Dave and Bill in service are great. I like to interview my dealer service writers. I could not be happier with those two guys. I love my 2019 Buick Lacrosse and they did a great job repairing it through warranty services. Prompt efficient quality repairs. Went in for 30k maintenance on my GMC. Changed out battery as well. Had a problem with 3rd party electronic equipment. They worked through the problem and changed out the battery to isolate problem. Thank you David for your patience and getting things right. Great service and timely manner. Everything was great. Except dont forget to fill the window cleaner reservoir ran out 2 hours into my trip and Gas attendant filled my radiator instead with window fluids. kinda dark up in the mountians i guess. All good drained and refilled. Showed him the black cap in front of hood where it is supposed to go.
