This place is the best. Wayne and his wife are the nicest people I have nice conversations with them. The guy Woody is so nice and friendly. I would recommend this body shop for anyone to go to they are the nicest people ever. Woody is funny too he will make u laugh. thank you guys for doin the work on my car despite that it was bullets .

Great work and service. First time I've ever been to a body shop that finished on time and under their estimate. I hope I don't need them for a while, but if I do, I know where I'll go.

I highly recommend Walter's Auto Body. The entire team led by Wayne was easy to work with and did fantastic work on my vehicle. The customer experience was outstanding highlighted by excellent communication and transparency throughout the process. Wayne and team helped turned what was a difficult set of circumstances into a very satisfying end result.

If you need body work on your car, this is definitely the place to go. Not only do they do excellent work, they were amazingly helpful handling our insurance company. Very friendly and helpful. Do great body work. I just received my vehicle back after having a small fender bender, with today's new cars if your headlight has a crack, the led lights don't work, it's only an $800.00 dollar part yes cheap. Well my insurance wanted to pay for an aftermarket part. My car is only 2 yes old, and the after market parts, just don't fit right. Walter's negotiating directly with my insurance, explained and got a factory part. They still had my car fix at the agreed time. Also returned my rental for me. They go above and beyond. Hope you never need they, but if that terrible day comes call Walter's. Auto Body.

I bought a 2011 Smart Car on a whim.Driving by during work, I put a down payment on the vehicle which was a great price ala Kelly Blue Book.Never did a dry run, didn't have time due to my Brooklyn NY destination.I took a chance on this company.Car runs amazing,I would definitely recommend this business if you need a good car on the cheap.Grazie mi amici

Used them years ago and they did great work. The most recent time will be my last. The quality of the work has really gone downhill. Between me having to constantly call to find out the repair status after they said they would call me and then trying to pass off horrible repairs, I'll never go here again.
