prices are higher than the dealer. BEWARE.

I called right before closing on my way there because my tire pressure was so low and found a nail in it. They were very nice over the phone and in person - drove my car in and got it fixed fast, efficiently. Also very friendly. Thank you!

Alexis and Chris were amazing at figuring out my tire issue. Both were extremely attentive to my husband and I, and provided insights and details that were not provided by my car dealership. Grateful for their help! Will definitely be using this location for any future problems.

When I called a gentleman by the name, Nick picked up, he gave me great advice on tires, and a great price! he ordered them the next day I told him I d like to wait to have them put on he got me in and out quickly great service great quality and great pricing. I highly recommend this location.

I had a nail in my tire. I called up 20 minutes before they were about to close and they said bring it over we ll be able to fix it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Shout to Ty and Lex who took great care of me and my busted tire. It was a busy day there but Lex made sure I knew when my car was getting looked at. Ty made real quick work of my issue. He fixed it up in less than 5 minutes and made sure I knew everything about what he did. I could not have found better people to help me out. I will definitely be bringing my car to Mavis in Shrewsbury the next time I have an issue.

Alexis & Nick were AMAZING with working with me to figure out the best options when it came to replacing all my tires. I initially came in with a flat and to only fix one, but they pointed out all of them were in need of replacement (which I already knew would happen because they were completely bald lol). They have great prices and really took into consideration my budget!! Definitely recommend this Mavis location as the ones in the past weren t that great.

The Shrewsbury Mavis squad earns an A+ from me, no questions asked. Nick, Jayson, and Alexis all stepped up, in literally a moments notice, to help me rectify a major tire related headache, even working a bit of OT at the end of their long work day to help address my Jeep issue. Bottom line is that I will continue to utilize Shrewsbury Mavis for all my tire related needs, without hesitation.
