I really appreciate how helpful they were! From the moment I contacted them, everyone was really kind and went out of their way to give me the best service they could! Phil came out to fix my windshield and was phenomenal! This man deserves a raise! I will definitely use them again!

Such a great experience! I've never had a broken windshield and I was worried about getting it fixed. After seeing the reviews, I decided to call Auto Glass NOW. Phil answered the phone and helped me every step of the way, he even helped me contact and speak to my insurance company to set up my claim. These guys know customer service! My appointment was set for the next morning. Jim came right on time and swapped my windshield all within 20 minutes! Thank you!

These guys are AWESOME!I can t say enough positive things about my experience here (that comes from someone who is pretty discerning).From the beginning Phil was super helpful and worked with me to get this job done. He is professional, accommodating, Knowledgeable and friendly.Raffy (Raphael) and Jimmy came to replace my windshield. They arrived earlier than expected and were kind, professional, quick and efficient. They worked fast to get me back on the road and I am so grateful! They paid attention to the small details and I really appreciate that.Lastly, Freddie came from Philadelphia to take care of the calibration. He could not have been nicer or quicker with his work. Most importantly, he did the job successfully and I now feel safe driving my car thanks to them all!I am grateful to all these super guys! I recommend them 1,000 times over!

American Mobile Glass at 500 Hartle Street in Sayreville are awesome!! It was Christmas week in 2020, they came out the next that I called for a new replacement. The owner or Manager was very kind and helpful.

Was driving on the highway and rock hit my windshield. Got this company to come over and cover it through insurance. The guy who came (Terri) was very nice, professional, and quick. I am very pleased with my new windshield. The process was easy and the work was done quickly and efficiently. The 2 techs were very conscientious of their work and very courteous and Phil was very helpful. They all wanted to be sure I was happy. On my way to work behind a dump truck and yes you guessed it a small rock gave a small crack on my windshield. American mobile glass came out to my job and Rafael fixed the crack in less than 10 minutes. I recently had a crack in my windshield and looked around to get the best price. This had the best price in the area. After installation, there was a bit of an issue but Danny made it right and made me a very happy customer. They were even able to save the vinyl decal I had purchased for it, plus the registration labels. Will definitely recommend!Service: Auto windshield repair

Great service all around. I put a quote request in and received a quick response from Danny the manager. He set up my appointment quickly and I was able to have the work done right at my home. This is great during the time of the quarantine. Jayson was the mechanic who installed my window. He was friendly and professional. It only took him about 20 minutes to install my window and it looks great. I had put this repair off for a while but Jayson and Danny made it so easy and I m so happy with the service. Thank you again!

This was my second vehicle that needed a replacement windshield. Danny the Manager was SO accommodating and even gave me a loyal customer discount this time. He was extremely friendly, professional and accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend American Mobile Glass in Sayreville for your vehicle glass needs! Hopefully I won t be needing to fix another windshield anytime soon but if I do or anyone in my family does, that s the only place I ll go to and refer my family and friends too! Ask for Danny. No issues with the front windshield replacement so far, but they slightly damaged my front driver seat. A small section in the middle of the seat cushion has a couple of small strips and few tiny dots of the top layer of perforated leather gouged and rubbed out. When I picked up my car from their shop and opened the door, I immediately and easily noticed it. I promptly went to show Phil (manager or owner) and asked him how they managed to damage my seat. He just briefly looks at it from afar and instantly denies any responsibility and starts rambling random excuses then begins to question and blame me. Well that damage was definitely not there when I dropped off my car. I always try hard to avoid any damage to my car. I don t ever let anyone drive my car, am always carefully getting into and out of it, never put anything on top of my front driver seat, and only keep money and sometimes paper in my back pants pockets.With his whole and quick response of constant and complete denial, excuses, turning it on me, and not even considering being at fault and try to investigate and check with his workers (unless maybe he already knew they caused the damage), I determined that there was no point in attempting to continue to argue with him any more about it. I could tell he was going to be persistent, adamant, and resolute in never even conceiving the possibility that they may be responsible.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great Service and Price. I am beyond happy with them. After shopping around a bit American Mobile Glass provided me with the best price. I made an appointment Friday morning with Pat, he check availability and windshield was in stock. Pat was able to have the piece in his shop by 11am same day. The work was done in less than an hour and the end result was met beyond my expectations. Thank You Pat and Jason!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND American Auto Glass!!!

Submitted a quote request on their website on Tuesday, got a quote within 15 minutes via email. Danny then set up the appointment, answered any and all questions, and was very quick at responding back. Thursday Jason came to my job and did the repair and was finished within 40 minutes. Very nice, friendly, and explained warranty with me and the dos and don'ts right after installation. Def a fair price compared to others I have gotten around town and through my insurance. Thank you! The day before we were leaving for vacation the window on my SUV was broken. After calling over 10 different places unsuccessfully, I came across American Mobile Glass.Once I explained my situation I was very happy to hear that not only could they replace the glass the next morning, they would also come and do it onsite. The price that I received was literally half of what the big brand that you see advertised on TV quoted me.The technicians arrived the next morning exactly when they said they would. Not only did they replace the glass, they even vacuumed any pieces that were in my lawn next to the driveway.This is a business that truly believes in customer service. Highly recommend AMG! After a crack spread across my windshield, I did some research to find an auto glass repair shop. It was important to me to support a local business rather than settling for a big-name chain. My research led me to American Mobile Glass in Sayreville. After completing an online quote request, Danny contacted me immediately and had me on the schedule the next morning for the replacement. After a scheduling mix-up occurred with my morning appointment, they offered to have me come to the shop later the same day to take care of my windshield (had to be done at the shop for lighting purposes because it was dark out already). The guys stayed after their closing hours to wait for me and changed my windshield in about 20 minutes! They were friendly, professional and fast! Thank you Ron, Jason and Kevin for the quick, quality work! This is the go to company. This company helped me out so much. Not only professional they are easy to deal with. My next glass repair will definitely be with them. They fixed my windshield after a different company messed it all up. They stepped up and definitely felt for me and took care of the issue. They did everything the could and it was fixed. If u want hassle free and want someone to come out and do what they need to this is the company. AMG was great to work with. I want to give a shout out to Danny who was very professional and timely. He answered all of my questions and had the service men out to replace my windshield so quickly. Both of the service men were great too. The windshield replacement only took about 30 minutes and they came right to my place of work. Danny even gave me a healthcare worker s discount which was very much appreciated. I had an issue with my window ,where the glass that shattered . I had called around to a few places I came upon AMERICAN MOBILE GLASS, spoke to Danny and these guys really came through for me , they came directly to the house replaced my glass ,and the main problem ended up being the window motor. I purchased a new window motor, and they came back and installed the motor for me .The technician JASON is very skilled and does an excellent job these guys are really on point .They have the best pricing around , I highly recommend them. I saved a bundle and got better work through American Mobile Glass then I probably would ve gotten if I paid twice as much. All can say is I am an extremely satisfied customer 5 stars

These guys are great. Came to my workplace, completed job within an hour. Fast, clean, professional service. It has been few weeks now and no problems with the new windshield. Their prices are a lot better than Sefelite or any other big companies. I would highly recommend these guys and If I ever need to I will use them again.
