I had a great experience here at this store yesterday. Tom was beyond helpful, the pricing is great, and it seemed to be a family business. I will definitely be returning, and buying my car needs from this location.

First time shopping at NAPA in Scotch Plains.Excellent service and good prices.Also, nice assistant replacing the bulb lights.Thank you for providing good service to the community.

Small but very well equipped family owned store. My favorite place for parts. Crew is fantastic and helpful, everything you look for you car is there, if not at moment, a few minutes later. Also the delivery is always fast.

Read auto parts have always given me excellent advice and service whenever I have gone there with a problem. If it is a light bulb or windshield wipers they will come outside and install it. Any major problems they will tell you what is wrong. I have patronized their business over 50 years and still satisfied. Keep up the good work.

We were traveling to NC when our muffler began to drag. We pulled a McGyver (used vines from side of road) and were able to make it to NAPA. The salesman was so helpful. Not only did he look at it and figure out a way to better tie the muffler and pipe up, but he did it himself! Way above what we expected. So grateful to him and we think we can make it to our destination and have it repaired tomorrow.

Been going here for like 30+ years. The counter men and part quality are so much better than auto zone or advanced which is why they get my money. Being a "real" auto parts store they also carry all the little accessories such as hardware, clamps, fittings, etc. Also tools. And they're open 7 days/wk which helps when you're jammed up.

Don t go to the Napa in Scotch Plains NJ 07076 of you weren t please with your purchase. I bought a set of bolt $25 and I was told it ll fit but turns it didn t. I was trying to return it because it didn t work. I even asked the employee before buying the kit if I can return the item if I didn t fit into my exhaust. I was told yes. But when I wanted to return it they didn t want to return my money back or at least provide a gift card. Totally not worth going to the Napa Store in Scotch Plains.

Excellent selection and service. The store lent me their tools as I replaced a battery in their parking lot. Came out to check on my progress as well. Economical, friendly, and fast!

I wanted to come here and thank Dan for fixing the latch on my Jeep. It popped off on the highway, they didnt have the part but he found the bolt and went outside in the cold to fix it for me. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service he provided.

I have had two great experiences here, once to replace a headlight and once to replace my windshield wipers. Both times the workers went above and beyond to assist me, and they will have my business going forward.

The last of the REAL auto parts stores. Big box stores focus on cheap chrome accessories and carrying 12 different tire shine products. These guys are my go-to when I need odd tools or fasteners you simply can't get at the big box retailers. As always, Napa branded parts are high quality.

For a small store they have tons of stuff. The staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love that the store is so close to my home, makes it really convenient. I highly recommend Read Auto Parts!
