After a disappointing experience with the dealer's service, I've started to bring my Mercedes to Mario LoMedico. Both Mario and Alex are always professional, courteous and honest. Recently bought in my car due to a check engine light being on. Despite their full schedule, Alex ran a diagnostic test and informed me that it was caused by a loose gas cap. He also refused payment. The LoMedico's team goes above and beyond to service and accommodating their customers. Every time I call, its always....Come in tomorrow! You don't get this type of service from a dealer for sure.

I have been bringing my cars to LoMedico for 10 Years. I send all of my family and friends here. They are absolutely the best mechanics and most honest folks out there. They treat my family like family. We've had many maintenance items and repairs done with them through the years. We have also purchased cars through them. Anything you need, trust LoMedico. Couldn't recommend them more.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Mario LoMedico for over 15 years. The entire team is very professional, knowledgable, friendly and courteous. In addition, they are fair and competent mechanics who can address all issues. We would highly recommend this wonderful family owned business. Such a pleasure to deal with!

Brought my 2015 Maserati in for service for the first time and it was the most pleasurable Service experience I've ever had. Alex and Dave were the nicest and most accommodating people I have ever had to deal with with when it came to having my car serviced. They have a class operation and do fantastic work, not to mention, very reasonably priced for their service. I highly recommend them for service and for sales, as their inventory appears to be impeccable as well.

I have a benz Cls 500 . If you want your car done right come here 1st time I went there they took care of me even fixed my tire which the last mechanics place I went to put it on backwards not saying no names but he noticed it as soon as he seen my car . the prices are not cheap and the prices are not expensive there in the middle they even washed my car . They know what they are doing and they do care as least that's how I was treated

These guys are the best. Great family owned business. I damaged the drivers sideview window and door a couple months back and the car looks better then ever. They do really great work and they are some of the nicest people around. I'm the kind of guy that has trust issues but I know Mario LoMedico Exotic Motors is a business I can depend on to keep me on the road. They are the most reliable mechanic I have had work on my cars. I always bring my vehicles to the LoMedicos when they need a little TLC because I know the repairs will be done the right way the first time here. Prices are always very fair for a quality job and I know my car will be in great working shape everytime I leave here. In addition, the entire staff is very friendly and helps explain any issues with the car and the work that has to be done, never spewing inaccuracies or trying to make it sound more complicated than it is. Mario and Alex LoMedico are a class act. I took my Porsche for a repair and they accommodated us immediately. They dropped everything else they were doing to address my issue. Professional, super knowledgeable and courteous. We just found our new mechanic. Been going to Mario s for 20+ years with a variety of different cars. Alex & Dave are the best to work with, have never been disappointed. Last week was driving my stepdaughters car and steering wheel response was definitely not right, swung by the shop and dropped car off. Couple hours later Alex called and informed me that a steering coupling was defective but this was something that had been flagged by Hyundai and suggested I bring to them as it was covered by a technical service bulletin .. no diagnostic charge by Alex. This is why I would recommend these guys to anyone: honest, straightforward, fair, and a pleasure to deal with.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have always wanted a convertible and I found my dream car at LoMedico! A silver hardtop BMW convertible! BEAUTIFUL! It was so easy. Went out for a test drive, fell in love with the car and bought it that day. Dave made the process super easy and honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. We've been going to Lomedico for 10 years now. I can't rave about this shop and this family enough. Their skill is impeccable, they are honest and reliable. They even search for recalls and any help they can give us at all times. We've had our cars serviced by them for a decade, have purchased cars through them. We've sent our family and friends to Alex, Dave & the gang, and they rave about them too. If I could give 10 stars I would. Quality work, reliable, reasonably priced and overall honest. I am a loyal customer of 10+ years and 250,000 miles and counting. I cannot say enough about their impeccable service. I've bought several cars from Dave. Here's why. Last August I bought an old Nissan pickup that was in pristine condition. By early September the AC started to lose its coldness. Dave was gracious and offered to take care of it given I had just bought the truck. We agreed that since the hot season was ending, he would simply recharge the Freon and we could follow up the following spring.In December I bought my daughter's Acura RDX from Dave. She was, and still is, absolutely thrilled. The RDX is a 2016, but it looks and drives like it's brand new.As the summer heat finally hit hard in July, I dropped off my Nissan to Dave and Alex who found the problem, repaired it, and tossed me my truck back within a couple of days. They even went above and beyond and found a small problem with my brakes and took care of that too.These guys aren't just the friendliest people you'll ever meet, they're also some of the most honest and hard-working folks I've ever known.Thank you Lomedicos

These guys are awesome. I bought a used BMW late November. They replaced both headlamp housings as they discovered pitting when replacing bulbs. As a car owner I would never know that without that my lights wouldn t last long. Now my convertible top got stuck going up. They spent over four hours locating a disconnected wire. They said they d only charge me three hours. I appreciated the discount. I go today to pick it up and they didn t charge me at all since the cars so new to me. Bravo Dave & Alex. This is the place you want to take your car

There is no one better than LoMedico! My family has been clients of Alex and Dave for years and we highly recommend them. We have bought/sold 4 cars through them and have had all of them serviced at LoMedico. They can do everything from basic repairs and maintenance to painting and body work on any high-end car. The purchase and sale process was painless, and they facilitate financing if necessary. They are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, fair, and always provide excellent customer service. Alex and his team have been enormously helpful on both of our cars, including one classic Range Rover from the 90s that is very difficult to find parts for. The team always schedules us promptly with full transparency on timeline and budget, including working with us on when to slot us in for minimal disruption to our family routines. They have also gone above and beyond in the ways of responding to weekend calls and driving us to work/home after we drop our cars off. The BEST customer service you could ask for. I have brought my car there for big jobs, as well as something as minor as replacing the battery in my key fab. Always satisfied with their reliability and service. I find them to be trustworthy and honest. Alex always takes the time to clearly explain any issues I am having with my SUV. I had brakes done at the dealership for my car a year ago after spending $2,800 for complete brake job a month later I had a bad vibration coming from the front end under braking. Took it back to the dealership they tried to place the blame on a separate issue and wanted to sell me another brake job for $2,800. A separate party recommended lamedico motors. I brought my car in saw Alex explain the situation. He called me a day later suggested cutting the front rotors which I agreed to. Had the car back by the end of the week problem solved and they saved me $2,500. They are very honest , do good work and they are reasonably priced.You can not ask for anything more.They will be doing the work on all my vehicles going forward.Highly recommend these guys they are spot-on.Simply brilliant Service: Brake service & repair
