Bought an Alfa Romeo giulia ti sport from them. The tires on the car are prin x tires that are cheap Chinese tires. I did not realize until I had a ripped sidewall and needed to be repaired. When I called Ramsey Alfa to speak with the used car manager. He told me he would not change the tires to oem tires. This car is certified pre owned which I paid a specific premium to have it certified. The car when I bought it had alittle over 30k miles and my rotors are going bad. Used car manager said he will not change this for me because I owned this car for 4 months now even tho I ve driven less than 10k miles. It seems the rotors and tires were never changed from the last person that owned the car. This place does shady stuff and I will never buy a car here ever again.Spoke to Jessie the general manager. Very rude and he basically was ok with selling cheap tires at his dealership. These people are scammers and will lie to you as long as they make money off you. Tires are the #1 necessary on a vehicle for safety and they don t care about your safety. They will put on the cheapest tires from China and a brand noone has ever heard about. Please don t buy a car from these people and if you do. Make sure you look at every detail on the vehicle before purchasing.There s no way you Can CPO a car with non-original manufacturer equipment on the car. That s like if I modified the car and had a huge twin turbo kit on it make the car more powerful but less reliable , give it to them to sell and they cpo it. It s just not within the guidelines of cpo.

Where do I begin??? Walked in and greeted by Luigi Terranova, who was very informative and took his time to answer all questions. Jesse Giordano was very pleasant and helpful they went above and beyond, and we could not be happier with our vehicle and service. Almost forgot Matt, he took his time to explain everything to us and let us understand all options. This is how luxury car dealers should be. I would highly recommend this dealership. You will not be disappointed.

I first started working with Jesse and Antonio back in 2013 when I first bought my Fiat 500 Abarth. I continued to work with them over the 10 years and there couldn t be a time where I wasn t satisfied working with them. I have now bought 3 cars from there and every single time they have made me feel right at home. It s now safe to say I consider Alfa Romeo Ramsey a part of my family and I continue to spread good words about them because of their honesty and great costumer service. All said I couldn t be happier to work with such amazing people who truly care about you and are willing to work with you until there s a solution. I stopped in last week, met with Anthony and test drove the Stelvio TI. Anthony was awesome and we were having a wonderful car shopping experience. We started negotiating t he lease and almost signed a deal until "sales manager" Jesse came into the picture and blew it up!Jesse needs better people skills. His demeanor is contentious and and quite rude and should never be customer facing. His questioning why we weren't considering a Kia instead of an Alfa Romeo for the lease payment were seeking was very insulting and demeaning. I had to hold his tongue and avoid a confrontation in response.We thought our offer of money due at signing and the monthly lease payment w/12K miles was fair and very fair, but he insisted that the deal can only happen with 10K miles per year instead.We walked out more angry than disappointed and went to a more accommodating dealership. There we signed a lease for an identically priced Stevio TI with a lower monthly payment and 12k miles per year.How were they able to make it happen and Jesse not? There is a real difference in people and I saw that first hand between Jessie and the professional sales manager at the other dealer!

I contacted Louis Terranova at Ramsey Fiat for the lease of 2019 Fiat 124 Spyder Abarth. We exchanged some texts and some phone calls and arranged for me to come look at the car on a Friday night. I came to the dealership and had to wait while he was with the customers. Fine, I waited and when he comes to the office he has this grid of numbers that are vastly higher than the numbers we had discussed previously, as well as pricing for only 10K miles. I specifically stated I needed at least 12, and even that was a stretch, I had told him. On top of all this, he shows me this grid with these much higher numbers and goes off to test drive with other customers leaving me in his office! I waited about ten minutes and then I left, and when he contacted me later, he apologized but basically told me I could not get a 2019 in the price range I had stated and would have to look at 2018s, and quote" If you want to come towards an 18 that is the way to go and try to understand that, if you can't understand that, I can't help you". His exact words. Who speaks to a potential buyer like that? " I can't help you?" However, I STILL was willing to hear him out and asked him for prices on 18s and he never returned my texts. I texted twice for these prices to which he never gave me. Not only did he not give me these prices after specifically stating I HAD to look at an 18, he never tried to work with me on price for this 2019 Abarth that he had, nor did he try to procure me a different Abarth from perhaps a different dealer.So, I began calling other dealerships, broadening my search to outside the state. Last Saturday, I got so many different deals on 2019 124 Spyder Abarths, that I had my pick of which I wanted. I picked up my 2019 124 Spyder Abarth, fully loaded, with Brembo brakes, and the convenience package last Wednesday and couldn't be happier. It took about 4 phone calls and 30 minutes in the dealership with Dena Fabella of Fiat of Westbury ( about 1.5 hour from my home) to drive off in my new TWENTY NINETEEN ( NOT 18!) Fiat Spyder Abarth. The MSRP on my new car was 36,000, which is actually HIGHER than the $35,165 MSRP of the car at Ramsey, yet, Dena got me in the price range, and it took about 1 phone call for that.So, you're right Louie, I " couldn't understand it" and you " couldn't help me" , so that's why I stopped working with you and I still got the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted, and Dena Fabella made the sale.

I took my son to check out a 2015 Infinity and had an absolutely incredible experience. Luigi was hands down the best! He took his time showing us the vehicle and going over every detail to make sure we were making the right choice. These guys really have their customers best interest in mind. My son is now enjoying his first new car and I am feeling good about our choice to visit this first class dealership.

The experience here at Ramsey Alfa Romeo was out of this world. Michael VanHouten was extremely knowledgeable with every little detail about their products and made the process super easy and enjoyable. Great guy and even better salesman. By far the easiest car purchase to date, absolutely love the vehicle!

I had a great experience at Ramsey Alfa Romeo Fiat. Jesse Giordano was ver professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The car was exactly what I wanted and the sales team was open to negotiation and met me halfway. Everyone i interacted with was friendly and accommodating, from the coordination of the test drive with Tony to the closure of the sale. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would highly recommend this dealership!! Thank you Ramsey Alfa Romeo Fiat!!

place is very unprofessional. they have cars up for sale on their website and when you call them they say the car is sold but it remains listed on their website. i did see a car i was interested in parked on their lot. i was very interested in it but then noticed one of the employees banged into a curb destroying one of the wheels. they shouldn't let employees drive cars that are for sale, or at least choose ones that know how to drive.

On 5.6.17 I had the best car dealer transaction ever. In the past, I have purchased Lexus, Infinity and BMW cars but never had such an easy carefree experience like I did today at Ramsey Fiat.Frank my sales rep made test driving the new Fiat Spider easy and fun. There were no pushy or sleazy sales pitches. Any car I wanted to test was made available to me. Frank and the manager Jesse were quick to tell me about all the different trims available. They found the car that met my wish list and made sure the deal (which was super) was what I wanted to pay.Within an hour the deal was done, they hit one snag due to my insurance office being closed yet found a solution which didn't cost me 1 penny more. In fact, they originally made a mistake and priced the wrong car. I thought here comes the famous bait and switch. Not here, they honored the original deal with no extra costs and I got the car which cost a bit more.I usually hate the contract signing part of buying a car. Not at Fiat of Ramsey, the manager Jesse made it as quick and easy as possible. He explained the contract and all I had to do was sign. Again no last minute extra costs, or stories; just simple and easy.I left the dealer 2.5 hours after I arrived with the car I wanted. They couldn't have made it any easier or enjoyable. I was in a rush to leave but they explained how the car worked and invited me back to review any additional questions I may have after driving it. Actually, while I was leaving it started to rain both Frank and Jesse again invited me back to have the car washed! I felt like I was buying a Mercedes as I was treated with such respect and courtesy.It has only been a few days since I have purchased my car but I enjoy driving it and totally enjoyed buying it at Ramsey Fiat.If you are looking for a new car I totally recommend that you stop in at Fiat of Ramsey and ask for Frank you won't regret it.Added 5.18.17went to the dealer to get my plates. They saw a scratch (my fault) in the side of the car. Within 5 minutes my Sales Rep Frank took the car to a shop they use and had it buffed out! Che Ottimo Servizio!! I couldn't be happier car looks like new and they did it gratis!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Lou (Luigi) Terranova at Alfa Romeo at Ramsey to purchase a certified preowned Srelvio. Lou was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars he had in stock, and he was always upfront and honest with us about the prices and terms of the sale.Lou was never pushy or aggressive, and he always put our needs first.The Alfa Romeo Stelvio we wanted was being prepped at the time, but Lou assured us that the car is the one for us and we will love it. Sure enough, he was right!We came back on Wednesday and ended up purchasing the car from Lou, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. He made the entire car buying process a breeze, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.He took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for in a car.He negotiated a fair price for us, and he was willing to work with us to find a payment plan that we could afford.He was patient and understanding throughout the entire car buying process.We also ended up getting the extended warranty which Chris who explained to us in detail and was never pushy about purchasing any warranties. He was fantastic!Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Lou and Chris. Theywere both knowledgeable, honest, and who we highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Had a pretty decent experience with the purchase of a Stelvio. They were attentive and initially pretty low key, which was pleasant. Was assured the "Certified" vehicle had been through the checks and all of that. Everything was relatively simple and low pressure.So when, less than 3,000 miles later, the oil warning light came on (and after checking in the electronic gauge) I brought it to a dealership where I live. Lady told me the oil was low and dirty, oil change had to be done.Not the end of the world, but... after speaking to "Rudy"(?), sales manager, his answer was, "I don't even have to look this up. I know that car didn't need to have an oil change".Really??? Huh! It's funny that I had to change my flight to Florida because right after, I have to go to Germany, plus had to pay the $180 for the oil and filter change. But.... I would do that, because I have nothing better to do with my time???"We wouldn't pay for another dealership to do an oil change for you".... but I live 2 hours away, so I wouldn't drive 2 hrs to do an oil change that you should have done to begin with!!Anyway... I hate doing negative reviews, but as far as customer service, you get a pretty low grade. The fact that you are the "sales manager" and that's how you respond... well.... just know that there will be zero dollars attached to my name from maintenance done at your property. And when I buy my next Stelvio, which I am doing for my Mom, it will 100% not be from your dealership.But thank you, Rudy!

I had a great experience at this dealership. Not only did the receptionist greet me with a smile, but my salesman was excellent. Brad was both professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the car to me and the difference between a few different packages. He made buying a car super easy. Brad also went over the car with me and explained EVERYTHING! I went home loving my car and the experience. I will definitely be going back to him for my next car.

Working with Jesse, Anthony, and Chris at Ramsey Alfa Romeo was a pleasure. I never felt like a customer. I felt like we were a team working together. They knew what was important to me in a vehicle and ensured I got everything I needed. More importantly, they listened and understood what was important to me in the buying process. My job limits the amount of personal time that I have. The Ramsey Alfa Romeo team understood that and ensured my vehicle and all paperwork were ready when I arrived. Jesse even offered to come to my office with my new Stelvio and the paperwork. I have never experienced that with another car dealership. There are several Alfa Romeo/Fiat dealerships in the Tri-State area. And, I have purchased Alfas from other dealerships. The team at Ramsey Alfa Romeo is the best.-George Parente

After driving BMWs for the past 20 years. I needed an early lease end deal and there was few to be had. I spoke with Sales Manager Jesse Giordano on the phone to see if he could help me. I knew little about Alpha but after a test drive and a sit down with Jesse, he was able to take me out of my over mileage BMW six months early and put me in a Stelvio that I love to drive. After six months he is still in touch with me and goes out of his way to make his customers happy. Other people such as Chris, the service manager, have also been great. Kudos to Jesse and his team at Ramsey. Hope to continue to enjoy the great ride. Highly recommend them.

I purchased my first fiat 500 a month ago, and my purchasing experience was the most wonderful experience in my life!When I met Mario for the first time, he was very attentive and patient with me throughout the time I was there. I was also helped with my financing. Despite of the fact that I didn't think I was able to get financing because of my low credit and status, Mario and Jesse made a tremendous effort to make it possible. I am really glad to get the financing to buy the car that I wanted.Since the weather has been nice, I am driving my car everywhere. Thank you so much!!

This review is not for Ramsey Alfa dealership salesmen or management. If it was I would give them 5 stars, they are friendly and good people to work with. The review is for the Alfa Romeo Service dealership, which is disappointing to be honest. I also own cars from 2 of Alfa Romeo competitors, and I have to say the service is a lot better. I been to the service dealership 3 times and it is always a process. This last time my car had to get towed to the dealership, because they had no loaners or a shuttle services, to take me back home (which I live 40 min away from the dealership). This is the second time they had no loaners, and when they do, its not another Alfa or car up to its quality. Its been 3 days since my car has got towed, and I still have not receive a phone call of the car status or if it even arrived to the service department. I love my car, but this type of service makes me think twice about purchasing or leasing another Alfa Romeo. They seriously have to clean this up if they want to compete with their competitors or keep customers at Alfa. It is unfortunate because like I mention the dealership is good, and the workers are respectful and friendly.

I recently leased a car at Ramsey Fiat and Frank helped me. He was truly awesome! Frank was so helpful and worked with me over the phone (and text, which was great for me) mostly since the dealership is so far from my home. Frank worked with me to get the car I wanted in my budget and was so nice. Never pushy, just super helpful. He helped me get everything done quickly when my old car unexpectedly died. When I arrived, he had all the financing stuff together so I was done with the paperwork in 15 minutes flat. Frank then pulled the car around for me and showed me all the buttons and paired my phone for me. Total pleasure to work with. Couldn't recommend him or the dealership more highly!

I am posting my positive review after 3 months of buying a used 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti. Since I have waited for my plate transfer through Ramsey Alfa Romeo.Luigi was not at all pushy and the whole process was problem free. He is loyal, patient, very professional and helpful and have taken the very best care of the plate transfer even after 3 months wait time. He never hesitate to answer any of my questions. The Car was thoroughly examined before the delivery and I drove out with a Stelvio on the same day with a good deal! This dealership is a good choice to buy a vehicle and Luigi is one of the best person to work with.

By far the best experience I ve had at a dealership. I came in to browse as my lease was up in two months, didn t think I d be taking home a car so quickly. Manager, Jesse, made sure to help me be exactly where I wanted with numbers. Salesman Greg was able to answer any and all questions, making sure I was absolutely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The service is excellent, making the process quick and painless. After several leases at different locations, I m sure that I ll be working with this team again in the future.

My second Fiat! Went from a 500 to a 500x. They are as fun to drive, stylish and I feel cool driving one. While I love the 500, my husband and I went with the 500x for its high safety ratings, NJ winters and practical for the family. Now about Ramsey Fiat. My lease for the 500 ended and my husband had reservations about getting another Fiat (which many may have about the brand). Definitely don't, check Fiat out! Jesse, the sales manager gave my husband a straightforward deal. Jeff, our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. So if you're looking for a change with some Italian flair- Come into Fiat Ramsey, enjoy a cup of espresso, test drive one (or maybe, an Alfa Romeo) and see/feel it for yourself.
