My Mazda was involved in an accident affecting both passenger side doors, trimming and everything that comes with it. We worked with Jimmy who was very personable and able to answer all of our questions. Jimmy and the rest of the team were able to get our car fixed up in a timely manner-even sooner than they originally estimated (huge plus!) and we were given frequent updates through email. Red Rhonda looks as good as new now!! We were very impressed with our experience with Anthony s Auto! Jimmy and Brian were phenomenal. Not only did my car come back perfect, but they even detailed my car for me after the repair at no charge. They gave me back a brand new car. Their customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be using them again in the future. My wife's jeep was fixed here. Job done fair. Car was very dirty, buffer marks on some edges. Compound in all moldings, door handles ect. Crummy delivery.... I would have not accepted car. Had to take car to car wash twice to get clean.

Jetta 2013 repair of fender, door, and bottom molding. This place was on the list of repair shops given from my insurance company. It was down the street so it was convenient. The work that was done was perfect. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. Anthony s Autobody provided excellent service . They kept me informed about the status of my repair at every step and even finished earlier than expected. My car looks brand new and they even cleaned the inside of the car as well and gave me a gift of a lovely mug. They were easy to work with and if I ever need autobody work in the future they will be the first I call. Highly recommendedService: Painting

Despite their promises not to take the car if the visibly damaged parts are not available, they got the car stating the part is in, and kept it for a month while waiting for that part. It's not a part that was discovered later, it's a damaged bumper they were waiting for a month while car was dismantled at the shop. Costed me extra $700 in rental. Maybe the quality of repair is good, but they lied.

I am new to the area and brought my mustang to Anthony's auto body based on recommendations from the internet. They did not disappoint and I am happy to add another 5 star rating to their reviews. My pride and joy was damaged on the rocker panel from hitting a pot hole. Anthony Bocco at the front reception was on top of everything going above and beyond for me. (Working with the insurance company and scheduling my visits so that my car and myself spent minimal time at the shop.) They did a full inspection of the car and determined which parts were needed for the repair. For my situation, it worked out perfectly that I never had to leave the car overnight. Over the course of about 3 weeks, they were able to do the inspection, order parts, capture a perfect paint match, and install the parts on the car. Thank you so much AAB and (Anthony & team) for treating me and my vehicle with respect. I hope to not have to be back but highly recommend anyone in need of an auto body shop to reach out to Anthony's.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

My 2019 Acura needed repairs from an accident. I did not know where to take it. I was recommended to Anthony s auto body from a friend. I am so glad I went. They made it so easy for me and dealt with the insurance for me. All I did was drop the car off for repair and they would call me to let me know how the repairs were going. The car came out awesome! I have had the unfortunate need to use Anthony s Auto Body several times to fix my cars. However, Anthony s made each experience incredibly painless, easy, reasonable and professional. The quality of work and customer service is excellent. I would never take a car anywhere else.

Came in to find out about a quote for damage done to my car on the passengers side back door (with the car that had damage on it) and the woman running the front desk refused to give me a quote because they had to get a request from the insurance company first even though we explained we were waiting for the other party s insurance to respond to us, as they were at fault for the accident that caused damage to my car. Went to multiple other places during the day that let us get estimates (and gave us printed out quotes) for possible repairs. Waste of time going to this shop and their parking was almost all blocked off making it almost impossible to even go in to talk to them in the first place

Had such a great experience at anthony s auto body! My car was hit and was brought to anthony s to be fixed and it came out amazing. I was updated through the entire process and knew exactly what was going on with my car! Would absolutely recommend them 100%

Brian was extremely helpful and professional. He took his time to make sure all our paperwork was correct and explained the process to us beforehand. He dealt with the insurance company on our behalf and made sure we weren't charged for anything we shouldn't be. He also walked out with us to the car and gave us the run down on the test and repairs that may have to be done and gave us an estimate on the time. Finally, when it was time to pick up the car Brian was quick and kind even though we had to come close to closing time due to work. The car was like new. Excellent auto body shop. If you need repairs, this is the place to go. Doesn't hurt that it's very close to enterprise so you can get a replacement while your car is worked on.

I worked with Brian to replace my front bumper and parts behind the bumper after hitting a deer. He kept in contact with me throughout the process, keeping me updated as he was.I got my car back in beautiful, squeaky clean condition and all fixed! I am so happy to have my car back! Anthony s Auto Body did an amazing job! I worked with Brian and he could not have made things easier for me. After our initial meeting, he told me just to drop off my car the following week and he would take care of everything, including the insurance. That is exactly what happened. He was thorough and honest. He kept me updated throughout the process. Brian was so friendly and he always had my best interest and the safety of my children and I at heart. The office staff is funny and efficient. AND I can t wait to drink out of my new coffee mug! I would highly recommend Anthony s Auto Body in Shrewsbury.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

The ULTIMATE experience Brian from start to finish made my car like a piece of glass. After an accident my car was automatically towed here and I left it to have the repairs done. I had never heard of this place before but was so glad I stayed with them. I worked mainly with Brian who was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, honest and efficient (as well as friendly and funny!). He got on the phone every time I called and knew exactly where they were with my car. He dealt directly with my insurance company and made sure my car turned out exactly as it was prior to the accident. He talked me through all of my concerns and never dismissed anything I said. Terri was incredibly kind and helpful also! While I hope I don t need a body shop again, I will definitely be bringing my car back here if I do!

I had the most incredible experience with Anthony's Auto Body, all thanks to the awesome help I received from Brian and Jimmy. Let me tell you, my 2004 Dodge Neon SRT4 is my absolute dream car. I've poured so much time and money into it, and the thought of losing it was just devastating. But guess what? Brian and Jimmy came to the rescue and exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in and started talking about the insurance issues, these guys were on fire. They knew exactly what to do. Brian's knowledge and expertise when it came to dealing with insurance companies was mind-blowing. He understood how much this car meant to me, and he fought tooth and nail to make sure it got the respect and value it deserved. I can't stress enough how much I appreciated Brian's attention to detail. He went through all the paperwork with a fine-tooth comb, making sure every little thing was considered. And Jimmy, or as they call him, Jimmy, was right there by his side, offering support and making sure everything went smoothly.What was the coolest to me was how much these guys cared. They understood the emotional connection I had with my dream car, and they never stopped reassuring me. Whenever I felt stressed or worried, they were there to calm me down and remind me that everything was going to be okay. Their dedication paid off big time. They managed to convince the insurance company to cover the storage fees, which was a huge relief for me. I couldn't believe it! Anthony's Auto Body is great! They are serious about their work and take pride in their results. They also do car detailing, given the prices of new cars, we decided to fix all the dents, dings and scratches in both of our cars and have them detailed. Anthony's Auto Body was great to work with and handled my repair with great professionalism and skill. Brian was communicative, updating me regularly on what was going on with parts and the repair. He made sure that while they were waiting for the parts that were hard to get the repair was still progressing so that as soon as everything was in it would not take long to finalize the repairs. First, Brian was extremely professional, respectful, communicative, and personable. His customer service skills were top notch (which is not easy to find lately). Second, while I can't tell which mechanic(s) did the body work, my car looks perfect! Unfortunately, I did experience a slight attitude from one of the other employees, but aside from this little blip, I can confidently say that Brian and the mechanics deserve the 5 star rating. I have been going to Anthony's for many years. Jimmy and his team are the best around. They are a pleasure to deal with. The best part is when you pick up your car it looks brand new. You will not be able to see what they did. A new car. He recently worked on son's 30 year car. You would not believe how it looks brand new!! He spent half a day taking each letter badging off the bumper and put it on the new bumper as you can no longer find the parts.
