They might be decent but they just charged me so much to put tires on I am getting the equipment to do it myself. Harbor freight has the equipment for less than they just charged me to mount and balance. I guess I can thank them for that, it s going to save me a lot as time goes on. When I commented to the girl there, it was a yeah, everything is going up. I guess inflation is really hitting that piece of equipment that has been sitting there for 20 years hard.

I have been going to Spectrum Tire & Auto for at least 10 years. This is honestly the only mechanic shop I have ever trusted. I have lived in South Jersey my entire life (multiple counties), and always find myself driving as long as it takes to come here. Just recently, the owner: Joe, did me a huge favor. I told him that I needed 4 new tires, my car inspected, and a hood latch. The problem was...I needed it done over the weekend because I was driving far away. Joe actually opened the shop on Saturday (not open normally) and had (Heath) come in to help me. Heath did an awesome job on my car; the price of everything was fair, and they got the job done, as always, with perfection. Joe Lord and his staff are excellent!!! I will always come to Spectrum Tire for as long as they let me. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I brought my 2013 Audi in and they installed all 4 tires and did my oil change. Much cheaper price than the quotes I got from the other 2 shops that I called. Needless to say, I walked out a happy customer. Amazing experience. Only had the work done less than a week ago, so I can't speak for longevity but the difference in my ride quality before & after VS the low cost they charged me has me ecstatic! Let me add on the fact that the owner specifically told me parts I THOUGHT were bad were actually not bad at all... That's HONESTY in an INDUSTRY where lying is common place. I'm sold on integrity alone, but the prices are competitive as well.This isn't some BS happy-go-lucky review. I have gone to 3 different shops in Glassboro(2 of which were corporate owned) and the owner Joe here treats me like I know his kid or something. Top of the line customer service from Amanda and Joe, followed up by a friendly price tag.By not taking your vehicle to THIS shop, you are providing a disservice to yourself and your vehicle and I do truly believe that. I'll be going back when my next desired replacement comes up!

The team at Spectrum is awesome! The office manager was super efficient, and she communicated with me every step of the way because I was worried about the price of repairs. I gave Spectrum a call when my tire was flat out of nowhere. The owner Joe actually came to help me out the same day and get my car to his shop! This place treats you well and does good work for a good price. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My truck (1994 Toyota Land Cruiser) broke down about a mile away from the shop. I was able to crawl my truck to the shop.The truck was diagnosed with a coolant leak coming from a hose or a valve underneath the intake manifold. They quoted me a price of $1600 only to remove the intake manifold in order to find where the leak was coming from! I initially gave them the okay to do the work but then I thought about the price and decided to see if I can get it done for a less because this seemed a little steep just to remove an intake manifold. I called a few mechanics and asked them to give me an estimate on removing an intake manifold. Low end was around $200 and max was around $600 and thats if something happened to get damaged or needed to be replaced during removal. Ultimately I ended up picking up my truck and getting the work done at another mechanic for $300 total for the intake removal and the leaking hose replacement. They seemed like good people and the shop seemed like a great shop but I just felt that the quote that they gave me was astronomical and they were trying to take me to the cleaners . Just my honest review and I hope that this helps my fellow consumers.

It's rare to find a business owner who truly cares about each client. Joe at Spectrum always goes out of his way to provide the most excellent service on each vehicle, from the smallest detail to the max. I have been coming here for years and will not bring my car anywhere else! The quality of their work speaks for itself. I do alot of highway driving daily and I always feel secure having them handle my vehicle. Jenny is also very accommodating & knowledgeable; the guys are all friendly and the whole staff is a cut above the rest. You will not be disappointed!!-Jaimie, Sewell, NJ

Correctly diagnosed and repaired a Front End problem I was having. Turned out to be far less work and dollars recommended by dealership.Great Mechanics and Straight Shooters. Comfortable and Clean Customer Waiting Area. Top Notch Establishment!

I just showed up when they opened. I had to wait so they took my vehicle right in. The pricing is very reasonable. They do good work. I finally found a place for all my vehicles repairs. Very professional.

My family and I were going on vacation and our car broke down so we pulled into Spectrum Tire and explained our situation to them. They stopped what they were doing and brought our car in and repaired it so we were able to continue on out trip. I just wanted to say that the guys there we the friendliest and most profressional people we have met at a repair center. I would recommend the service center to anyone that wants a honest diag and fair price.

Honest business. This is my 2nd time using this company The 1st time. Job was completed quickly and at the good price. The 2nd time I had to go because had a nail in the front tire. I was told the nail had not punctured the tired and left ( after nail polish as removed) at no charge

Unprofessional with a hint of sarcasm I called just to ask if they sell used tires and the guy replied No, thanks for calling and hung up I was in shock your customer service is horrible buddy.
