Was totally blown away by the GREAT customer service provided by the ladies in the office. Heather was absolutely amazing from start to finish. If you want a great, quick & easy car experience Pallies is definitely where you want to go. Not only do they have a big selection of nice cars but everyone is so helpful & friendly. I have no complaints,I walked in with bad credit and left with a vehicle. Made me feel very comfortable,easy to talk as well. When looking around didn t make me feel rushed. Heather was very honest with the entire process. I love my car and I would recommend anyone to get a car from them!!!!!! 10/10

Love this car dealership. I had bad credit from my last car and Pallies helped me finance another car to help build my credit back up which I truly appreciate. I never thought that I would get a second chance. I was told by five people to come here, and it took me eight months to do what they promised me that will work. I gave it a try talked to Ashley through messages and went to her office and I left out in an hour with the car. Pallies showed me that hope and faith is possible, and that second chances are real in some businesses. It was like when my head was down Pallies Auto Sales lifted it right back up. So far, the car I financed is safely getting me to my destinations with NO major issues. Come here! There is HOPE!

Could not recommend Pallies enough. Been dealing with Heather and Ashley for years and they are nothing but straight up, professional, totally on top of everything, and extremely friendly. I like to make my payments in person just so we can chat! Can t say that about too many car Salespeople that s for sure if I dare call them Salespeople for they are the complete opposite of any stigma of a car salesperson. They have your best interest at heart and will go above and beyond to make your experience very pleasant even if you have less than perfect credit. All financing is in house which makes everything that much easier. Not to mention great selection of cars and a service department that s very attentive. Keep up the great work Pallies!

This is my first time purchasing a vehicle from Pallies auto sales and I have to say they were amazing they worked with me while waiting for my insurance company to send my proof of insurance I definitely recommend for people to go there they are extremely friendly

Extremely dedicated staff that was patient and understood my family's situation. Came in one day, didn't see anything that would fit. We had such a great experience today with Heather and Pallies Auto Sales. We purchased a Chevy HHR, which is our third car through Pallies. The car was clean and in great shape, and Heather was so helpful. It was such a smooth process. We were in and out within two hours... and had three kids with us.Pallies was also very welcoming to the kids and they did not seem bothered at all. They provided them with coloring pages and crayons to occupy their time, and made them smile. The best part of the trip.Thank you Pallies and Heather!
