Had a really smooth and friendly experience here! Someone hit my parked car in a parking lot and damaged my front bumper. Mazda placed screws to hold it in place but said I would need to go somewhere for repairs. Collex took me right away, gave me an estimate, and scheduled me. They sent me text updates every day and even finished the work earlier than expected and for a lower price than I expected! Dan and the girls up front were all very kind and helpful. My car looks good as new and I m very happy with the work! Will definitely come back if I ever need any more work done to my vehicle.

This was actually my second time bringing my vehicle to Collex, and I cannot recommend them enough! It's already an extremely frustrating situation when your vehicle has been damaged but the team at Collex took such good care of me and made everything so streamlined that I will never go anywhere else! When I brought my vehicle in for the estimate, Al explained everything in a way I could understand and made sure I was aware of the different possibilities they might find once they opened my car up so I wouldn't have any surprises. Shannon in the office was also great - always taking care of all the details, from start to finish, and doing anything she could to help make it as simple as possible for me. They take care of you like a real family business, and that's hard to find nowadays! I can't thank them all enough for how simple they made everything and for being so understanding and accommodating. They even finished my vehicle way ahead of schedule and it looks brand new!

I have a 22 Ford Explorer that was hit while parked and needless to say I was not happy in the least. The body shop I had always used and trusted had closed last year and going by my insurance companies website I found Collex to be the only Ford Certified body shop on their list so as luck would have it they were right down the road from my job. I went for my estimate appointment and was more than happy with my initial encounter with Collex. I was texted to remind me to drop off my car for my appointment and texted updates daily and even texted by my car to let me know how well it was being taken care of and it was done a day early!!!! I went to pick up my car and encountered the absolutely most pleasant staff of people I have ever encountered and all my paperwork was ready and they had a staff member come out to my washed and vacuumed car to go over the repairs and see me off. Truly the best experience having a car repaired in 39 years of driving. I would give them 10 stars in every category and just so you all know I am in sales and envy their boss and owner, because he or she put together a team to be proud of!!!!

very unprofessional, i waited about 10 days to get an appointment to get an estimate on my car. I dropped off the car, got a rental. Five days later we called and there was no estimate done, and the workers said it was going to take a couple more days just for the estimate. They were supposed to give it to us within 24 hours, so I called another auto body and my car was towed there. After all that they charged my insurance company money just for the days they held my car. The reason they did that is because the car damage was given as totaled. So by holding our car they were making money while I was paying for a rental. I find that very unprofessional. I asked them and they said they were not going to charge me any fees, so I don't recommend this place. They were taking advantage of me.

Not thrilled with my experience, even though I was advised against it, I went with advice and went through Plymouth rocks Insurance recommendations for this location. When I got there I was promptly greeted by a wonderfully nice woman and gentlemen, and was told they would come to look at my car. That's when things went downhill, the adjuster told me it looked like it was a total loss based on how the insurance company handles things. Granted I hit a deer, but the damage was not extensive I had driven the vehicle for over 5,000 miles since the incident. It was a hood bumper and headlight. I had just put in over $4,000 into the vehicle prior to the accident. I plead with the adjuster / employee at this establishment to not make this a total loss, that I would be okay with aftermarket or refurbished Parts not sure the terminology a day later I got an email saying that the repairs will be done. No sooner than 5 to 10 days later I get a phone call from Plymouth Rock and this establishment advising me that this would likely be a total loss. Not a happy customer. I could go on further but I think this rant is over.

They are so helpful and accommodating here! Everyone was nice and was able to help fix my car in a timely manner. I noticed another issue with the car and they were able to fix it the same day I called. Highly recommend coming to this place for repairs

Ben at Collex Collision did an outstanding job in solving my problem. He repaired the issue at no charge to me. They are very responsible and you can trust that your car will get repaired to your satisfaction.

I haven't gotten my car back yet, but I just had to say how wonderful they are!!They are so thoughtful!! They sent me text messages " from my car" to let me know the progress and that it was being well taken care of. Those messages really made my day!! It was so sweet and thoughtful. Had a car fixed there a few years back without issue. Took another car there a month ago and what a disaster. They had it three different times and now I have go elsewhere to have it finished. If it is more than cosmetic, they say any issues are normal wear and tear without inspection. Something changed for the bad over the last few years.

In June 2019, I was hit by a car that ran a stop sign. After losing control of the wheel, my car went across the center line of the road, through a fence, and into a local farm. After insurance was handled, Collex Auto Body fixed my car within two weeks. Since my car is a year old (2018 Hyundai Tucson), I was afraid it would never drive the same. However, it rides BETTER than it did prior to the accident. As the car had a total damage cost of over $13,000, one would not expect it to look brand new, but it does. Collex not only fixed the damage, but painted the car, and even got it washed prior to me picking it up. The level of professionalism and understanding from the office staff and labor team is unmatched, and is what you need when you are in a situation like I was in. Thrilled I chose Collex Auto Body, and if you have a choice between auto repair shops, I recommend choosing Collex - you will not be disappointed.

I ended up here through my insurance after getting rear-ended...and here's the super wild part: Collex was incredible. Super clear communication the entire time, great service in arranging my rental at a local agency and to top it off, my car was actually finished a day early. They knew my insurance process and made it super easy to get going again. I hope you don't *need* them anytime soon, but if you do, this is a spectacular option.Service: Body & Trim

The team at Collex was wonderful! They made a stressful moment much better. My car was good as new in 3 days and they assisted with arranging my rental!! I even made an hour trip up to have them work on my car since I had a previous great experience with them when I lived closer. I highly recommend them without a doubt! Thank you so much!

Collex is without a doubt the best auto repair shop. The office employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They do top notch work. Two thumbs up!!I visited again. I was the recipient of a hit and run. Dana, the lovely young lady in the front office was friendly and empathetic. Al was thorough and gave me a transparent estimate and the guys in the garage ALWAYS do a fantastic job. Took my new F150 to Collex after I hit a deer. They were professional, kind and courteous from the moment I called to make an appointment. The whole process was smooth. I received the sweetest progress updates from my truck (they made me laugh). The repair was done quickly and the work is great. My truck looks wonderful. After a horrific experience with T&J in Red Bank, Collex restored my faith. I highly recommend them.

Collex takes the hassle out of dealing with auto body repairs! They communicated quickly and effectively with my insurance company, getting my estimate done ASAP. I happened to be in the office while one of their team meetings was going on and I was very impressed - reviewing each car in their inventory and the progress they had made in repairs. The front desk arranged a rental car for me and transportation to/from Enterprise. My repairs were done within the time frame they specified and the car was returned clean and in perfect condition. Collex is professional throughout the entire process and if I ever have an "unfortunate accident" again, I'll be sure to call Collex ASAP!

The staff here is amazing. I needed some repairs due to a car accident. Parts were hard to come by, but they kept in touch with me throughout the process. It's very well organized when you arrive their parking spots have a phone number to call to let them know you are there. They promptly come to meet you by your car and go over what is going to be done, how long it will take, etc. I had dealt with a Mike, who was really helpful and friendly. I dropped my car off with the expectation that they would have it for 4 days, they had it back in 3. I had the front bumper replaced, and when the car was returned it was spotless, inside and out--not only did they clean the outside, they vacuumed the entire inside as well. As far as cost, I really couldn't say if it was reasonable, over, under, etc., I'm not familiar with all the work that was involved and what it would cost, however, I was really pleased with the service and the updates throughout the whole process.

We were blown away with the quality of Collex's customer service, expertise, speed, and attention to detail. They handled all the details with our insurance company, and their customer service is unparalleled - they were friendly, attentive, proactive, and communicated every step of the way. When we picked up our car, not only did the repair work look fantastic (you couldn't even tell there was a repair), but they detailed the interior so that it looked better than when we even bought it. I'd recommend Collex to anyone needing body work - these people did an amazing job!

Collex handled our repairs with the highest satisfaction. They were comforting about the accident, helpful with insurance and amazing with the car rental coordination. I really appreciated the customer service, the ongoing updates and helpful nature. GREAT customer service - so so worth it. The repair itself was done AMAZINGLY well - car is looking as good as new and fully guaranteed. Nothing better. Would highly recommend Collex.

I truly can't say enough about how awesome Collex is!! I just picked up my car and it looks brand new. Mike and Dana were wonderful to work with from scheduling the initial appointment to handing the keys back to me. This place has gave me the run around about a warranted part. The dealership I got my car from gave me an inspection and notice my Sensor was bad same one collex put in for me and now they telling me I have to go to Infiniti dealership and pay for the same inspection, just to change it. I ve never had any light on my car before they worked on it and it s been on since I left. I will not go back

Collex came highly recommended from another employee. They did a great job on re-painting and fixing my front bumper to make it like new. Collex also cleaned the rest of the car and detailed it really well prior to delivery. They are truly professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a collision repair.

These guys were AWESOME!!! My car insurance company (21st Century) recommended them to me. I'm glad I chose to use them because the entire process was quick and easy. The people in the office were very understanding and helpful, and they kept me updated every step of the way. The repairs were excellent, and the facility was the cleanest I have ever seen! They treat both customers and cars with respect and care. I highly recommend Collex to anyone!

Collex was great when I got into my first accident. They sent a tow truck out within an hour. Called and explained everything to me and why it was going to take 3 weeks. They kept me updated at least twice a week and we're always pleasant to talk to. They also had my car ready a day early! Had an excellent experience here and would definitely recommend it!

Collex did a fantastic job repairing our Subaru Outback. The dollar estimate was detailed and accurate and the promised delivery date exceeded our expectations. Moreover, the car was cleaned (inside and outside) prior to delivery. The staff at Collex was friendly and informative and they provided detailed care instructions for us to follow for the next 30 days while the paint cures. I've used Collex in the past, so when I needed to get my son's car fixed there was no question as to where to take it. They are great people to work with; very friendly and professional. They told me how many days to fix the car; they kept me informed along the way; they delivered as expected. A great job on the car and a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
