I have had a couple of repairs in this facility & their work is great. Recently I had a punctured roof & they walked me in no appointment & I was out with in an hour. I'm planning to have them replace my whole roof & I'll post pictures. I would highly recommend any one looking for a trailer repair this is the shop to go to. The price was right. Keep up the good work guys!

This guy's will provid a super service . Very nice people, clean environment. They allow you to use their break room with microwave and coffeemaker and, of course, a clean restroom . I was in for a quick service, and that what I got

Bill should have a school to teach his customer service skills! What a great facility. Repaired my liftgate motor & switch in 9 0 mins with no appointment. Good people.

Showed up late in the day, without an appointment (not the best way to expect a service to be done) with a broken lift gate hydraulic hose.Brian the service manager really tried to help me out with no promise that he d be able to get it done that day. Apparently the owner of American Truck and Trailer became involved, by driving off premise (and back) to have a custom hydraulic hose made.I think a few people stayed late that day to get the job done.Reasonable price for the repair as well, I ll will be using them for all my trailer / lift gate repairs from here forward. Clean facility, professional staff, fair pricing. No need to go anywhere else.
