I have been taking my car to JA autowerks for 5+ years. I know that I can get consistent, reliable, and fair service. I work a busy schedule, so I appreciate when a business can work around those with a 9-5. The entire team is friendly and makes me feel right at home. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here.

Friendly, knowledgeable, fast service. Went above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible. Even followed up a few days later to check that everything was working correctly. Less expensive than the dealership and a much better warranty. Very pleased. Will definitely continue to have our VW Atlas serviced by JA Autowerks. Thanks guys!

JA Autowerks is a great shop with expert mechanics on staff who are well versed with VW Audi and Porsche. They are an excellent alternative to the dealer with out the overpriced hassle and they offer loaner vehicles. I am so glad I found them.

They Were able to take my car in quickly for my repair. They did a great job fixing the front end and when I got my car back, it was spotless washed cleaned inside now I think they re a great auto shop. Highly recommend.

I needed so much work done on my BMW 535 Xi I was going to get rid of it. Instead I took it to JA Autowerks, and it's like a brand new car. They're honest experts, quick and fair, plus they stand behind their work. Much better than most dentists. Thanks JA!

Took a chance going here solely based on a pretty impressive review history, and those reviews indeed turned out to be accurate. Had an issue with my Audi, JA got me in immediately, never tried to upsell me, and turned the repair around very quickly. Other businesses should learn from them. Great team

Mark, Jeremy, and everyone at JA did an amazing job on my car getting it repaired. They were incredibly fast and communicated with me every step of the way and even followed up with me after to make sure everything was going well. Professional and respectful group. Highly recommend!

The team at JA Autowerks have once again outdone themselves. I was expecting a high level of service but they went above and beyond to deliver a first class repair job in a timely manner. When everyone else says they can't, JA Autowerks says they can, and they do.

The JA Autowerks team were professional, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem with our 2017 Mercedes C300. In fact the dealer told us there wasn t an issue, and it turned out that the problem required replacing the rear shocks. JA not only agreed that there was noise due to worn shocks. We only had 41k miles on the car, which made no sense, since we had only driven the car mainly on the parkway. JA researched the problem, and it turned out to be an identified issue. It was not under a recall due the fact that it was not a widespread issue, and probably because shocks are subject to wear and tear. Thanks Jeremy and team for going the extra mile, all for a very reasonable rate!

I am from Staten Island and broken down at NJ. AAA towed my car to JA Autowerks. They diagnosed the problem and fix the car at very reasonable charges and finish the work very timely fashion.There were no hidden charges. Whatever they quoted me that s what they charged.Car is running fineThank you.

When I got the runaround from Audi, another car repair company told me about JA Autowerks. I called up and discussed my car s issue and then felt really comfortable enough to bring my car in and have them fix it. Mark, Jeremy and the crew were professional, courteous and friendly and my car is like new again. They also a loaner car which really made things easy. I highly recommend JA Autowerks!

Best auto service shop we ve ever used. I ve been bringing our Porsches, new and used, for regular serving and repairs for the past 15 years. I'm new to the area and JA did a major service on my 2016 Audi S4. Shortly after I had a potential issue (unrelated to the service) and JA got me in quickly to check and make sure things were ok. Good service.

Went for a second opinion and decided to do the work with JA. They go above and beyond what a dealer service department would do . Most importantly honest and fair pricing .I will definitely use them to maintain my car going forward .

This is the place to go for car service. Not only are they knowledgeable and friendly they follow up with you to see how your car is performing after their service. It s nice to have mechanics know about cars but then also have great customer service it s rare to find!

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Helped in finding a tow service when AAA wouldn't tow my car. Addressed all concerns with my car. Also offered a loaner car while mine was in for repairs.

Brought my VW Alltrack to JA Autowerks because I wanted to be confident I would use a mechanic who knew European cars, and specifically German vehicles. I could have gone to the dealer, but I've found their customer service and work to be lacking and overly expensive. JA Autowerks did a fantastic job servicing my car as well as providing me with a loaner for the time they were doing the work. The car came back running perfectly, and clean - both inside and out. I would highly recommend JA Autowerks for anybody who needs work on a European vehicle, although I'm sure they would do a great job on a domestic car as well.

They take extra car and keep you up on what is going on with your vehicle,always honest price quote ,i let no one touch my mercedes but them ! Ray catena dealership quoted me $1100 for a new rim,mine had a crack,ja autowerks repaired for $240,you do the math !!! I have two Audi vehicles and both are serviced regularly for major repairs as well as scheduled maintenance. I have been very impressed with Mark & John how they treat their customers. Their service recommendations are always what is needed and not over sold. It is very important to find a service provider for import vehicles you can trust. I am very pleased in every aspect of their service and truly recommend others to also utilize their services.David
