I received a quick response to my query from Kristen.She was informative and professional. The service provided was thorough, fair and seamless. They promptly provided me with a brad new loaner car. Brought my Mini Cooper S to them back in November of 2022 for a battery replacement and they took me in immediately and had me out quick. That was my first appointment with them and they were so friendly and helpful.My next appointment was for a possible walnut blasting in November of 2023. They were so accommodating with setting up my appointment, Julia specifically was so pleasant, educated, and eager to help. I took my car in and they informed me that a walnut blasting was not necessary for my car, which saved me almost $500-$800. Their honesty really stuck out to me. The mechanic then did an all over check on my vehicle with pictures that were sent to me in a link via text (super cool)! There was so much transparency, communication, and no pressure. I will only take my car to this shop. Autobahn exceeds all expectations and has made me feel comfortable going to a mechanic shop again. If I could give them a 100 star rating I would!

I just had a major service performed. New turbo, mass airflow sensor, new glow plugs on my 2003 VW Jetta Sportwagon- TDI. My car drives like a brand new car on steroids. Ryan Youngblood was my service technician. He and the whole crew are extremely communicative. They let me know what each step was along with the pricing. If you own a German car I highly recommend Autobahn Auto Service. They even provide a fleet of new VW Jettas as free loaner cars.

Scheduling was easy and painless. Service was fast and efficient. Waiting area clean and comfortable. Kristen, service advisor, was friendly and helpful. I have had my Mini Cooper serviced there a few times and have always been impressed with the staff and the quality of the work they have done for me. Highly recommend Autobahn Automotive.

This place is fantastic. So thorough and clear with the explanations, detailed diagnostic reports and quick service. Couldn't be happier. They've serviced my Cayenne, Q5 and my sons 540i. Total faith in them with all my cars, and the girls at the front desk are top notch!

I have been taking my 2006 Mercedes SL500 to Autobahn since the day I bought it and had Autobahn perform a complete vehicle inspection report for me. It was very detailed, including pictures, and then the staff, starting with Kristen who greets you and does the actual intake, explained what was urgent and what could wait. They got my car back to 100% like when it was new. Since that initial meeting over 2 years ago I have ALL my service performed here. At every oil change they do a complete inspection and provide pictures of anything they think I should address. Recently, the car needed front struts after 17 years. I had the work done and drove the vehicle safely to Florida for the winter. Well, there was an issue with an ABC warning light. I called Kristen and within a day, she had a repair facility for me in Florida that diagnosed the problem as a defective part, and Autobahn stood behind their work 100% and covered the cost of the repair. This just validates an excellent facility over a good repair shop. I highly recommend Autobahn as a go to facility if you want your European car running at its top potential.

My beloved ten-year old Mini needed two major repairs; Autobahn had him running like new, and saved me almost $800 off the BMW dealership's price. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff. Very highly recommend! Oh, and the waiting room smells really good, too.

Great experience bringing in my BMW X3 here. Will definitely be bringing it back for my next regularly scheduled maintenance. Team was very kind, transparent, and helpful in making me feel confident on what needed to be done. All but good things to say, go ahead and give them a try!

Kristen and the team at Autobahn Automotive were awesome! I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from a nearby dealership and they were instrumentier in the process. Their thorough prepurchase inspection revealed a number of deferred maintenance issues that gave me a clear look of what I was getting myself into. The report was thorough with pictures, explanations, and estimates for repair. They were a great resource that I was happy and grateful to have in this process.

Ryan was awesome!! He explained everything step by step. The techs are amazing there too. They tore down my engine and replaced the timing chain among a lot of other repairs to my vehicle and had it done within one week. I highly recommend them. Julia and everyone in the front was great at communicating through the process of diagnosis and repair of my Tdi. The service was quick and very fair price. I would definitely bring my car back to them when I need anything else Vw related.

Took my Porsche in for a service. Not only did it need an oil service (which I knew) but seems I needed a new set of tires and potentially brakes. Would have come in at several thousand dollars. Opted just to do the tires, so only a bit north of 3k. I was away on travel and picked up the car after hours on a Saturday, having had a loaner car for 2 days. A new warning light was on. When I called to ask, they denied it could be anything to do with them. Strange since it didn t appear previously. Seems it needed more work and I just paid for that - almost another 5k. I was on another trip and asked if I could take the new loaner to the airport and save myself an Uber and for Autobahn to pick up the loaner from the airport, since the mysterious second set of work took several days and I had a business trip. They did not agree to that. Home is 40 mins south of you and the airport maybe an hour north. After my current trip, I will get an Uber home which will cost a couple of hundred dollars vs. after hours pick up from Autobahn. The 5k extra work is claimed to be unrelated to the prior day service. Am not a believer in coincidences. Also the poor customer service when I had hoped for just one visit and it has ended up as two and taken several weeks is dire. Doubt I will ever use them again. The vociferous absolute refusal to even consider it could have been related to the prior visit (seriously, what other logical explanation is there) is appalling. Oh well, off to Princeton Porsche in future. Sorry Autobahn has lost tens of thousands of dollars in future business from me, having already spent tens of thousands of dollars with more than one vehicle there in the past.Dave, you have several items incorrect. We can either go back and forth here or speak directly. I would prefer the later, face-to-face. I am using a borrowed PC as I am overseas, which belongs to a colleague. Hence the name. Speaking of which, I purposely did not post names of staff that were involved to be more considerate. I still won't.Fact 1: your staff member did deny over the phone that the sensor could have had anything to do with the service without checking the car and in an overly 'assertive' way. I have the text exchange.Fact 2: the sensor came on immediately when I got in to the car, NOT after the mileage you quote.Fact 3: I was not rude to anyone in the waiting area. I don't live my life that way. Given that many people have to conduct business while waiting, perhaps there could be a separate area for them to do so. I am trying to make suggestions here that help your business attract and retain customers who need to conduct business while waiting and don't have the time or interest to use a loaner.Fact 4: I sat at the side of the reception desk AFTER asking permission from the receptionist to do so. The reason was I had to be on a Zoom call and that would have been even more of an intrusion to anyone waiting in the general area. The receptionist consented to this request and I was very aware of the situation. In fact, I felt awkward given the nature of the business Zoom call. If you have the space, offering a private area would be a significant benefit to people who simply have no choice but to conduct such business.Fact 5: I did not 'insist' on an exact time. In fact, I was rather restrained given the surprisingly off-hand and dismissive response from your staff. This is not how I conduct myself. I made it easier for your staff by dropping off the loaner at your facility, then an Uber to the airport from there. I was under a lot of time pressure that day and really needed my car.Up until now, I have generally had a good experience with my Porsche and an Audi S5. It is unfortunate that this conversation has escalated into an emotional tirade peppered with erroneous statements.I posted 3 stars - not 1 or 2 stars. Feedback should be thoughtful, balanced, objective, with verifiable evidence and treated seriously by the recipient.I am glad that my offer to meet you in person resonates.We should do that later in March.Thank you.

Fabulous experience! My G-Wagen was out of warranty and I was anxious about using a private shop but this group did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. Very impressive and clean facility.

Took my Porsche Boxster here to get checked out and everyone so nice, also honest which is rare to find now in days! They told me everything I needed to know! All i got to say is Now I am a client for life time will recommend 110% to anyone looking for a good and honest place to get your vehicle serviced this is the place!

I took my 2009 BMW to them last summer and there was a list of things wrong with my car. I had taken my car to numerous mechanics and they charged a lot of money but never fixed the car. Autobahn went through my car and itemized all the things that were wrong and how much each cost and gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed. A year later my car is still running great. I feel as though they know as much and maybe more than the dealer yet their prices are more reasonable than the dealer. I would highly recommend them.

I brought my car in without an appointment for an emergency repair and they were able to inspect the car and give me an estimate the very same day. Ryan explained the issue to me in great detail and didn t try to sell me any service I didn t need. The work was done in one day and the price was fair. The quality of the repair was outstanding and I was even able to get a loaner car for the day. This was extremely helpful because I have only one car. Everyone at the shop was friendly and very accommodating. They really saved me that day and I am extremely grateful for the service they provided. I would recommend this shop to anyone that owns a European car.

I recommend being very wary if you choose to do business here. My husband brought in our Mercedes for an estimate to compare to our local dealership because we are debating if this car is worth keeping. Not only were they more expensive, but they had more hidden fees like shop supplies on every single recommendation and sometimes they even had two for a single repair! It tallied up to almost $200 extra. They also try and gloss over them when they give you the estimate so you don t think they are there. I know the dealership also charges for shop supplies but they do not charge that much and are up front about it. We also felt like they were purposely trying to find things wrong to get more money out of us. We felt they were rude and pushy. They were constantly trying push services.Once they knew you didn t want give them an unlimited budget they totally changed for the worse.I will be sticking with going to Mercedes. I know that I can trust them.

Great place. First time at this facility and customer service was superb. More importantly Autobahn Automotive location is a lot more cleaner than high-end dealerships I been to. I'm new to the State of New Jersey and extremely happy that I found a great place that can service my vehicles and also trustworthy.

I was on vacation and had a minor car issue. These guys could not have been more fabulous. Took care of it right away, I waited in their beautiful lounge with free drinks and snacks and while many would take advantage of a woman traveling alone with an expensive foreigncar they did not.
