I do not usually review places. Felt I had to because of the superior service I received this week. On Thursday I was traveling from Long Island to PA with my family which included another vehicle following. While on I-80, I noticed my brake caliper began freezing up. I pulled off the first exit, did a quick Google search and found Saddle Brook Auto Center near by with good reviews.Drove straight to the shop, vehicle loaded with luggage and a family of four stranded and now unhappy on the possibility of having to cancel our trip. They had the parts delivered and repair finished in just over an hour. They could have told me they were too busy .they could have price gouged me during my vulnerability. They made sure I was back on the road, did it in unbelievable timing, and price was right on point (not my first rodeo with frozen calipers, so I knew what it should have cost).It is a breath of fresh air to still find honest, fair, and personable shops out there! Saddle Brook Auto Center is a diamond in the rough. I am not local to the area, but if I was then I would have just found myself my new shop!

I cannot say enough great things about Todd, they ve been honest & fair priced. We ve had 3 vehicles there so far & have been extremely satisfied & happy with Todd. If you want great service this is the place as mechanics like Todd & his employees don t exist anymore!!!! If I could I would give them 10 stars!!

I have been going to Saddle Brook Auto Center for about 25 years. The people here are honest and they do quality work. Whenever I have moved from one state to another, I am always concerned about finding an honest mechanic. Todd, the owner of the auto center, is very honest and has always given good prices for his work. And if he sees a way of saving me money, he will. For example, I have a Toyota that needed a new part which would have cost over $1,000. He decided he could fix the part for about one-tenth of the cost. I recommended this auto center to a friend after he took his car to another center. He found that Todd was charging far less than this other place. I highly recommend this place.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Do you want a place you can trust? THIS PLACE IS IT!!Brought my work truck in with a laundry list of things I thought I needed..needless to say they could have made a quick sale but never the less only repaired what needed to be fixed and gave me a detailedlist of everything else that the checked I.E breaks, tires, etc. this is my only go to for auto repairs, not only did they get my van back on the road a day earlier then expected they didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need!

Honest, fair, pricing and professional service! I stopped by unannounced to ask about getting MY xenon HID headlight bulb and daytime running light replaced, a job that is pretty hard to DIY. The owner told me he could do the job that day and immediately ordered the part locally, and my car was ready to pick-up 2hrs later! I had done my research on how much the part cost and so I knew he was giving me the fair price for the job. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs a fair priced, honest shop to bring your car to.

Todd and the staff here are very honest and up front. They don't talk to you in a disrespectful way or use a different tone with you because you are a female. If work on your vehicle requires more time or is going to be more involved & a bit more complicated then originally discussed they call and let you know first. I trust Todd and his team.They are also very reasonable in their pricing. I would and have recommended them to several people I know. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here for as long as he is open or if we happen to move out of state which ever happens first.

I went there in june 2021. They were the only one to accept to work on my Ford Econoline E350 from 2001 with some bad coil and sparkplugs. They did an amazing job getting a hardstuck sparkplug and solving all misfire issue. Expensive issue but pricing was fine and all of them were really nice and saved my day.

My husband brought his car in and had a great experience. He wasn't overcharged, they were honest about the work needed (hubs thought he'd need more work than he actually did, and they didn't try to add anything on), and charged fairly. Definitely recommend!

Todd is honest and a great mechanic. It's rare to find shops like this, and they have been my go-to place for any of my car needs. You won't regret coming here, as they never ever have tried to do anything unnecessary. They are extremely professional, and the service is spectacular. I highly recommend this auto center!

My family has been going to Saddle Brook Auto for over 15 years and really trust them with our cars. Todd & his team make realistic recommendations, give fair prices, & work quickly to get you your car back. I ve had several car problems this year. Saddle Brook Auto took my car in last minute & usually had it back to me within a couple of hours or the same day (depending what work had to be done). They re all very nice. Highly recommend for a trustworthy mechanic!
