Went here off a recommendation from my brother for quick oil change about a year ago, now go here everytime. Not only do These guys do a great job, they operate like a machine. Constant communication with one another and excellent service. Reminds me of my days of working in kitchens. Hard working team that I appreciate very much.

Quick, efficient and friendly! Highly recommend Valvoline. Jason and mike worked on my work trucks 2 days in a row and they were amazing! Thank you Colin for the helpful advice and referral. I will definitely be returning with my work trucks.

I was in the area killing time before an event, so I stopped here for a quick oil change. Andry, Michael, and Anthony were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They did a coolant flush for me as well. Professional staff, quick service, reasonable pricing. Thank you!

Great experience overall. The main auto technician that talks to you during the process is a valuable employee to this franchise. He was very respectful and informative and interacted with me as a customer in a pleasant and positive manner. The only draw back is the high price of the services and parts. The employees do not control this so not their call. Corporate or franchises owner, lower your prices and you ve got a real winner.

Just got another oil change at the Valvoline on route 35 and Seger. Guys are always professional courteous friendly. Have you in and out 15-20 minutes tops. so much quicker and easier than having to drive all the way back to the dealership and either sit and wait for an hour or drop off the car for the day. This is a no-brainer.

Recently went to get my oil changed at this facility. While sitting in my truck it was being shaking. I thought it was extremely strange for this service as any other time my truck has never shaken during it. About a week later I realized that the splash shields were not on my truck. So I go back to this shop and ask why. As the manager looks at my truck to see why they are missing, the under car tech denied removing them and not installing them. The manager comes up from under the truck and said the shield was ripped off my truck( that s why it was shaking) and it was still down stairs. They would have to order a new one and install it when it comes in. I explained that in no way will they be touching my truck again and picked up the shield when it came in. So 3 times I m at this facility for 1 service. Corporate called to see what happened and felt that the shop upheld their responsibility and that s it. There is no longer a claim not even an email saying they were sorry about the experience. This truck has always had valvoline change its oil. Hell Valvoline for years supplied my racing program with oil. I don t recommend these guys or will use Valvoline products again.Just to add after the reply from whom ever replied. Still no one has reached out to me.

The young tech was decent, he thought he reset the oil change timer, he did not, he overinflated my tires, and did not give me the reciept. Just sayin

Jason was very pleasant and helpful along with his staff he took his time to really help me drive way with a professional complete oil change it was worth it to drive 25 minutes here also when I drove away I felt the differenceI recommend this location

I had the pleasure of meeting Dom today as my service technician just for a simple oil change. I was very pleased with his skills of customer service and even got a little tune (him singing under the car lol) This gentleman deserves a raise or a management position, in my opinion. Drove 25 minutes it was absolutely worth the drive. So fast friendly and considerate! I m 8months pregnant and had a 1 year old in the car they did a great job they went fast and offered me to get out of the car being it was so hott. I believ it was ray and a women I feel terrible I can t remember their names but they were amazing I appreciate them so much.Service: Oil change

Great, friendly service. The manager went out of his way to replace a stubbornly positioned oil filter.He also gave me a heads up on several items my 1996 Grand Marquis will need soon - not upselling, these are repairs they don't provide.

I've used this location for my last two oil changes. Both times, the staff has been friendly, informative, and very efficient. They've never tried to "hard sell" anything. On my last visit, i showed up 15 minutes before closing time and apologized because I hate being the "last minute guy." They laughed about it, said it was no problem at all, they were happy to accomodate me, etc. Just a great staff and a great experience, and I will continue to visit this location.Service: Oil change

No nonsense oil change they tell you what you need to know and are very professional. I am happy to wait, but over an hour on a Thursday afternoon is a little excessive, I am assuming they are understaffed. Hopefully they can resolve this as I struggle to find a better oil change for the price

I only go to Valvoline to get my oil changes for my Subaru Outback. They are super nice/honest and better than going to the dealershipThe best!!

The staff here is great! They check everything they can replace and will offer you advice if you don't want to spend the money on the replacement or services offered. Fast, efficient service for oil change. I wish they were able to do more and had a lift. they check out and communicate with their coworkers well... seems weird that they shout out everything but it is actually pretty efficient communicating. they do everything while you stay in the car. they usually have a coupon online so check while you wait! good overall experience.Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I cant get over how quick my oil change was..So nice not to have to wait forever like at the dealership. These guys were super nice, and super professional. I'm a person in my early 20's who doesn't know as much about my car as I should and they made me feel very comfortable. had my first oil change here and I loved it so convenient don t have to get out of your car or make an appointment,I have to say the manager Ryan is very professional and informative on the GDI engine and he offers a couple different treatments for the carbon build up on these engines.I will be returning here for future oil changes.

Service rep was very nice and very thorough, sorry I forgot his name! I like the fact you stay in your vehicle. They don't hard sell you on extras, just bring it to your attention and ask if you would like them to replace the item. As with most oil change stores, you can usually find an online coupon to save a few bucks.

I visited this location for the first time today. I m a loyal Valvoline fan and travel often so I m always excited to see how different locations operate. I always think how could it get any better and this location blew my expectations out of the water. Rylan is one of the most sincere mechanics I ve ever met. He was smart, detail oriented and caring. He even taught me some cool facts about my car. This entire shop appeared to work like a well oiled machine. As long as I m in NJ this will be my location of choice. I highly recommend!

Went my first time ever yesterday and the mechanic/associate, Ryan, has been nothing but awesome. I was a bit flustered with where or how things get done as im use to just dropping off my car at the dealerships for my oil change. Nevertheless he was patient amd instructed me professionally. Might i add, everything was done within 15 min compared to my usual 45 to 1 or maybe 2 hrs waiting in the customer lounge at the dealership. I will def be getting my oil changes and maintenance done here again. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic. Manager stayed open longer to help me with my oil issue. Went above and beyond whst I expected. Very knowledgeable. Kind courteous all while training a new employee. Will definitely have my oil changed here from now on.

Was worried about a big chain coming in when Grease Monkey closed up, but these guys are top notch. Friendly, quick, and honest -the unheard of trifecta when it comes to anything in the auto industry. The manager Ryan is hands on and performing the oil changes with his crew and really takes the time to explain what they re doing and what s best for your specific car/type of driving. I trust them with my pick up and have also started bringing my girl s little sedan here too.
