Worst service experience I have ever had. After having my car for a week and not fixing the issue. I made another appointment for fist thing Monday morning and dropped my car off Sunday night. They decided not to even look at the car all day then didn t call me. I was forced to contact them the next morning and found out the part I need will take a week and a half but was under factory warranty. I was never given the option of a loner car but I made other arrangements. When a week and a half came and went. I called again and found that they never told me my part is on back order and my car has no estimated date of being fixed. They are supposed to give me a loner car but it s been 3 days and I don t see it happening. There service manager is never there, so forget complaining to him. I called corporate and reported the company as well as the issue with my vehicle. I will never go back to this service department again.

Went in for new car I felt so comfortable everyone there was nice and friendly. They took their time with me since I was not sure what I was looking for. I love my new ride Hyundia Tuscon. Thank you Ingrid you are the best.

Bonnie is the service department was INCREDIBLE!!! I was super overwhelmed walking in there because it's like a pit crew attacking your car. Once I sat with Bonnie she talked me through it all and had me out of there within 40 mins! They are very lucky to have Bonnie in their service department!

Staff was professional & knowledgeable! Very cost effective! Mark Z & Craig S is 'GOOD MONEY!' to the Hip impaired that means - They are Assets to the Team!

Prompt diagnosis, friendly staff and maintenance technicians, comfortable waiting areas, free coffee and donut holes, free Wi-Fi. Always a pleasure to get outstanding service here!!

Had the part I needed and stayed 5 minutes til after closing to wait for me to pick it up. Great service.
