I go to this service 4 years already. My last two experiences were bumpy. With previous I end up with complete reset on my car settings (so I need to fix my car as I just got it).But my last visit 29 of November 2023 was even better . Advice manager (who take my car and deal with it) called me and said they advice me to do work cost 650 dollars and when I tried to understand what s wrong with my existing part the advice manger interrupted me many times never listen till the end what I want to say and at the end just said to me that he have other things to do and not gonna spend time with me any longer . Well after this all that I understood I will never will be back here. But still I went to see service manager George COLLETTE and personally I give him 5 starts, he explained me all, looked my records and was very polite and professional. Only because of him I gave 3 starts in review otherwise it would be 1 star. And I will try another time to go back. Only because of this service manager who can handle things.I will not say name of advice manager but service manager talked to him and he came to apologize to me with explanation that he cannot hear me very well but it was lie he was just rude and care less to explain or maybe he just have lack of knowledge on top of all.

After 3 long weeks of my blueberry being in the shop, I finally have her back up and running. Thank you so much Circle Hyundai for putting in the time, effort, and hard work to repair my car! I especially want to thank Justin Abrams for putting up with me and my 8am text messages asking for updates on my car . I've spent the last 6 months going back and forth to other dealerships trying to repair my vehicle. I even considered selling my car at one point. Once I brought my car to Circle Hyundai, everything was fixed in one visit. I can't even begin to explain the weight that's been lifted off my shoulders. I've been so stressed knowing Sofia is almost here and I need a safe and reliable car to put her in. Thanks again Circle Hyundai!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM HALEY MACKENZIE!My fiance and I recently had the pleasure of working with Haley MacKenzie at Circle Hyundai. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, her warmth and professionalism stood out.We are a family of 5. We have a teenage daughter, a growing pre-teen son, and a disabled daughter. Due to our daughter's disability, she will need to be in a car seat for the foreseeable future. This has proven to complicate our comfort while traveling. Especially since we often drive back and forth to Florida to visit our family. Having a 3rd-row vehicle was imperative to us. We also preferred a vehicle with top-of-the-line safety ratings. We decided that the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe not only met but exceeded all of our family's expectations. I got my Tucson here from Andrew F in sales a few years back and I ve always had a great experience here and with him! He s super helpful in anyway he can be even when it involves other departments. My car is currently in for service and Andrew went out of his way to help get a loaner car for me as soon as possible. He always makes my experience at this location great! If you re looking at this dealership to get a new car, I highly recommend seeing Andrew!

Inquired about a used car on their site and they were super quick to respond on a Saturday. The dealership is an hour from my home and unprompted the salesperson Haley (THANK YOU) gave me relevant information about the vehicle that saved me the trip.I don t know how many times I ve spent driving to dealerships that hide relevant information and waste everybody s time.I m hoping to find another vehicle on their site in the meantime. Would be interested in doing business with honest businesses like this one.

I took my car in to be serviced because the check engine light is on and so far they've had the car more than two weeks and still have it as I'm writing this they don't call you to give updates about your vehicle unless you call them to push to speak to someone and that's even if you can get someone to answer the phone. I tried to get a cost estimate so I know how much the work is going to cost and my service advisor said he couldn't tell me till they got the parts. I still have no idea what I'm going to be paying for this I do know that this is the last time I bring my car to circle Hyundai.

Had the absolute pleasure of working with Kevin Gleason on the sales end and Justin Amorim on the finance end to lease my sons 1st car. Another amazing car buying experience from Circle Hyundai. Just leased the brand new 2024 Santa Fe and I am in love with it. My salesman Andrew got me into the exact car I wanted. He made the car buying experience easy and pain free just like my first purchase with them. I will definitely be coming back to see Andrew for any future cars. Was only looking at their cars on the lot when I saw an employee. I asked him where their hybrids were. He showed me one! She'd it I'd like to test drive it. I had time so I said yes... as we are walking to get key, I mentioned i would rather blue. He said "we have one!".Test driving the blue elantra L.E. was like love at first drive!And yes... I bought her!!!Thank you Andrew Feldman. You made this the easiest purchase I have ever done. Your professionalism and friendly personality was perfect! Thank you

Walked in looking to lease a Kona. Walked out with the lease and the best experience in a dealership i have ever had. Bill was excellent! He was so upfront with everything, treated me with respect and was quick with it all. I would recommend Circle, and have already, to anyone looking for a vehicle!

The Service department is terrible always trying to nickel and dime you. In order to get a Saturday appointment for an oil change I needed to book 6 months in advance I am 2000 miles over the recommended miles so now they want to charge me for the tire rotation I will not give this dealership and dime they are the worst, I got a response the owner that because I drive more then the average person that is why they want charge me I already pay for A lease that's 15k year. And when I bought the vehicle I was told everything will be covered including oil changes they say what ever then try to charge you for it. Never had this issue with pinebelt Nissan or eatontown Honda, so this will be the last vehicle I buy from Circle

I came in for an appointment all the way from the Bronx to NJ on Saturday with Jordan in regards to a 2024 Hyundai Sonata SEL with the convience package. Before I entered the building and met with Jordan he had the car I was interested already parked outside and started! If you re looking for a genuine Car Sales Person, Jordan is your guy!!He went above and beyond to support me with the best advice in regards to financing the car since it s my first time ever doing so! He explained to me car insurance, registration, the whole nine yards!Justin was also a big help with us as well with insurance plans through Hyundai, how much the payment would be for the car etc.I d definitely recommend any of my friends and family to come to this Hyundai specifically and to ask for Jordan! Thank you Jordan and the rest of the Hyundai team!

Michael Connett at Circle was awesome! My Tuscon lease was almost up, and I wasn't sure what my best options were, Michael found me exactly what I wanted (even a higher trim model!) for a great price. He was so easy to work with, efficient, and friendly. A no pressure transaction. It's my third vehicle from Circle, and my family's worked with them forever. Always great service, and I love that they do so much charity work. Highly recommend!

Went in for 2 recalls. I refused to buy the AGM Battery the tech said I needed ($345 was listed on the bill) since I thought the car only required the traditional lead acid battery. The tech never called (as he promised) later that day when the recall work was finished (I got a 4pm text I didn't see until 5:30). When I picked up the car the next day, it took them 1 and 1/2 hours to bring the car around (yes, 90 minutes). One of the owners addressed me twice; and I never lost my cool. I was finally told they couldn't find where the tech parked it. I took the car to my mechanic and he charged the battery but it did not last long. So he purchased the (correct) replacement from the Hyundai parts department for $138. The service manager called me the next day to ask 'how did the service go'. Seriously, he didn't seem to know. I suspect I will not be welcome for any more recall work at the local dealership. I hope your experiences are better.

My Hyundai Sonata's air bag light was on.Usually this type of event is the start of a mildly inconvenient trip to the mechanic. In this case, it was the start of an era of lies, greed, circles, and deceit.The process started when I reported the issue, and an executive at Hyundai corporate kindly offered to cover the diagnosis and replacement as it's a well documented issue for this model year due to a sensor error in the driver seatbelt buckle. He issued me a gift card to do so. "Coolio," I thought to myself. Who doesn't like free? :)So, I brought it to the Hyundai circles in Shrewsbury for the diagnosis and replacement. Upon diagnosing the car, and to my surprise, they claimed the car was "working as designed" (which, perhaps, was confirmation of the vehicle's poor design). The circles also wrote that the light was on due to the vehicle door being open. Lol.Translation: the circles did not want to deal with the issue: (1) because it was an older vehicle and (2) because of the credit from Hyundai triangle at corporate, as I expect this isn't counted as a customer sale and they didn't like that I went over their circular heads. This hypothesis is supported by the my own tests on a Snap-on diagnostic machine before and after the visit, which confirmed an error code related to the driver seatbelt buckle. They did not know I had this knowledge or access to a diagnostic tool myself, as most do not. And, if they tested it themselves, which I'm not even sure that they did, they would have seen the same code.In addition, these round circles refused to accept my Hyundai gift card and required a direct payment from me for their inaccurate diagnosis a nice way of saying they lied to me and billed me for it.I paid only to sever any relationship with them and purchased the part elsewhere to repair the car myself. I was able to locate the part at another Hyundai dealer who accepted the gift card and was extremely helpful in getting the correct part to me quickly.In summary, I (not a car person) diagnose and repair Hyundais with greater accuracy, efficiency, and most importantly honesty than these little circles. If you would like a consult on any repair, feel free to reach out. I would also be willing to offer my expert consultation services to Hyundai, for a fee.Dearest circles, I will accept a refund for your wrongdoings but only with an apology and, perhaps, chocolates. This is only directed to the Shrewsbury circles and not to the many triangles and squares who helped me along the way.Thank you for listening to my TED Talk.

Yet another review for the incompetent service center here.. this is the third or fourth time I ve ran into issues with the service center. They clearly need a new manager or more competent techs. 2020 3 year old car was not turning on out of nowhere so I got it towed to circle. Was told car had low battery even though triple A said battery was fine. Replaced the battery which isn t covered under warranty and two weeks later car is not starting again. Was told no other issues were found so how is this happening again? Clearly your incompetent service center did not look at the car properly. What an utter inconvenience. Bought 3 cars from this dealership and I have no plans to return now. So unfortunate.

It s been months trying to find a new used car.Since Covid , there has been a shortage of used car. And if you were lucky to find one, you had to act fast since it could be sold right under you.My expectations were not high.I walked in with my husband, met Michael with a warm welcome smile and determination.I was in total disbelief to be able to drive away with a vehicle. Have a little faith, their is good people out there. Amazing dealership, great staff. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Circle Hyundai!!!

Was greatly surprised the ease and comfort Michael C was able to sell me a used Hyundai Elantra at a great price. He listened to my needs and found me the perfect used vehicle. With Hyundai s certified used vehicles with 60000 mile/5 year bumper to bumper warranty it was a no brainer. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend Circle Hyundai to anyone for all their car buying needs!

Just left this dealership after my daughter purchased a 2020 Electra Limited. One of the best car purchase experiences ever. Even my husband was happy. Brian D from finance was so professional and competent, he made the transaction transparent and understandable and the salesman Bill U was a pleasure. Overall such a great experience I recommend this dealership highly.

Best dealership in central NJ! Went there in March and got a 23 Kona N and Last week went back and got a 24 Santa Cruz. Ask for Craig! Both times He was courteous and glad to help very knowledgeable and made things happen for my family and I. Craig is the only care sales expert I ll be dealing with from now on and I Will definitely be back to see him!

Top-notch experience at Circle Hyundai! Our sales hero Andrew Feldman was friendly, patient, and extremely tech-savvy. Seeing as cars these days have all the bells and whistles (especially hybrids and electric vehicles) his extra know-how was a big plus.
