I would not recommend this place for you auto repair. They are more expensive than a dealership itself. First, they did a diagnosis on my car and I agreed to get it repaid after finding the issue but they still charged me for diagnostics additional.

This guy is full of stories. I took my audi, my toyota, and my chevy and every time he overcharged me. Then has the nerve to lie to me about the undercarriage of my toyota. He took it off and never got me a new one claiming it's on back order for about 5 months now. I asked him not to remove my old one until he gets a new one he did it anyway. Unprofessional and full of excuses a d high prices.

Mr. Ketan is straight forward and you can expect genuine car diagnosis, proper guidance and suggestions for the repair/maintenance. He is easy to work with and always keeps the customer in mind. Amazing service!I had a problem with my car's transmission and 2 other mechanics couldnt identify the source of the issue.Prestige readily found the issue and explained it 2 me in words i could understand. I really appreciated this because im not very car literate. Also they help me find the cheapest options possible.i been driving my car for almost a month and the issue is completely gone. 10000% recommend them.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Transmission replacement, Auto emissions testing

I have been trusting my cars to Prestige for about 2 decades now. The owner, Ketan, is extremely knowledgeable, and will take time to explain in detail the problem as well as different options for repairs or even say that nothing needs to be done at this time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Prestige to anyone looking for peace of mind when giving their car for repairs.

Have been going to Prestige for over 20 years, for repairs as well as purchases. Work done in a timely fashion while trying to keep costs as reasonable as possible. Pack from Prestige did it for us again. After recent repairs we had an issue with Brake lines and leaking fluid. We brought our vehicle to Prestige for an analysis of the situation. The car is old but we just invested money into the AC System and Exhaust so we were not ready to trade it in just yet. Pack diagnosed the situation and came up with a way to repair without breaking the bank. He completed repair in two days and we had our car back once again. As noted previously I would highly recommend Pack and Prestige for all your auto repairs!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Highly recommended!I was stranded 2 hours from my home with a broken alternator. Luckily I found Prestige Auto. Pack and Nelson, his mechanic, made it a priority to get me back on the road the same day. The job was not easy, since the bolt connecting the alternator was broken off in the engine block. Pack explained the problem and the solution all along. I received superior service at a very reasonable cost, but the respect they showed me as their customer was priceless!Service: Engine repair

The staff is polite, keeps me updated throughout the repair process (including sending pictures and video via text), and is clear when explaining what my car needs. The prices seem reasonable and and they always give estimates for various levels/quality of parts. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Pak and his crew. He takes the time to really listen to the car issues you're experiencing. Then he diagnoses the problem and explains the next steps to you thoroughly. His prices are reasonable and, when you get it back, your old car feels new again.I've read all these 1 star reviews and have never experienced any of what they're saying. You can definitely trust Pak with your car.

Took my '88 Grand Marquis here to get the transmission replaced. There was no charge to evaluate the vehicle. After evaluation, I was given several options for repair, and the reasons and estimated cost for each option. The owner was extremely thorough with all of his explanations, and he was easily reachable if I had any questions. I opted for the new transmission, which was ordered and installed within a week. The price for all parts and labor was reasonable, given this kind of repair. I've had my car back for a month now, and it drives beautifully. I live about 20 minutes away and I have auto shops in my area, but I'd gladly come back out here for any major work.Addendum: I have returned several times for general maintenance, and most recently, to get my starter/switch replaced. I came to the shop without an appointment as it was a semi-emergency, and I was hoping they could fit me in. I was in and out of the shop within a couple of hours. Great work, everything is always throughly explained. These guys are great.

Great service and reliability. I always feel like I am getting the best options to address my car maintenance/repair needs. I had an issue where my car had extreme moisture and Pak spent weeks trying to reduce the moisture and deliver a solution to me. Prestige is an honest shop and highly recommended

I had a problem with my car, and I researched a few places. Prestige and Pack stood out because of the good reviews, notably about the quality work and Packs honesty. After my experience I can certainly agree. I have never had such a great experience. This is a great company with great people, I will never go anywhere else. I have found a great mechanic and a true friend. Please give them a try you wont be disappointed. In my opinion this place is THE BEST!

Pak and his team take the time and patience to explain the problems and alternative solutions.In the last few years I have used Prestige, the car was repaired properly and generally returned within a day.We intend to go back for service because of the professionalism and reliability at competitive prices.Highly recommended!!

One of the most honest and thorough mechanics I have ever dealt with! Highly recommended by everyone I spoke with about my car trouble and now I know why! Initially we were quoted for some maintenance that turned out didn't actually need to be done, so they opted not to continue! Why fix what isn't broken? They also went over a laundry list of "issues" that another shop gave me ($1700 worth of parts/labor) but nothing needed to be done!

My car overheated and I had AAA tow me. They sent my car to a authorized local repair shop "Prestige". AAA said they would give me a 10% discount. They spent 3 days to replace the hose that broke and flush and fill the anti freeze then they said I needed to replace the thermostat. The price they initially quoted for parts escalated dramatically when I got my invoice and the labor charges were through the roof. Then they only gave a discount on labor and didnt know what 10% added up to until I did the math. They never called me back when they said they would and I had to continuously call to check on the status. Now I know this was so they could justify the labor charges over 3 days. Avoid Prestige at all costs. Thanks AAA for the horrible experience. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

I have used Prestige for several years and have been more than satisfied with the quality of their work. All the repairs are explained in detail and approved before any of the work is done. There was only one instance where a repair was not as thorough as normal and Prestige went above and beyond to resolve the problem, and then some. I am happy with their services and if you want quality work, this is the place to go.

I'm not sure what's going on with the people who gave this place 1 or 2 stars, but Pack and his guys are great! I had issues with my oxygen and speed sensors, and they fixed my problems in no time (and for $30 cheaper than a quote I got from another shop). They even lifted the car up and walked underneath it with me to show me what had been done. They answered all of my questions and were kind and courteous throughout the entire process.I've only been there once, but I'll definitely take my car back. Thanks, Pack!

UPDATE TO ADD:August 2020: when 3 mechanic places local to where the Malibu mysteriously disabled could not figure out the issue, once again Pak came to the rescue! Took the time to investigate a few things and it's up and running again.August 2019:Honest, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient is the owner Pak of Prestige Auto Inc in Sayreville! I am more and more impressed and appreciative of his assistance with inspecting my car & only repairing what is necessary at a fair price. Repeat business is a sure thing by me for this and for the times not being charged looking over the car to make sure nothing is in need of repair at the time! Thanks Pak and your team!!!Winter 2019:I now have gone to Pak over a handful of times and he and his staff are very fair and honest with being willing to check my concerns for my car and conservatively tend to the repairs if needed. I truly feel he has his customer's best interests at heart and that he is very honest plus extremely knowledgeable!October 2018:A friend has been using this repair shop for years and now that my teenager has a used car, I am destined to need a repair shop after years not needing one with new leased cars. Pak and his crew are very friendly, knowledgeable and identified my car issue very quickly getting us back on the road in a couple of days. I appreciated the conservative approach of trying one part at a time to first test if it fixed the problem. It may take a few trys to completely fix but it seems to be less costly for me this way. Pak, the owner is an honest and reasonable guy. He will explain to you the problem, gives estimate of parts and labor, fix it quickly and test drive it himself. Although it's a bot far from our place, its worth the trip to his garage. We will definitely be back for future car issues. We have our RV repaired by him 15 years ago and he still remember us.

This car service is a big spam. I wouldn't even give 1 star. I went there to show couple of scratches and dents on Saturday. The owner told me that even though he wasn't sure about one of the dent, he would repair the other dent and remove all the scratches so nicely that no one would be able to tell there were any scratches until they inspect very very close. I walked him around the car for 3 times showing him all little scratches here and there.On Thursday, I left my car there and when i went to pick it up on Saturday, it was like a big joke. He hasn't touched any dents at all, and the scratches, it was like a little baby pouring color on the car. It was a very rough color lining with even different shade of color and that was visible even more than before. And it seemed like he dropped some color in two places and that's all. For that nonsense , earlier he said he would charge me between 100 and 150, but later he asked for 175. I was very disappointed with the work and left his place giving 150.If you value your money, never go to this place for service, especially any kind of scratch or dent repair .They talk sweet to you at first, but these people are the worst auto repair people I have ever met in life.

I had new tires put on at this shop, and this the second big repair I had done to my car with them. Pack was once again courteous and respectful to me. Easy to negotiate with him as well! Not like most mechanics that might be too aggressive. Only reason I give 4 stars is because when I got back home after driving my car with the new tires on the same day that it was put it on, the tire pressure was light showed on my dashboard. I checked and it was very low on front passenger. i filled all my tires up and I hope that there's nothing wrong with the new ones if there is I'll go back, but so far so good. Goes to show of course not everyone is perfect but at least Pack is nice to talk to when there is a problem. Also check your car tire pressure! no matter who you go to check your whole car when the shop is done with it.

I found this repair shop through a parishioner who I really trust. I found Prestige Auto to be very competent, thorough and straightforwardly honest. They gave me great service, bringing my auto back up to snuff and giving me several more years of use out of it. This mechanic is a ripoff A mechanic procedure in adding gaskets to the manifold he ripped me off charging $540. Another mechanic completed the task for $175. I encourage everyone to stay away.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Prestige Auto and the entire owner/staff are a true blessing from GOD. They have been my family ever since I have moved to East Brunswick in 2008. Always Honest, Always Fair, Always Willing to go the extra mile for their customers. It is the Heart of a Man that controls his every action, his every thought, his every word spoken. It is indeed the heart of the owner that permeates his staff. That heart shows onto the customers as well. People like to be loved, and treated with integrity, from the greatest to the least. Prestige is always making the least into the greatest. They are not out to sell you the big ticket repair. They are always trying to help the little guy, though he may be big indeed. The mentality is always the same. Do the greatest job possible, for only what the vehicle needs to be safe, and do it as inexpensive as possible, with the best service turnaround delivering JOY to their client. Now, where can you find that? I guess I maybe a little biased towards my brothers and sisters. I love them so much with all of my heart. We have been through a lot together. I would say much more than your normal Auto Repair Shop/Client Relationship.It is quite frankly an impossibility. But that is the beauty of The LORD JESUS CHRIST. He only deals in the impossible. As our GOD said over 2000 years ago " With man this is impossible, But with GOD, all things are possible" As Saint Paul echos Our LORDS Words in the book of Philippians 4:13 " I can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens me." You will never regret taking your vehicle to Prestige. You will if you don't, for real. Oh BTW, did I mention Prestige sells used cars? They most certainly do. Very nice used, and reliable. All title, reg, and taxes are done there. I ought to know how great the used cars Prestige sells are. I purchased the very first used car they ever sold. It is a gem of a 2006 Honda Accord EX-L V6. The car is MAD Awesome. GOD did that. GLORY to GOD! They offer tow service, and rental car service as well. As for the quality of the service. I mean, first class is not even the correct word. Stupendous might be better. Give them a try, even if it is just for a oil change. What have you got to lose? A lot if you do not go. Much Gain if you do. Cars need love. You trust your life to them don't you? Like a your body with a doctor? Take your car to the best healer around these parts. UPDATE: turns out this was a scam after all. I was told that on a recent repair. Pack changed a part that had no problems and charged me $731. I am of the nationality as him. God only knows what he charges other people. Avoid this scammer.This place is really good. I was driving by and decided to take a U-turn and get a few things fixed that I'd put off for a while. I told Pack, who runs the place, where I thought the problem was. In spite of being very busy and shorthanded. He took a look and told me what really needed fixing. Sensing that these were a priority to me he even rearranged his schedule and fixed them for me. Rupali who took care of the billing was very nice too. I saw Pack interact with other customers and got the feel of a family environment. Pack takes the time to explain things well. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Even though it is a few towns away from me, I will be going there again.
