Returned my lease today and unfortunately i can say with certainty that every single department in this dealership is misleading and gives contradictory information. My car was in the service department for 2 whole weeks for what should have been a simple service appt. I was told that 2 tires needed to be changed, although one of them the service person actually told me was due to a known issue with the model itself (which should have been covered by the warranty).The service tech recommended I speak to a manager to get the tire replaced free of charge. Days and days of calling and no manager answered or called me back. I ended taking the L by having them just return my car to me and paid for 2 new tires to be put in at the mechanic. I thought this was fine because i was told by 2 different departments (service and sales) in Upper Saddle River that i would NOT be charged any additional fees for having different brand tires when i returned the lease. Today, upon returning my lease, a manager informed me i would be responsible for paying the cost of changing the 2 tires despite them being brand new because they were different brands. When i informed him that i had just called the previous day and was told it wouldn t be an issue he said you should have asked for a manager . I did ask for a manager! Multiple times! I was told each time that they were busy with other customers and would call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. Allot of gaslighting and shifting of blame.I will be filling official complaints both with Audi and the dealership.

I just went to Audi in Upper saddle River. I asked them to put air in one of my tires that was low. The service guy asked for $219 to put air in one tire. I do my oil change with them. What a joke. What a great way to take care of your customers!!

Good quality of service but prices for service are high. Service in Feb 24 is much slower than in the past due to short staffing which we hope will improve if they hire more technicians. It should not take over a week to DIAGNOSE a oil leak.

I had a good experience and it was quick, easy, and professional. I couldn t believe how attentive my sales representative was. I want to thank Ehab, you re the best! I want to thank Adam for a smooth transaction and also Carlos the manager for being great at managing and always making sure I was taken care of. This is my first Audi and it won t be my last. I am a satisfied and happy customer. Thank you, Ehab!

Worked with Dan Sullivan to lease a new truck. He was super knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. Test drive was awesome, look the car around and gave great instruction. Really broke the mold on car salespeople. Great guy!! Could be happier with the service!!!!

I've leased two and bought four vehicles there over the years. That should say plenty. Dealership is first rate and servicing the vehicles has never been an issue.

Outstanding service! My sales person Darson Kelley was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was very indecisive but his knowledge helped me make the right decision. The whole process was very satisfactory.I recommend this dealership, ask for Darson when arriving !

Service rep was good. She kept me informed of the service progress. Loaner car was available when I dropped my vehicle off. The down side is you never talk with the service technician that completed the work.

It was fast, simple and quick. Professional , courteous and pleasant. You can t complain about the price, it s the original factory repair center, you pay the best to get the best, if you don t like the price, then you can go to billy joe out in the middle of no where, but I promise the quality won t be there. This place is worth every penny.

No response from them to assist me with AudiConnect (which is really Kore Wireless) service. I paid for AudiConnect subscription, but have no service, and no one will step up to fix it. I've been a customer at this dealership since 2009, have bought 3 cars there, but they don't care.

Took my wife s leased car in to be serviced, for a recall and to take a second try to fix the garage door open. They gave us a loaner and kept it for a few days, even got Apple CarPlay working for me. Went to try the opener when I got home and noticed they left instructions on how to set it up. With the new antennae it worked the first time. Thanks Jack Daniels.

They were very nice. It took a long time for a simple oil change. Oil started dripping after 3 days after.

this is the most outstanding dealership I have ever been too. all the dealership staff are very nice inviting and knowledgeable of there product.and they are dog friendly which sealed the deal thanks

Work was done properly but took almost an hour longer while waiting than they told me it would take. We would have dropped it off and left if we knew.
