This is a great place to bring your car for auto body work. My Mercedes was rear ended on 2 separate occasions, both times, Rick at Secaucus Auto body got my repairs done with a quick turnaround, he took care of all the insurance paper work and made the process simple. Rick is a great guy, very friendly and easy to communicate with. Besides fixing my bumper, my car was returned to me as clean as the day I drove it off the lot. I have recommended his service to friends who have had a very positive experiences with Rick too. Car accidents suck, however Rick at Secaucus Auto body, can make everything better and make you forget your car had any damage. If you are uncertain about where to take your car, give rick a call, you will see right away how he cares for his customers and takes pride in his work

Rick was so responsive and helpful the entire time when working on my car. The amount of attention to detail and communication was what sealed the deal for me. Botched body repair for my Volvo, absolutely horrible work and the owner lied about the work that he did. Had to use my insurance to get my car repaired again from another bodyshop in Hackensack. Stay away from the liars, they use cheap parts and write something else on the repair notes

I got into a car accident back in October and went to Rick for repairs. The front of the car was badly damaged and he had to order many parts. Nissan was backed up, but the entire time Rick stayed in communication and kept me updated. Every time I called he was super friendly and helpful with answering all of my questions. As soon as the parts came in, he finished work on my car as soon as possible. Car looks brand new again! Never would have guessed that it was even in an accident. I will definitely be going back if I ever need more work done. Thank you so much Rick!! :)

I stopped by today to get a quote for my bumper being popped out a bit and paint from me foolishly backing into a pole. Rick came out right away, popped the bumper back in place and removed the paint smears within minutes!! So impressed with his service and was so polite, professional and reasonable. RICK, the owner is the most responsive human being. He is KIND. He worked with me, he assured me everything would be okay. (I was freaking out about my fender bender) The parts came immediately and the work was done so fast. Excellent work and service at Secaucus Auto Body! I ve had a few bang ups and I use Secaucus Auto Body every time. Each and every time they have gone above and beyond to fix my car quickly and efficiently. Rick Symons is extremely knowledgeable and professional and we are always happy with the service he provides. Highly recommend this shop!

What a remarkable experience! I recently got into a fender bender and Rick Symons was able to make my car look brand new! The professionalism I received was impeccable! I highly recommend Secaucus Auto body shop everyone there, especially Rick, does an amazing job. Can t tell you how many times I ve had to have my car fixed and how happy I was with the service and outcome every time! Can t say enough good thing about them!

When I walked in to request the repair for the scratch on the door and some parts above wheel, but only the scratch on the door was fixed, and it was painted in different shade of white color. Do not think he ordered the right paint for the car, my car was in pure white, but the paint was like cream white or Ivory white. Right now the door shows two colors from cream/ivory to pure white there. When I mentioned it, he just said it looked same to him??? I am not color expert, but I still could see the difference, and everyone can tell with common sense. Not recommend this shop.

This place is great. Thanks a lot Rick for you're tone and effort. Everything was taken care perfectly for my repairs and damages. Very friendly staff and quick in responding. Also reasonable enough. I would suggest this place for sure.

Awesome crew of guys, I walked in to get a tire repaired and liked the service so much I ended up scheduling a few needed repairs. Trust worthy shop, with something you don't see much these days (SKILLED MECHANICS) that know what they're doing...

Highly recommend this place! Very helpful, actually fixed a small door issue for free!Now where can you find that! Not that many nice ppl left in the world. I'm grateful will go again for sure
