This review is solely based on my interaction with Danielle Maddalena - the salesperson!!! I am giving 5 stars because of Danielle Maddalena!!! From the moment my husband and I stepped into Jack Daniels Audi (Upper Saddle River), her professional, knowledgeable, and helpful demeanor became one of the main reasons we bought our vehicle at this dealership. Car shopping is never a fun thing to do but Danielle made this process bearable and painless. We were also skeptical because the reviews, mostly regarding the service department, were horrible. She understood our needs and was receptive to all our questions. Once we test drove the vehicle, she sat down with us patiently. She was not pushy or overbearing (like some car salesmen) and took the time to explain the vehicle. She was able to negotiate on our behalf with her manager and came back with a fair price on the vehicle. She truly went to bat for us and treated us with respect. Audi vehicles usually sell themselves but Danielle was the key piece in this sale!!! I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come see Danielle.I want to give praise and acknowledgement to the receptionist at this location. Unfortunately, I didn t get her name but she has a wonderful, friendly, welcoming personality. The showroom is beautifully filled with gorgeous vehicles and the waiting area was perfect!!

Disgusting treatment, mismanagement of service dept, they literally lost my car, I was late to pick up my children from school, they couldn't find my Audi care, they wanted to charge me for an oil consumption test while my Audi has been burning oil (bought car brand new from Paramus location 2nd q7 purchased from the Daniels) and my car is still under warranties, and then Antonio a (nobody) service advisor told me to leave because I was bully his employees after the fact of speaking up over the situation.)I have never seen a service advisor running a dealership in all my life and the general manager was no where to be found. I was told by the wash guy they don't wash cars in the rain even though all high end dealerships it is completely complimentary when car is in service. There was like 5 employees in the back by the car wash smoking as well. My Audi is garage kept and they gave me my car back dirty, like filthy, water spots everywhere dirt etc. I demanded they clean it and then Antonio the service advisor took my car with soap all over it and told me to leave like that or he was gonna call the police after I threatened him I would call the police. My two children were shocked and appalled by this whole situation as well as myself so I left. We have never seen anything like this ever. We have been Audi customers for 10yrs.After returning home I realized two key scratch marks and scratch marks all over the bumper like they hit something with my vehicle. I am traumatized and have a call in to my attorney over the whole situation and Audi. This used to be a phenomenal dealership when the Daniels were around. I can't imagine this experience ever happening to another woman, let alone a person with children. It was horrific and needs to be justified to say the least. Antonio should be fired immediately because of his actions, he is a complete liability and has no right to do what was done. For a great town like Upper saddle it felt so dirty to do business there. Audi Paramus by the Daniels is phenomenal, this service center is a joke in upper saddle and should have new employees trained properly and be watched closely by corporate until done so. I have videos of Antoninos behavior in front of my children as well which I plan to present to Audi corporate and my attorney.

I had a great shopping and subsequently buying experience at this Audi dealership. I was window shopping for a new car, didn t even know I wanted an Audi! - until I drove the A4. Then in the showroom, I saw the A5 Sportback Quattro S Line and I was in love! The team in this dealership was knowledgeable, friendly, NOT pushy! We worked with Will Giarusso and he was great - very patient and knowledgeable and went out of his way to truly make this a one-of-a-kind smooth and happy transaction! Jack Daniels Audi was amazing! Everyone was so professional, and so personable. They really go above and beyond to help satisfy their customers needs. Stop in, and ask for Gustavo Cardenas . He s the absolute BEST!!!!! He will give you his all (even if you drive him crazy asking about 50 cars and trust me we did!) His patience is impressive! Andy, the finance manager is so helpful, he s an asset to Audi; a true gem! I am so happy I chose JD Audi on rte17 south, Upper Saddle River. No regrets!!!!

Our experience at Jack Daniels Audi was very smooth. We did not think we would be buying a car that day but were so impressed with the car and Raymond made it easy to make the purchase. I just got my new car from the Jack Daniel's Audi.The all staff was so friendly, especially Ava Park. Never had a more pleasant experience at a dealership. Danielle was my sales rep and she took care of me like I was family. At the end of the day, a good deal is what everyone is looking for and I got a better deal than originally anticipated (and I m a cheap SOB). If you re in the market for a new car, come to this dealership. They treat you so well that you ll want to buy from here rather than them convince you that you should buy from there. They ll do everything they can to earn your business.

I got a contract from Upper Saddle River Jack Daniels Audi for the best RSQ8 of my life.I would like to express my gratitude to the dealers (Ava & Andy) for their meticulous consideration not to tire customers out of waiting for more than half a year.They relieved anxiety about maintenance by suggesting systematic schedule management and appropriate options. Will, Andy and Carlos were awesome. My expectations were high as this was my first experience with a luxury sports car purchase. The guys exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable and important. Absolutely no high pressure and they really helped me get into the right car. Will helped me to not make the mistake of buying less of a car than what I wanted. I am so happy I almost slept in my garage with my new S5 last night.

I just wanted to say I had a great experience at JDAUPSR. Sara my service writer was very helpful and informative. She took the time to go over my issues and results. Jessica help me get a loaner car that fit my needs and called me to update me about my car status. The mechanic, and I apologize for forget his name gave me a great video, and explained what he did, and his recommendations, which I did some not all but spoke clearly in his video and gave a great explanation. First time customer and definitely be back

Great job on the deal finances by Andy, who walked me through every step patiently and clearly, and Rob (General Manager) who was a gentleman and genuinely cares about the clients and the franchise. My salesman, Ray, was uneducated about Audi vehicles, uncaring about my needs, and kept confusing me with other clients. Also, he drilled into the vehicle to attached the plates (?!?) and put them on crooked. I would give him one star if this review was just about him. The service team that preped the vehicle for delivery also did a so-so job, the vehicle was delived with the bare minimum of effort put into it. I like the vehicle very much, and thankfully did my research before going in so I knew what I wanted and my salesman was unimportant. Overall, the Audi vehicles are great and I would work with Audi of Upper Saddle River again, just not with Ray.

First and foremost I want to take the time to thank the sales manager, Carlos Amaya for his expertise and diligence. Secondly, I want to thank my brand specialist, Danielle Maddalena for her excellent and professional customer service. Danielle went above and beyond during the entire process she was exceptional and such a pleasure to work with! Danielle excelled in her knowledge and made sure I knew every inch and keen detail of my new 2024 Q3. She is an absolute gem and an asset to the dealership and it was an honor to have met such a lovely individual! The finance manager, Andy Kim made sure that the paperwork was a breeze to go through, he was thorough in explaining all the incentives and service packaging. I just had the most amazing experience with Jack Daniel s Audi. Specifically, Danielle is AMAZING!!!! She took care of us and was so unbelievably helpful. She is the best!!!!! About 14 months ago I purchased a 2016 A6 3.0 with 25,000 miles. It was beautiful and a very pleasant experience. Totally professional. Fast forward to last week when I went to my local tire store to purchase 4 new tires. My car didn t have the tool to remove the locking lug nuts. I called JD and asked for the sales manager because I couldn t remember the salesperson s name. Carlos Amaya answered and I explained my problem. He said please come in at your convenience and we ll take care of it. A few days later I went to the dealership and was immediately met by Carlos. He turned me over to Antonio of Service who took care of me immediately. As fate would happen, my low oil light went on when I started my car to go to the dealership. Never before in 14 months. Antonio came out to tell me and I said I would schedule a service appointment. He said he would top off my oil so I d have plenty of time. The lug nuts were replaced, the oil was topped off and the car brought around within 45 minutes.The bill: $0I was treated like I purchased new cars every few years, not like my first purchase of a used car.Thank you Jack Daniels. Outstanding customer service!

Very good experience. Service advisor was courtesy and services and pricing were made very transparent when I checked in. Waiting area is great if you need to work while you wait. The reasons I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that after my appointment was scheduled, I received daily and sometimes multiple times a day, followup calls, texts and email reminders regarding my appointment. Way too much!!!! Also, I don t think it is right that given how much you are spending to be an Audi vehicle owner that the dealership should be charging a credit card fee when you pay. It s wrong and that should be a cost of doing business as it always was before COVID.

Man oh man! Let me first start off by saying this is my first German car ever, my first time at a German car dealership and the best car dealership experience I have ever experienced!First, my sales rep Christian Salazar was amazing from the intial conversation we had via text. I explained to him I was at work and I wouldn't be able to talk on the phone. He accommodated me the whole way via text. He was very attentive, helped me with all my questions and concerns, showed me pictures and videos of the car (no pictures were taken yet for the car on the website) and just all around a patient and friendly person. From start to finish Christian went above and beyond for me to get to know my car, helped with the negotiating process and once I seen the car in person, explained everything about the car from the inside to the outside. That is what you call excellent customer service and an excellent salesman!Second, Carlos the sales manager. Another amazing man who made my buying process easy and smooth. From the negotiating of the price of the car, to customer service and to just having a great down to earth personality that's natural and not fake, he truly is an amazing person!Third but not least is Adam the financial manager. Once I seen my car, tested it, got approved, the last step is to see Adam the financial manager. Even though there was a long wait time for me to see him and finalize everything, he made sure to communicate with me to keep me posted on the wait time. Once I finally seen him, not only did the process go fast but his personality itself made it amazing! He keeps you laughing and is very engaged with you explaining every bit of paperwork that you have to sign. Even though I was exhausted by the time I finally got to see him, his personality made the end of my day at the dealership great!This dealership deserves top praise! Each person I interacted with or worked with were great and amazing! They made my first time buying a luxury car a great and wonderful experience. Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River is probably the finest dealership I ve dealt with in the past 20 years. They are professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating from the purchase on to maintenance and service. I love that they keep me in the loop via videos and calls identifying work and prioritizing the importance. Never any price surprises! I love to pick my car up after servicing- I always get that new car feeling. It rides like new and performs beautifully and it s always cleaner than when it went in! Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River gets a 5 star rating from me! Best decision I ever made for a vehicle I really love to drive! Many thanks to the team at Jack Daniels USR- I highly recommend them -(Ps- I m not related to anyone there/ just a very happy satisfied customer! )

Returned my lease today and unfortunately i can say with certainty that every single department in this dealership is misleading and gives contradictory information. My car was in the service department for 2 whole weeks for what should have been a simple service appt. I was told that 2 tires needed to be changed, although one of them the service person actually told me was due to a known issue with the model itself (which should have been covered by the warranty).The service tech recommended I speak to a manager to get the tire replaced free of charge. Days and days of calling and no manager answered or called me back. I ended taking the L by having them just return my car to me and paid for 2 new tires to be put in at the mechanic. I thought this was fine because i was told by 2 different departments (service and sales) in Upper Saddle River that i would NOT be charged any additional fees for having different brand tires when i returned the lease. Today, upon returning my lease, a manager informed me i would be responsible for paying the cost of changing the 2 tires despite them being brand new because they were different brands. When i informed him that i had just called the previous day and was told it wouldn t be an issue he said you should have asked for a manager . I did ask for a manager! Multiple times! I was told each time that they were busy with other customers and would call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. Allot of gaslighting and shifting of blame.I will be filling official complaints both with Audi and the dealership.
