Fraudulent service practices. Lester Glenn Honda of Sea Girt, NJ charged me for services that were not performed. I requested basic service: oil change with filter and a tire rotation. I marked my tires and oil filter to be able to verify service was completed. I was called by the service department and was told my vehicle was finished and ready for pick-up. I paid for the services and received a receipt of services completed. When I checked my vehicle to verify the services were completed, I was able to confirm that the oil filter was not changed and the tires were not rotated. I requested the service manager and showed him the requested and paid for service was not completed. I was able to prove to the service manager that the service was not completed and he agreed and apologized. This is fraudulent business practices.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Kelly did a terrific job managing the servicing. He also explained the options of further repairs to me very well and completed the one I chose very efficiently. Brian was wonderful! I was having a problem with my tires and he accommodated me as soon as possible and got back to me right away. It's so helpful to have someone you can rely on when it comes to your car and your safety. Excellent Customer Service. Car was in for it's 1st oil change and did tire check and leveled off fluids. It was ready in no time. I recommend them.

They have always been quick, thorough, and professional about inspecting and repairing my car. This week, I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours of calling. Only downside is that there is no shuttle on Saturdays and the hours are rather inconvenient.

This place is awesome! Really helped me out with an inspection after a issue from the crazy roads in NJ. Fit me in for an inspection, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and didn't even charge me for taking a look!Very impressed with the honesty and integrity of the service department here!

I've been bringing my company car to them since they leased the car to my company and they have it together over there. Great customer service and communication. Everyone I speak to there has been friendly and at the top of their game.

This place is terrible. I came in with my pre owned Honda. Was told by the place I bought it I was still covered by the factory warranty. The service person I came to 3 times, John Kelly, told me it was still under warranty and that I had free oil changes which I didn't even know. Went today to get the free oil change and was rudely told by the service department that the warranty is void because I am the second owner. I spoke to Honda and another Honda dealer and was told this is completely false. It does not matter that I am the second owner the warranty still applies as it is still under the mileage and time frame. Coast Honda service department lied and were very rude about being completely discriminatory towards me by denying me what I am still covered by. Please be wary of this place.
