Wow professionalism . from beginning to end. From the general manager, finance manager, and executive sales consulting Jonathan Wein made this experience one to remember. Jonathan personally brought over a toy for my eight month year-old, and stood by this side until this process was finished. Showed me every individual option in the car, and answer each annoying question I had. Truly made a luxurious experience feel the way it should. I highly recommend Jack Daniels Porsche

Two days ago I got my 911 Carrera 4S from Jack Daniel Porsche with the best sales person Johnathan Wein, and I have to say that I am beyond satisfied with the professionalism and customer service provided by this dealership and Johnathan!I have purchased total three Porsche from Jonathan since 2018 and the very first one was at Paul Miller. I was very sad when I found out he left the dealership and was able to find him that he is at Jack Daniel! Then I came back in 2023 and got my Macan GTS and 911 in 2024! Jonathan is very knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I highly recommend Jack Daniel Porsche and Jonathan when you are ready for a new Porsche!

This dealership is like walking into a high end boutique everything and everyone is super nice and helpful. Had an incredible experience working with Jonathon Wein - from start to finish he was compassionate, knowledgeable and fair. He was responsive and thoughtful through the buying journey (and after). Mohammed, in finance - was a pleasure to work with and didn t overly sell just to sell. The Manager, Dean - was also very kind and personable- and even promised me an another car wash - since it was pouring rain on the day of my pickup. Net net, this dealership was a pleasure to work with and I should mention that I m in love with my new Porsche!

Had such a great experience at Jack Daniels Porsche. Jonathan our sales associate was the best. Made the entire process so comfortable. The fact that the dealership allows him to have his beautiful dog storm there during the process, made us feel right at home. My kids couldn t have been happier, while we conducted our business. I will recommend them to anyone interested. 5 star experience all around !

If you want to buy a Porsche then this is the place, Marty was my sales and he took good care of me, fast response, ez steps. And Alexander well explained everything about the car, set up the whole system with me for a good 30 mins and they invited me to do a second delivery also just in case I have any confusion. They are nice and patient, so highly recommended, and plus chase bank is just 5 mins away.

Working with JD Porsche was an awesome and pleasant experience. Their whole team is solid. Particularly, I worked with Marty and he took great care of me. Helped me configure and design my first Porsche, Macan S. From answering my calls and texts on the regular, to constantly keeping me up to date on where my car was when it was in transit from Germany. Again, wonderful experience and I can t wait to come back for my next vehicle!

Everything about purchasing our Porsche Cayenne was perfect. From the time spent with the financing to the Delivery of the Car was amazing. All around the experience was very easy, comfortable and fast. Marty and the team behind him made sure to take care of us, and even managed to bring in the car 2 weeks earlier than expected. They went as far as offering me their conference room for a zoom meeting I had to take. The made the experience very pleasant. We will be coming back.

This was a world class experience from the moment I walked into this dealership and was so graciously greeted by Marty, to the delivery of my vehicle the very same day. Marty, is truly in a class of his own. Marty made my car buying experience one of a kind. When purchasing a vehicle, it can be rather daunting at times, but conversing with Marty, it was a true walk in the park; I was immediately put at ease and it was as though I was in talks with a friend. His innate ability to know his consumer and be able to answer questions well before they are even asked is a true lifelong skill. I have owned a multitude of vehicles throughout the years, but my experience with Marty and Jack Daniels Porsche was by far the BEST! The superior level of service I received from Marty as well as Muhamed (within finance) is truly what will retain me as a lifelong customer to this brand and more importantly this dealership.

Extremely Professional and Simple Purchasing Experience.I had been procrastinating moving up to a Porsche for Years and finally decided to this Spring. I worked with Jonathan Wein and he made the build process so simple and informative. Never have I purchased a vehicle with such transparent pricing and ease. They gave me more for my trade than two other dealers.I followed my production through the Porsche App and Jonathan notified me immediately when the car was ready for delivery. JD Porsche's professionalism and constant communication through the process was second to none. Highly recommend. Will be back for another.

Where do I even begin with Jonathan Wein. The most professional, real and genuine person I ve had the opportunity to ever deal with at a car dealership. He covers all the bases and goes above and beyond in terms of friendship and overall service. It would be impossible to recommend an individual as incredible as John in his knowhow of Porsche and the product at large. Very blessed and fortunate to work with him as well as Pete, who is the best GM in the business. I plan to have a lifelong business relationship with Porsche USR as long as both of these gentleman are there.

Just purchased a 2022 Macan S and the dealer was amazing throughout the whole process. I can t say thank you enough for the whole team. My sales person was Brionne Ramsingh. His attention to detail and knowledge was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly nice and worked closely with me on the features I wanted. He explained in great detail on the things that mattered. He really made it a pressure free environment and made sure I had everything I wanted. At the end of the build the sales manager Peter Helou helped finish the transaction and made it simple and pleasant. Throughout the months I waited for my car to arrive Peter and Brionne kept me updated and in the loop. Truly a 5 star experience. When my car finally arrived I finished the transaction with Gil Deoliveira which is Jack Daniels Finance Manager. He explained all the additional warranties and products in great detail and made it simple for me to choose what I needed. I would highly recommend Jack Daniel Porsche to anybody in the tri-state area or even have them ship you the car. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process. It s hard to find a dealership as excellent and pleasant in the industry today.

I had made a deal to purchase a pre-owned Audi SQ5. I was flying from Florida to pick up the car and while I was boarding the plane, they informed me via text message that they sold the car to someone else for a measly $500 more without giving me the opportunity to match the other offer.Extremely unprofessional. Their excuse was that we didn't have the deal in writing, so they reserved the right to go back on the deal.

I just bought a new Macan from Marty Field and could not have had a better experience. He was very helpful finding a car that suited our needs and answered all of our questions. He even had an assortment of matchbox Porsches he gave my five year old. He really made buying the Macan a fun, stress-free affair. A five star review does not give Jonathan Wein his just due ..but they don t provide the reviewer with an option to provide more stars .so I will just have to go with 5 and add some applause here for goodmeasure .The consummate professional, Jonathan has worked with me on the purchase of 5 vehicles over the past few years -each transaction more enjoyable than the time before. His easy going style is engaging, and his knowledge of the Porsche brand is unmatched. He even hooked my wife (Storm may have had a little something to do with that) and she too has become a loyal fan of Jonathan and a Porsche driver! We truly cannot thank him enough for his kindness and friendship. Without question, anyone interested in acquiring a Porsche would be well served to stop in and spend a few moments talking with Jonathan. After a brief visit, I am certain you too will become a fan of Jonathan ..and you will likely walk out the door with the car of your dreams!I would be remiss if I didn t extend thanks to Peter Helou as well .he is as sincere as they come and a true gentleman. Exceptionally friendly service from start to finish. My sales man was Paul and i absolutely loved him. He made the test drive and buying process fun and easy plus had a great personality! The manager, John, was very fair & professional! Alex was so knowledgeable of the new Porsche technology. Mohamad had me all smiles at the end when we purchased the service package to keep the car in tip top shape. All in all an amazing buying experience 5 stars***** !!!

Called several locations for the checkup of my Taycan due to the recent safety recall. Jack Daniels Porsche is the only one that has availability in one week and provide loaner even if I didn t buy the car from here. Impressed by the service and next time if to buy a new car we ll definitely come here as our first choice!
