11/10 class acts here. You can check my other reviews I don t take indifferent average or below average lightly. This place is full of real people doing their job to the best of their ability without that fake corporate feel. Very happy with my service and the price was great too.

Mavis Team are the best in the business!!! They helped me change 2 tires for my Range Rover and I am beyond happy with their service. First of all they are very honest and professional. They offer the best prices too and a stellar service. From the time I stepped there I was treated like someone they already knew. I don t get this treatment not even from the dealer where I purchased my car when I go to service it!All of them, absolutely each team member was very friendly and patiently solved my problem. The tires arrived next day and the service was done in no time! Wow the experience was just amazing!!!I highly recommend their services and I will be back when it s time to change the other 2 tires.These people are not pushy, they advise and let you decide. Friendly, respectful and very pleasant to deal with - Mavis Team in Short Hills I thank you so much for helping me out! I appreciate you all!

Two weeks ago, I had gotten a flat tire and stopped into Mavis at Short Hills to see if they were able to replace the tire. The staff there were extremely helpful and so knowledgeable!! Although they didn t have my tire on site, they tried to help figure out options even though they were busy. Wonderful Customer Service!

Will definitely be recommending this Mavis in short hills to friends, family and strangers. Came here to get a brake fluid change done and I felt at ease the whole time, they charged me a fair price and there was no added pressure to make any additional purchases. Everyone I encountered there was kind, but I especially want to give a big thanks to Tayla, she was professional, honest, knowledgeable, sweet, and very laid back. Can't say enough about her, provided exceptional customer service.

Great shop w/ friendly and attentive staff. I take my cars there for tires and they always do a great job. I had one small issue this time around with my valve after my new tire install and they took care of it. It's great that they stand behind their work!

Hands down best service ever received at a quick stop tire/auto stop! All employees went above and beyond expectations. I had a flat and needed a new tire. Called in and spoke to the agent at the desk (didn t catch his name). He didn t have tire in the store, so he checked and called around. Store about 7 miles away wasn t able to confirm inventory and he didn t want me to drive that far on a flat so he said come on down anyway and they will take care of me. I got to the shop in 10 min. When I got there, the agent had already left to pick the tire. Tayla assisted me at the store. There were multiple customers at the store, but she was able to multi task and manage the shop efficiently. Agent got back in 20min with the new tire and was able to get it on in 45min. Can t expect any better service!

Tayla was absolutely phenomenal. She took me right in and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Wish every retailer could be as efficient and as pleasant. Great job and highly recommend.

All of the workers were extremely welcoming as we walked in and were very helpful. They were very accommodating as well and got my tire fixed within 20 minutes! Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a professional and efficient repair.

These fine people earned way more than 5 stars, in my book. We just returned from a trip, hit a pothole, and blew a tire on 78. The tire place across the road was open for 2 more hours, but wouldn't be able to change our tire until tomorrow morning. The tow truck took us across the street, and although Mavis had just closed, they said they would replace tire anyway. They all stuck around and helped, and had it finished in minutes. Thank you!!!!

I recently visited Mavis Tyre Shop and I must say, their customer service is top-notch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a willingness to help. The staff at Mavis is incredibly knowledgeable about tyres and gave me excellent advice on which tyres would be best for my vehicle.What impressed me the most was the speed of their service. I expected to wait for hours, but to my surprise, they were able to get my tyres fixed in no time. Their efficiency and attention to detail were truly remarkable.Overall, I highly recommend Mavis Tyre Shop. Their excellent customer service, speedy service, and extensive knowledge make them stand out from the rest. It's refreshing to find a tyre shop that goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Taylor greeted me with excellent customer service and made sure to let me know in detail about my service and what I needed and the cost, and then completed the job same day- although they needed to outsource some parts. I ll definitely be back when I need something next time!

Got towed here after blowing out a tire during the snow event on I-78. Team got me right in and fitted with a new tire so I didn't miss a day of work. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Really appreciate it. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

From the initial phone call Tayla was BEYOND HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. She was able to not only give me a great quote but also get me in & out in a timely fashion. When I arrived, she greeted me kindly & continued her outstanding professionalism & kindness.Other Mavis that I ve visited were the POLAR OPPOSITE..rude, dismissive, long wait times & unprofessional to say the leastFrom now on whenever I deal w/ Mavis I will call this location & ask for Tayla

Great people working at this shop. The manager and employees provide great customer service and are clear with what they are doing every step of the way. I get my oil changes here and they get it done right and fast every time. Recommend this shop .

Went with a flat tireon my lunch break. They were upfront, clear, concise and quick, and even showed me the shard of metal and whole in my tire. Mavis had the new tire on and I made it back to work in an hour without an appointment. I have worked in the area for 20 years, and will always go to Mavis Tire for all services and emergencies like today. That's why I only go to Mavis. Every location is top notch for service.

I want to start off with why I am writing this at all...Tayla and Bizzy who were handling the office area were amazing!Both for the business side of it, but also both were just genuinely pleasant human beings to be around from the initial phone call I made to them to walking in the door.I came in for a much needed oil change without much prior notice to them.It couldn't have gone smoother.Everyone in the place was awesome. In what could be a boring place to be for a customer, the whole crew had the best energy!

I called to bring my car in for a flat tire, everyone that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. Tayla was wonderful, very friendly and went above and beyond. The mechanic that plugged the tire was great too, very knowledgeable and had the job done within 10 minutes. Very glad I came here and would recommend! Thank you.

I found a nail in my tire and walked in. They checked it fast and luckily the nail didn't go all the way through. They fixed it quickly and didn't even charge me. Really happy with their quick and honest service!

It was fast and easy to make an appointment online. The oil change was completed in about 45 minutes. The staff offered good tips on another issue I d been having that the dealership wasn t helpfil in resolving.

The worst experience you can imagine, truck was there for over 24 hours for 4 new tires and rear brakes (which they broke disassembling), didn t have the small part on hand so had to order the following day, which I had to to track down and call parts stores because the people at this location are that inept at their jobs. Mechanics moping around with not a care in the world while you sit in the waiting area for hours upon hours, zero accountability and zero professionalism, steer clear of this place.

First things first, the staff here is amazing and very well knowledgeable so I wanted to let that be know as well.. But the manager Bizzy is everything and honestly I don t think I ve seen another manager like him. It s not one time I visited the store and seen him not working. By that I mean he literally do it all from working on tires, working the front with customers, doing brakes, oil changes, suspension, tires, and over pretty much everything else they do. Let s keep in mind he s a manager not a worker so for him to be this well rounded when it comes to helping his team and satisfying the customer, Mavis has a great employee on there hands. You also can tell that when he s managing and talking to his guys that explains everything so perfectly so that they ll understand and get it the first time. Just by looking you can see that his team feeds off of him and that he build the store overall performance just by being confident. I just wanted to make it known that Bizzy and everybody at Mavis is the best and that I ll always return if I have any other issues. Thanks Bizzy, you and your team is everything..

Taylor and Bizzy were absolutely amazing. Got 4 new tires done in 3 hours. They made my experience awesome ! Helped me with all my questions and understood why I hesitate with places from past experiences. Will definitely be back!!

Mavis in Millburn has been so helpful! They consistently go out of their way to assist and are always a good value. I highly recommend them!
