Perfect time of the year to enjoy the Seaside Boardwalk. The rides aren t open yet, but lots of the boardwalk business are and there are no crowds or long lines or long waits for tables at restaurants. We had pizza at JR s, then stopped for ice cream at Kohr s. The Boardwalk is accessible and spacious. Lots of people using their walkers today, strolling in the sunshine. Fun for kids, plenty of arcades and games open (no lines!!).

The boardwalk will always have a place in my heart. It's so nice to go over the bridge and just be present in the moment and take in the fresh air. I definitely will be taking trips over to the beach. It's so good for my mental health. And they also cleaned up the heights alot compared to years ago when I used to hangout there. I'm a local but a good beach visit is a necessity in my opinion

The boardwalk was nice and there were some nice views of the beach, but the place was pretty empty. A lot of the shops were closed and there were very few people walking around. While it was the off-season, I was surprised the place was so empty as we went to Ocean City Boardwalk the same day and there was a lot more going on there. It seemed unnecessary that so many of the shops were closed. So while there were a few interesting things to check out, there really wasn't much to do on the Boardwalk. It's definitely a place that would be better to visit when it's not the off-season.

We ve already visited 2 days in a row and will definitely come back. Paid parking from $10 to $15 that s worth it. Lots of fun and so much to do in one location! You can never get bored here. Amazing food. Exciting games, arcades, thrilling rides, splash pads, shops and many more. Some nights there s a free concert. Make sure to being your beach chair if you plan to watch the concert because I didn t see chairs provided and spectators brought their own beach chairs. The beach looks inviting but we didn t get a chance to swim. Just to go there for a stroll and food is so relaxing. It s an excellent place for family outing!

It was great to walk on the Boardwalk and shop at the vendors especially where there is a clearance. EJs is still a great place to have a beer. The parking prices need to be reduced for residents of Toms River, that is a serious drawback.

We've been coming to Seaside for many years and can truly say it has gotten way better with time. The new boardwalk is beautifulThe Funtown Beach area is a great idea for people who want to have adult beverages on the beach and not be bothered by police. The amount of food and apparel vendors is great, too! I have such a great time coming here every year!

Lots of fun and so much to do! Spent the evening in Seaside last night & had an awesome time. The only thing that was disappointing is that you get kicked off the beach at 8pm, when I'm used to Asbury beaches where it's fine being out there at 1am without any issues. Here, they literally lock you out from accessing the beach. Aside from that, the boardwalk is great. Loved seeing the Shore Store since I used to be a huge Jersey Shore fanatic. Amazing food. Good games & shops. Will definitely be back.

Clean restrooms with someone (door monitor) there to make sure that people do not go in there and sleep or etc. Beach was clean too, I was here on a weekday so I was not expecting too many people on the boardwalk. Beautiful day to be out on the beach boardwalk.

Beach by day, boards at night. Been coming here since I was a little kid. So much has changed due to the hurricane and fire...but things are still the same in many ways. The arcades and the game booths, the smell of sausage and peppers...walking those wood boards...and the pier with the rides. I love that the ski lift type ride down the heights is still there. I rode it as a child with my grandparents. This summer I went on it with my son. It is still a family friendly place. The weekends are a bit more wild than weekdays, but still an enjoyable experience.

Love the boardwalk it is a mini city with tons of great food options, awesome arcades and games, rides and attractions and bars and clubs for the adults. The boardwalk has something for everyone and if you want the scenic tour jump on the swing chair and relax as it takes you up the boardwalk like a ski lift.

The boardwalk was nice and so was the skyline ride. The beach needed some cleaning in my opinion. Even the beach further down to the other end was trashed. The beach further down was open all night so it seemed. We were asked to leave Sea Side heights beach around 8pm. Nice time all around, just wish it was better kept. Asbury park beach was a way better experience to me! Please clean

Recently took the grandkids to play some games, eat great food and fly their kites on the sand by Seaside Boardwalk. My husband and haven t been here for quite a few years. I was surprised to see him and our grandson take the ride on the site-seer-lift (ski lift lol).

This is our favorite summer spot to visit! There s always something going on and you have lots of food and entertainment options. I recommend planning ahead due to traffic and wear sunscreen. Some top food spots are the cheese steaks, tacos, Aztec, Casino Pier arcade, rides and games and of course the Ferris Wheel! There s also a super fun BYOB beach and more.

Always great memories. Went down specifically for a sausage and pepper sandwich from midway but they were closed to winterize and will reopen soon so we'll be back. Always a favorite.

Went here to Jersey Shore and boardwalk for a weekend vacation. There were so many things to do. The beach, a great little restaurant and bar that had great food, live music and seating outside. The staff was friendly and delivered excellent service. There even was a guy selling everything deep-fried and I mean everything even drinks!! Got myself a deep-fried cheesecake and it was so good!! Highly recommend trying while there! The grandkids had a blast on the rides and even got myself a henna tattoo.

Great venue to get in your steps. Round trip = approximately 4.8 miles. The boards are easier on my knees, so I try to walk there 2x per week, or whenever I am in the area.Note: When I discuss the Seaside Heights boardwalk, I am including the boardwalk in Seaside Park as well. So 2.4 miles from Hiering Avenue in the Heights to 13th Ave in the Park.

The boardwalk is definitely on the up. It was clean and well patrolled. Loved Lucky Leo's and the Beachcomber. Skip the rooftop mini-golf. The kids loved the Go-Karts across the street.

Summertime....Arcades and restaurants open. I've been going to Seaside Heights since I was a child, when I'm there I'm still a child lol. Everything's open: games, arcades, restaurants, beaches. They have rides, though not a lot, but fun. Great for kids to adults.

Came here for vacation. The Boardwalk is good for family. Its not Six Flags but its good enough. It has rides, games and food. It was somewhat crowded. You can come on for free but you have to buy credits for the rides. The staff was very nice. The lines for the rides where small. Only the major rides and bumper cars had lines. Its one of the things you should do if you visit Jersey Shore. The parking is terrible though.
