if I could give zero star I most definitely would. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. you ll come out with your vehicle coming out worst than how you originally took it in. want to voice your concerns? Forget it, won t even accommodate you. they take their money and wash their hands. my car came out with dents where it never had any, they paint OVER paint and it looks absolutely disgusting. they do the BARE MINUMUN but I bet you they surely do their due diligence to charge their money. unprofessional and rude business, these people don t know what they re doing. STAY AWAY! If you insurance tries to send you there, TURN THEM DOWN. Also, returned my car with a flat tired.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

I was in a double collision, this means my front and back bumper was hit pretty hard. Son's A1 did a very good job getting my car back to me as it was before the accident. Painting repair job was very spotless. I am very pleased and satisfied with my repairs and will highly recommend this place. Do not even think twice.

I was heartbroken when my car was hit. Kate was so kind and professional, as well as Jared. He helped me feel comfortable and reassured me everything was going to be ok. Very efficient process, and when my car was finished, it looked better than before! Staff is professional and kind, especially Johan. I had my car fixed up by A1 after a collision. I picked A1 because they are one of the facilities associated with my auto insurance. I am satisfied beyond my expectation in their work, customer service and the facility itself. Dropping off my car was a breeze, they explained everything clearly and worked directly with my insurance. They completed the work much quicker than I expected. My car got multiple damages in an incident - took my car here not because they were the closest but they had the earliest appointment.The staff was friendly, the work they did was good quality - a five star review would be the starting point, why do they get only three?Firstly, they missed a spot, in spite of me meticulously showing them and listing down all the spots. Now, everyone can make a mistake, that is probably excusable but what piqued me was the cavalier attitude about it. "You just bring it back again and we'll look into it" is not the way to address it, an apology would be expected! "Twice is nice" doesn't work in this case!Secondly, could you guys please shut off the update/tracking app that tells "Your vehicle would be ready on ../.., we would be sure to contact you if there is any delay"? I got a constant stream of updates that assured me that the work is progressing as expected only to call them on the pick up date to find out it is delayed! Better to provide no information than false information - you lose another star there!Service: Body & Trim

My suspension needed to be replaced and they did a great job. I did receive my car later than expected, but I think that was a supply chain issue, and they kept me well informed. Customer service from the front desk and from the mechanic(s) was excellent. Very helpful people especially the receptionist. Thank you so much for fixing our car. You guys went above and beyond to help us get this fix. We really appreciate your understanding our situation.One of the guys there though was rude and lacked empathy. The guy who kept denying the only payment method we could do. I had my 2005 Honda Accord repaired at Sons A1 this month and I am extremely happy with the job they did. My car looks like new. The color match and part fit are perfect. I dealt the whole time with Ben who is a real professional who listened to all my concerns. He really seemed concerned that I would be happy when my car was finished. Everything was top notch all around. Best body shop I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them.

The receptionists Kate and Lauren are nasty. The excuses Kevin gives for repair delays are ridiculous. They didn t order the initial parts after my car accident for 2 weeks and a week later finally opened my car up to see that other parts were needed. Other parts are always needed. I just called the Acura dealership tonight which is less than a mile from them and they had the part in stock and I went and purchased it. I can t wait to give it to them tomorrow and let them know they can pay for the part , my delivery charge, and the rental that Geico stopped paying for 3 weeks ago because this should have been completed already. Sons A-1 did a fantastic job on my wife s Toyota Venza. She was involved in two accidents within a week (front end and a side swipe on her driver s side) and after getting an initial estimate from NJM, I decided to drop my car off.They are a direct repair shop for NJM and offered a guarantee on their work. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly estimator and secretary. The inside of the place was very clean and impressive.One thing I appreciated was the constant communication on the repair status of the vehicle, much more effective than the insurance carrier. They set a competition date and met that expectation. When I got my vehicle back it looked better than it did before the accidents. The paint matched down the entire side of the car, aftermarket parts fit, and they did a great job cleaning and detailing my car for pick up. They even helped me with Enterprise when they were late with their car.Overall, great job by Sons. Thank you.

After being in a minor car accident my insurance company recommended this shop for repairs. I had nothing but issues from day one. There was no communication at all on when my car would be ready and the receptionist at the front desk was rude and unprofessional when I came to pick up the car. Will certainly be contacting my insurance company to advise them to not recommend this shop in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Everything went as planned. My only complaint was rude receptionist when I called to see if my car was ready despite the text update to pick it up 3/7. There was no reason to be rude and saying, " If it was ready, I would have called you. " I mean, no, were in txt said someone would be calling just to come pick it up. All she had to say nicely was to give me 1 minute to check for you. That's a biggie with me; otherwise, it would be 5 stars, but rude customer service like makes it a 3.

My 2012 Subaru had front left side damage.Took bit longer then estimated. But overall the customer sericvce was execelent with communication. And also the technicians did more then superb work on my vehicle paint and suspension wise. They've but biggest smile on my face seeing the work they done.Thank you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called to explain my situation about my car and the receptionist there was very horrible in speaking to me or even explaining the situation. They need to replace her or teach her manners on customer service. When a customer is calling to provide business to you, they should be cordial about it and not rude. Business 101. Recently had my 1999 Benz E320 repaired and Son's A-1 completed the work on time and the paint touch up was perfect. I received daily updates, and excellent communications between the Insurance rep as well as the Enterprise rental car team. I would recommend Son's A-1 and use them myself in the future if needed.
