I had a car I really did not want to get rid of but I came across a vehicle online that literally had everything I wanted to do with my current vehicle so immediately I said in my head Its time to upgrade I've got to get that! . But only issue was I seen a couple of reviews that spoke about the same issues so I was really hesitant to deal with the dealership. Once I began dealing with these guys I was actually very impressed!!!!!!!!!! Anthony and the owner I believe his name is Harry were NOTHING BUT HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, ETC . Shannon who I've only met once is very sweet and my baby loved her!!! I've had very few MINOR problems with my vehicle and each time I called them I was told to come get it checked out ASAP and they made sure I was squared away!!! Shortly after bringing my new vehicle home I got it thoroughly inspected by a certified mechanic they took over an hour doing that and THANK GOD they found ZERO issues. Lol I did ask about Gary the mean guy the reviews spoke about and he's no longer there! I highly recommend!

absolutely worst experience of my life pay them $16,000 upfront for a Lincoln mkx Anthony pushed on me when I said multiple times I wasn t even there for this car ended up convincing me to buy the car knowing it had a bad engine replace the engine under my warranty as told by the warranty company because I called them put another engine in the car and didn t put any oil in the new Engine. Then when I tried to ask what they would do rectify the situation. Anthony literally cursed at me and I had just got in the car and haven t even driven it for an hour. Their mechanic said the engine being completely bad was my fault. I am absolutely sick to my stomach with this Company. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So we will see what they do and we will go from there. This has been an absolute nightmare do not buy from here. Do not buy from here do not buy from here do not buy from here

Read please before you go to this dealership!! Please! Hi everyone! My review to this dealer is 0 start and less. reason why i want you everyone to know this people are real scamers i bought a car pay 10,000 and in less week, broke and had and accident. the who from part fall and on the right side flew off in a in less than a week. Police did not found any reason for the car to broke the way it did i was only 40 miles per hour and didnt crash with nothing and when we went to the dealership complained to them he treated my husband and I very badly kick us out, they refused to let us speak to the owner, we found out he was the owner and lying to us. Please open your eyes and don't go to this place. I paid 10,000 and now I have to pay the 4K mechanic for all the damage that the car already came with. I'm only 18 and we're young. I don't want anyone to go thru the same. Thanks for reading!

Bought a used 2008 Mazda CX-7 from this place seemed like a good enough car. Clean service record and only some minor accidents. Got it at 89,633 only made it to about 92,000 miles and sprung a massive oil leak. Turns out car engine had been put together with incorrect parts and had a crack in the engine that had been improperly sealed. Had to dump the thing because with all the damage the engine needed to be replaced but I didn't want to risk it having something else go wrong. Would definitely not recommend. purchasing a car from this place.

Just purchased a 2009 Acadia from here and it is BEAUTIFUL! And to top it off, the staff was even nicer than the car! They worked with us on a few things and made sure we drove out of there in the car that WE wanted (not the car THEY wanted, like some other dealerships). The hardest part of the whole deal was picking the actual car itself. Almost every vehicle there was very nice so picking was a bit tough, and we needed room for 6 comfortably, and they still had a great selection. It's hard to find honest dealerships out there and I will go no where else for now on!

Got my second car here & had a few problems. Car Change offered to pay off my old car , for me to trade it in & get a new car with NO ISSUES. GREAT CONDITION. Despite the issues I ve had , they are great people. They have good cars & they definitely do their BEST to work with you! I m very grateful for them. Cars are stressful but they ve done everything they can to help me. Thank you!

I purchased a Jeep from here and before even taking the car out for a test drive the staff alerted me of a known issue they had and that it was on the que to be done. I left a deposit and they had the minor repair done within a few hours. Buying a used vehicle you can't expect the same guarantee as a brand new car, however this dealership does everything they can so all aparent and known issues are taken care of before you leave the lot. I left happy, with a great running daily driver at an awesome price. Their inventory is overall some of the most diverse of any dealership especially withing the 4-6k range. I had a great experience myself.

Got my 2009 Chevy Trailblazer here and was offered a warranty. Gary told me the check engine light issue which was a cam shaft issue and evap issue and they would fix it right away if I purchased the car. I could never get my car inspected because they never fixed the issues on the car like they promised to and just cleared the codes. Everytime we call to take the car back so they can fix the car as they promised so we can get it inspected they tell us we cant. And we also have a warranty. They completely played us. We paid cash ..$5000 for a car we can not use and they have our title and we owe them nothing.Be very careful if you purchase from here. We have been lied to repeatedly by Gary.We just retained an attorney.

My experience with this dealer is disappointing, I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze in March. The air conditioning did not work. I got it in writing that this would be rectified before I picked up the car. I don't know who they use as their mechanic but in my opinion he is incompetent The part was ordered from Amazon instead of an auto parts supplier. It took more than 2 weeks. When I got the car the air still didn't work. Took it back to them and the mechanic tried blaming me. Fed up I took the car to my mechanic,come to find out the compressor their mechanic ordered was defective and he didn't do like other mechanics by changing the condenser also. After I spoke to my mechanic I called to speak to the manager and as of this review I am still waiting for his return phone call. I will not ever buy a car from them again not will I recommend him to anyone. Very disappointed.

I would recommend all my friends and family to come to Car Change. The best car experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Prices are very reasonable and it has a family friendly atmosphere. If your looking for a great deal, Make car change your last stop. Will be buying all my cars from them!!

I do not recommend this dealership at all. Gary and his friends are a bunch of scammers and love to rip off people saying there is nothing wrong a car but in reality everything is wrong with it.

Bought my car from here and the second day driving it the thing broke down, they said all we can tell you is to bring it in. How am I suppose do to bring it when it doesn t drive???? A few months later had to spend $1,800 to fix the car again, now I sit with the car broken down for the 4th time. Love being sold over priced lemons

The people there are very nice and down to earth. They will work very hard to get you into a car and driving off the lot. I recommend them to anyone looking for a car. It doesn t matter if u have good or bad credit they will help you get what you need. I got my car from here and love it. I would go back again and buy another car.

Very disappointed with my purchase. This guys don t know how to deal with people and just like most dealerships they lie about almost everything in order to sell a car.I was told by them that the car I bought was updated with oil changes and that the breaks were good but Guess what 10 days later I had to change all 4 brake pads and disc s along with oil change. Thank you car change.

We needed a car in a hurry and these guys provided a nice ford explorer. They are very kind and courteous and was a quick comfortable experience. Honest about everything and accomidated our berds. I would definately refer people to this car lot for a quality affordable car.

Had a minor transmission fluid leak, we took the car back and it was repaired immediately for free because they brought in their mechanic on his day off. They even threw in an oil change for the inconvenience. Above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommended

Came to look at a 2008 Nissan Maxima, it was listed on fb market for 3 different prices but was told they would work something out with my son , underneath the car was totally rusted through. You could push on passenger side floor into the outside of the car lol The guys working there weren t rude or anything, they were nice claimed they didn t know but to me that s a pretty big safety issue and there s no way if the car was thoroughly checked on a lift prior to listing it for sale , that they would have missed the big rusted hole in the floor of the car . I really hope they don t sell that to someone who doesn t know to look for things on cars before buying!

Seems to be a fugazi...I can't get anyone on the phone to do business with me...called, emailed, and text and still no response....terrible way to start me even wanting to consider doing business now with this company. Wouldn't recommend.

Horrible bad cars , engine light on, tire lights , liars, car was for sale with 3 different prices over the internet but lowest price on the lot which they jacked up and scrubbed the websites, said they wording the car, never did just cleared the codes and a day later all lights back on, took to the REAL dealer and found out REAL problem . Reported to Better Business Bureau!!

My son was looking for a car. A friend told me about this place. The had a nice selection and worked with him so he could get the car he wanted. Highly recommend this place. And He yad previous repo and they still got him in a car.

Sold me a car I bought out with cash 2 days later check engine light came on , they will not fix my car or send me my title now the transmission is shot and it s only been 2 months I don t recommend anyone buying anything from them they sell you lemons and know the car is not good or safe !! ANTHONY will just try to get your money DONT BUY !! DONT BUY !! DONT BUY !!

As with most dealerships you take a chance.dealer was friendly.i chose the wrong vehicle.i made the purchase.drove it around a while and noticed it was to faulty for the trip i had to make.dealer kept my most of my deposit.said he put it back to my card a week later no refund.Later i found out he made a sale on the car so thats $2500 extra dollars he made.

Stopped in for a first car for the boy.. nice selection of decent priced cars...trucks..and suv's.. salesmen Anthony was very helpful and ended up with a nice Ram for a perfect Xmas present..

I have visited this location several times and come to find the cars are not all reliable. The salesman are dishonest (see picture below for him for one in particular) and would not recommend this place to anyone.

They will sell you anything" sold me a modified truck which needed immediately work & attention.brakes ,rotors, my wheel bearing hub broke while driving the truck. Monthly car note of 540$ you would think this company would be onpoint.. . .They said any engine work bring back there." COME TO FIND OUT THEY SOLD ME A WARRANTY WITH THE TRUCK" 100 MILES OR 1 YEAR " TRUCK LASTED 2 MONTHS & COULDNT PASS INSPECTION . WARRANTY COMPANY CANCELLED MY COVERAGE ON BEHALF OF THE DEALERSHIP BECUASE THEY KNEW . THE WARRANTY COMPANY DONT COVER MODIFIED VEHICLES , IN WHICH I PURCHADE THROUGH FINANCE. TOTAL COST OF TRUCK $17,000
