Had the exhaust done on my truck! Price was fair and Bill was very nice and professional and did a great thorough job! I recommend them to anyone needing exhaust repairs! I ll be giving them my business again!

I came on December 21st 2023 urgently needing a muffler. The prices were exceptional and the mechanics are experts in their craft. I highly recommend Arrow Muffler to any and all okay and I'm going to hit enter

A good place to have your exhaust fixed they also do brakes this is also a family-owned business they also charge your air conditioning units for your car. Ok the original owner sold to a friend recently the same man who worked there is Billy is still there. I had to have a car A/C tuned up. They still do a great job and Not expensive.

I had an appointment to get my exhaust looked at. After two days of waiting to hear back they were unable to even look at my car to give me and estimate for repairs. They should have never scheduled me for an appointment if they did not have time to look at my car. They also didn t call me, I had to reach out to them. I was so disgusted by the way they do business that I went and got my car and will never return. This has never happened to me and I would not trust them to work on my car. I wasted two days waiting when I could have had my car repaired by then.Do not recommend! Very unprofessional.Wish I read the reviews before I came here. Trust what people say about this place You have options and there are better ones!Instead I went to Penn muffler and was seen within 20 minutes of arriving. Much better service!!!! Go to Penn muffler in Pennsauken. They are honest and professional!!!Service: Exhaust

We drove 2hrs from DE to purchase a car my 17yr old daughter saved up for. We were told it was in good condition. One week after (before even receiving the title to the car) the check engine light came on, 8 diff codes going off and needing a $3300 repair in order to continue to drive. We were forced to resell it at a auction for much less then we purchased for, just to recoup a little bit of money. I made them aware and they said nothing they could do. Would never purchase from them again!Service: Battery

Make no mistake, this 1 star is only to get the review posted.Steer clear of the used cars & mechanical repairs here!!! Bought a used car and did not get home when the Check Engine Light came on. Called and was asked to bring it back in and was surprised that they agreed to replace the Catalytic Converters in the car. Even more surprised of the awful and ILLEGAL job with cutting the O2 sensor wires to stop the Check Engine light from coming back on. Yes, it is a used car & sold as is but like I said, It is ILLEGAL to cut the wires to the Emission. You would think a Muffler shop would know this. Stay Tuned.

I highly do not recommend this so-called business. I brought my car there for a muffler. It was not installed correctly. Brought it back within an hour and they said it was an issue with my car after adjusting the muffler from it rattling on the rear axle. A few months later after thinking my exhaust was loud, I took it to Penn Muffler in Pennsauken and it was fixed perfectly. It was installed incorrectly and not bolted up correctly to the cat. They also used muffler puddy to seal a joint where they supposedly couldnt seal the joint at the top by welding. That joint was cut off and re-welded. No issues since. The owner is arrogant, and his worker is so overweight that by him sitting in my drivers seat caused a tear in my leather. Will never return.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

Went on a recommendation, and im sure glad I did. They installed my product to perfection and it was cheaper than if I bought the part myself. They were honest and I definitely recommend them to others.

Don't know why I didn't write a review sooner? But Tom and Bill at Arrow are the best mechanics I've ever been to. I take all my cars there for service. I also drive for a driving school and now we take all our cars there when they need a little TLC. They are great mechanics, honest workers with unbeatable prices. 1st time I stopped there was for muffler/exhaust work on my minivan. After being quoted $750 at another muffler chain store, I stopped by Arrow and they did the work for $250!!!!!!!! I could not recommend them any higher.

I had an issue with my muffler and was out of town for the weekend. I found Arrow through a Google search and called Saturday morning to see if they could take a look at my car. Man on the phone said he could fit me in that day if I could drop off the car.When I got there he said he thought he knew the issue, said it would be no trouble to fix and gave me an estimate. I got a call when the work was completed, and the price was exactly what he quoted. Car works great now.Service was fast, professional, and honest. Highly recommended.

Great, great service. Brought my old rust bucket 21 year old Taurus over after the original exhaust went. Took a look at it Tuesday afternoon, brought it in Thursday on my lunch and everything was done right on time! Not only that, but my Taurus is running as good as new.Fantastic service, at a great labor rate. My father does the majority of car work for me, and Arrow came highly recommended by the only guy he trusts (Joe s AAMCO in Mantua). Adding Arrow to that list!Service: Exhaust

Please stay away from this place. I got my car toad here and i called told him I drop it off and after it was dropped off they told me i needed a new battery they installed with out my permission and then said my alternator was good and then the battery light came back on after a few minutes and then they started pressing on my accelarator hard twice after i told him easy and then had a very nasty attitude. Then found out it was the alternator. Then preferred me to someone else because they probably no they wont install it rightService: Battery

EXTREMELY unprofessional! I m going to make this short. But I do not recommend this dude he s rude, ignorant and extremely unorganized. When I arrived for my appointment he forgot and just wrote my information down. My vehicle sat all day I had to call and remind him it seemed like the dude seemed flustered once again rude. He called me back 30 minutes later, once again rude I m told it s more then what he thought he waited all day to even look at it! The part what s annoying is that it s Wednesday 5:30 pm. I call this place on Monday, Friday is Christmas Eve so now I have a day to find a place to fix it and now have to be that guy that expects it done the day of. Every single time I spoke to this guy he had an excuse and attitude, Don t recommendService: Exhaust

Used to be the best and cheapest place to get exhaust repairs, but now is a shell of its past. Took my 2010 Jeep in for a new muffler. Was told $110. When I got the car back it was louder than the muffler with the hole in it. Was told I had to take it back the following Monday as the manager wasn't there. The following Monday, the arrogant owner told me they could but another muffler in but still no guarantee. It would cost me an additional $240 and no credit for the one they put on.They just don't care any longer and management is extremely arrogant. Don't expect them to do quality work. Had a friend with a similar issue after recommending them. You can tell just by the people running the place and the look of the place. Absolutely don't recommend any longer after going there for many years under different management. Will not return.

Got an estimate and dropped my truck off, when I picked it up it ended up being cheaper! The service was great and truck is quiet as can be, just like it was when it rolled off the lot in 1988! Highly recommend Arrow Muffler! Tom was very helpful and honest!

Was looking to get a price to rebuild my dual exhaust for my 68 galaxie 500 .Tom spent the time with me looking the job over. We looked at different ways to run the twin pipes. $700 with my existing mufflers up to $900 with new mufflers. Unfortunately because of material and labor as explained.. I'll have to table this project because of the price. Disappointed but it is what it is.

Very honest business , tell you a price and does beyond without charging more. If you have a problem with your auto, please take it to Arrow. They do so much more than mufflers. Finally a fantastic shop to get your auto fixed right and not get your wallet drained. Thanks for fixing my F150 and I'll be a repeat customer and I'll tell all my fellow veterans to look you up

Reasonably priced and work was satisfactory. Downsides: They said they'd call when finished but didn't. I had to cross Delsea Drive in the dark at rush hour to fetch my car from the lot.

I dropped my car off thursday night to get a new muffler on friday, waited until 1 pm to call to check on everything and it was done. I have no idea when it was done because I had to call them to find out. When I got there the person at the desk had no idea what was done or what to charge me. When I got my car back my muffler was still rattling and after looking at it, it looks like they never installed a muffler bracket. When I called to find out about it I was asked to hold then hung up on immediately after. When I called back to discuss the issue and ask if they had a work order to tell me what was done and they didnt even know. They said I'd have to bring it back in so they can look at it and couldnt give me a price. I paid $200 for a muffler and didnt even get a full service like I should have. I will never go here again and I'll make sure everyone I know knows not to go here. The last thing you want to be told is you have to drop your car off again for something that should have been already done.Service: Exhaust
