I just got my new car from Audi Meadowlands. This is my third car purchase in my life and by far this was the best experience. I highly recommend working with Izzy. During the past couple weeks I stopped by multiple dealerships, where I had to deal with other car salesman. I have to say Izzy was not overly aggressive, he built great rapport with me, took his time and most importantly got me a great deal. He definitely stood out from the rest and gave me the sense that he just wanted me to be happy. I am very happy with my car and know if anything wrong were to happen, I can give him a call. My experience leasing a car from Audi Meadowlands was excellent. I worked with Manuel Coccaro through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and kept me updated throughout the whole process of finding the vehicle that fit our budget. The day of purchase we came in out of state and couldn t waste any time. Manuel had everything organized and the paper work process took 5 minutes to complete. I would highly recommend working with Manuel Coccaro to purchase your next vehicle. Excellent experience!

From the salesman, Bionelky, who was kind, patient and informative to the stellar and profesional sales and financial managers. We visited another Audit dealership and had the opposite experience so glad that we found our way to this dealership that truly believes in customer service.

If I said my experience with Audi Meadowlands was less then stellar, I would be lying! My experience was so professional and seamless that I ending up buying two vehicles in one day. My sale rep Salah was responsive, straight forward, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The finance manager closed the process out without games or numbers issues. after 30 days of being in service i received my filthy when they told me the hand washed it Also it had an empty gas tank in which they responded we don t refuel. I barely made it to the station before heading home to staten island. I brought back the loaner car wash clean and with half tank. Unbelievable That Audi would have a team that would treat a customer so rudely after having her car for 60 days total for service. This is my 3 Audi and prob my last

I was using the Costco auto program to purchase an Audi Q3 and was directed to Audi Meadowlands. It was my lucky day - Michael Boden was the salesperson I worked with.During our first meeting, Michael explained that inventory was low but he promised to provide updates on when vehicles were expected. His follow up was consistent, and he was able to find me the exact vehicle I wanted through a dealer swap.The process was so easy, and Michael kept me informed throughout the entire transaction. He patiently explained the features of the car when it was delivered to me, and he has continued to communicate with me.I would highly recommend this dealership and try to work with Michael Boden if you can!

I purchased a CPO car from Audi Meadowlands which is a different building and location than the New car dealership. The used car center is basically a warehouse with an office. It s underwhelming to say the least when it comes to the look and feel of a premium car dealership. Each salesperson has a desk which are all out in the open leaving you no privacy when it comes to negotiating the purchase of your car. I felt like I was on display as other customers walked by. The one positive about the location is that a lot of the cars are inside the warehouse so when you look at the specific car of interest you can do it inside and not have to worry about the weather.I purchased this car from out of state so I could tell the salesman wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible. He was never really helpful as I went through the purchasing process. Little communication over email and slow to respond.When I finally took delivery of the car the lack of attention to detail was apparent.1. They didnt fill the tank with gas2. The tire pressure light was on when I drove away so I had to fill it at a local gas station.3. The license plate bracket was brokenFrom a premium car brand, I expect better. I do not recommend this dealership for anyone in the NJ area. Look elsewhere.

Alex Kyriakou is amazing, He helped me to get Audi Q7 from another dealer as promised. "no-nonsense" car salesman (very hard to find with any car dealership. We discussed the deal over the phone. He gave me all the details needed to build my own lease calculator. When i went to get the car, the dealership just stuck to our deal (they did not force me to buy any other add on products). I would recommend Alex and Audi Medowlands all day every day.

Working with Michael Bolden at this dealership was absolutely painless and quick. All it took was one phone call to make a reasonable deal/go thru the application process and make an appointment to pick up the vehicle. When I showed up for the appointment everything was taken care of and ready, there was zero pressure to purchase extended warranties or any sort of additional services/products. Reoccurring customer of Audi Meadlowlands. I had a great experience with Michael Boden. I told him I what I was basically looking for and he made sure to have a car in the color and trims I would WANT ready for me to see on the lot at my appointment. I wasn t expecting to walk away with a new car same day, but Michael went above and beyond to not just showcase what I was looking for, but to also have the car in stock. He and his team had a deal for me to agree to and walk away happy with a new car. Great job!
