Had my 1st oil change and tire rotaion on my Elantra hybrid. The facility is clean, they have 30 bays! I stayed in their sitting area. Which had leather seating, drinks and coffee for us plus free wifi. They informed me when I was done via text and phone.I was very impressed at the process and level of professionalism.The women at the counter was very nice also.So glad this is where I will take my car for all her service and maintenance!

What can I say. An amazing experience. Chris Healey is one of the best salesman I have encountered. I financed the Hyundai Ioniq5 and within a few hours my wife and I were driving home. No back and forth let me talk to my manager nonsense. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend.

I ve had bad experiences with pushy car dealers and not one salesperson came off this way! I had the pleasure of working with Andrew. He s smart, easy to talk to, honest, and patient! We were there well past closing and Andrew was happy to stay and answer any last minute questions we might have had. The car buying process was a breeze compared to Pine belt. Thanks circle auto for a great experience.

NOT recommended!The service is careless!My car is under warranty.Scheduled an appointment to check the nav system a month in advance.Came at 8:45AM as plannedStarted calling them at 1PM because the car was not even opened by that time.The car was opened only at 2:30 according to my bluelink.They said that they need to make a 4hr software update and since the place only is closing at 4:40 they want to keep it overnight for that, no loaner can be provided.So I took it back to schedule an appointment with another dealer.Giving extra stars because they provided Uber in and out, had to fight for that as well.Update:Since the response was given by the owner, I think I need to update my review as well, because the response was full of misinformation.Loaner was not promised, but they never said that it will take them 6 hours before they can take a look at my car.They never said that the repair will cost money when they looked at the vehicle, it was mentioned when I brought the car, I replied that I didn't expect it, but if it is what they need to do- than OK.I never said that I will book an appointment with another dealer, I asked if I can rebook it with them so they can spend not more than 1 day on it. The service rep said that he can't guarantee that, so I left without rebooking it.Overall I have a bad experience with the dealership, seems like they want to collect money not only from Hyundai, but also from the owner of a car on a warranty. Again, would not recommend their service. If they are lying here- I wouldn't leave my car unattended at this place.

I am a relatively new customer, and I appreciated the honest and no-nonsense interactions I had with Heather when purchasing my new Hyundai a year ago. The service department schedule is difficult. I have to wait at least 6 weeks to get in for scheduled maintenance visits, and I have a lot of availability because I am retired. I was also having a tough time scheduling appts for recalls, but I think I have that solved finally. If you need any service outside of the standard maintenance, please avoid the web based app and just call the dealership to schedule your appt to ensure that they schedule enough time and have the parts they need.

This place had a nice show room and selection of cars. We had the pleasure of working with Justin who was very informative and straightforward with the vehicles and our finance options. Circle's prices are very competitive and we drove out with a Fantastic deal on our New Palisade. I must also note that they had a outstanding Cleaning crew keeping the showroom spotless and was constantly sanitizing surfaces . This Dealership maintains a outstanding business practice!

Worst service dept. install part incorrectly and laugh abt it. Break another part on the car and want to tape it together. Never again will I use their service or buy anything from Circle Auto Group.Boohoo . You had my car 4 different times for 6 days and were incapable of repairing it. You do not honor your appointment times. You laugh at the fact that you are careless with other s property. Yeah I was rude but you brought that on yourself with your poor service. You don t even realize that by not keeping appointments you are not only inconveniencing me but also my friends and family that I had to rely on for rides. My patience ran out when you kept my car for 2 days and never touched it the first day and when you transferred my call from reception to service back to reception without answering the call. No worries though, I notified the warranty company that you did not repair my car under the warranty and I notified Chevy and Hyundai about how you are treating their brands.And just an FYI I took the car to a REAL mechanic and they had it fixed in an hour by PROPERLY connecting the wires u had crossed.

The service at this dealer is excellent, i took my car for a regular maintenance service and tire rotation. verything was smooth while i wait in a confortable room with great coffee machine and pastrys.I like this place a lot.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Haley, Vince and Brian were all great to work with. Definitely worth the 1 hour drive. Highly recommend going to Circle Hyundai. The customer service was fabulous. The ambiance of the entire facility made it apparent the sales team truly cares about what they do and believes in their products. We felt heard and not pressured.

Andrew the email correspondent and salesman was great. Very easy to talk to and work with.Vincent, the general manager has no business being in the position he is in. He is arrogant, rude, and needs to learn how to speak to customers a little better. I speak to patients in a hospital setting for a living so I know what I am talking about.This is NOT the time to buy a new car or used car. You will pay a lot more money than before 2021. Roughly 5-7k over what the sticker says. Dealerships have to make up for low inventory to make money which is passed on to you. Just the way it is. I suggest waiting until supply chain issues resolve in a year or 2 before buying.

Great customer service with two free oil changes per year for the lease term. Also stopped in to see my favorite car dealer Mona who leased me Hybrid Tuscon. Best decision I made saving some decent money on gas.

I had a great experience both times. I really really liked Mona.. She gave me a very comfortable experience. Sometimes shopping for cars can be nerve racking she's gave me a very calming feeling and was so helpful and friendly she truly deserves a promotion she was so busy and had customers coming in asking for her she goes above and beyond for her customers

I was there recently for an oil change. I usually wait for my car to be serviced at the dealership. They have a nice clean waiting area with a coffee machine to get your coffee, clean restrooms, free wi-fi, and TV to help make you comfortable while you wait. I'm in by 7am and out by 8:30 am if not sooner some times. Thanks for your great service.

Sales with Mr. Lyonoll Holt and Service with Mr. George Collette was excellent. Even the owner greeted me to make sure I was happy. I would surely buy another Hyundai from Circle Auto.

We own 2 Hyundai cars. We financed 2013 Santa Fe Sport from circle auto in 2017. The car has now been at the shop for the last month due to engine light on. They "fixed" it twice and then we were initially told the car needed a brand new engine and it would be covered under our warranty. Today they called us to say we would have to pay for the new engine because of lack of care for the car. We asked for a loner car- no loner car due to Covid? They will not cover our rental car costs either. Terrible experience. Never buying from them again. Never buying a Hyundai again. I wanted to give no stars, but website won't let me.

Joe D is an awesome salesman. He didn't mind walking in the cold to check out a used car. Even though I was not quick enough to buy the car, he was professional and kind enough to follow up with me and let me know it was sold. He also provided the carfax to me with no questions asked. I really like the transparency at this dealership. This is totally a place to buy a car from.Keep in touch

The moment I walked into the Circle Hyundai dealership, I was greeted with pleasant smiles and immediate assistance. I had one Hyundai in mind, and I was provided with a car that matched my specific tastes and more. Glen was incredibly thorough in explaining how each feature worked, and his cheerful, easy-going attitude had me comfortable enough to test drive the car and ask questions.When discussing the pricing of the car, I had a lot of trouble understanding why the car was a certain price compared to what I had found online. Glen answered every question I had honestly and professionally, and it was his knowledge of the car as well as the willingness to go back and forth between me and the sales manager that convinced me further that this dealership was the place to purchase a car.By the end of the deal, the sales manager, Sam, came out to greet me personally and seal the deal officially. He was kind and willing to work with my budget, which I greatly appreciate.I have already recommended this dealership to others, and I will continue to do so.

Circle Hyundai worked so incredibly well with me. They were so considerate, we were able to work things out so that everyone was able to walk away happy. HUGE shout out to Ron who did a FANTASTIC job! I am so incredibly happy with the car that I purchased and would recommend anyone when looking for a new or used car.

Our Salesman, Vince Mucci was a pleasure to deal with. He answered every question we posed. It was a fluid transaction and yes its my second Sonata. Right from the start to finish. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and super accommodating. Will be recommending Vince M. to my family and my grand daughter. Great job Vince,and Circle Hyundai.

After total discouragement from visiting other car dealerships, my faith in car salesman was restored after spending time at Circle Hyundai! I can't thank enough Craig for his friendliness and professionalism in helping me purchase my new vehicle! He was a real gentleman and worked with me, and my family to get me the BEST offer possible and all done so without harassment which I had experienced at other dealerships. I would also like to recognize Scott for his professionalism and his assist with all the financial details. I LOVE my new car and I thank both these gentlemen for their assistance. My son can't wait to graduate from college in 2 years and go back to Circle to purchase a new vehicle!
