Great experience! Thank you Moe and crew! There s no room for trailers so don t bring them. Food truck twice a day! 1030ish and 1440ish. Great food cheap prices.We had an emergency come up, (DEF pump went out),so we called around to find a place to fix our 2019 cascadia. Other truck centers gave me 3 days until the diagnostics then another week earliest to get fixed North Jersey Truck Center told us they could get us diagnosed the following day. We arrived late evening, Monday introduced myself and was able to stay in truck in the lot until morning. The following morning we checked in at 0600, my wife, dog and I were shown the drivers lounge which offered hot coffee, tea, vending machines, comfy couches, TV, etc. It was quiet and comfortable. They got us diagnosed in the morning and fixed up and rolling out by late afternoon! Really appreciate the expedient and diligent service! This was truly a God Send, fast and efficient, polite. Thank you :)

I came there in February and ask tge guy if my starter was under warranty he didn't tell me anything instead he say my starter was find before I left the dealership the starter was acting up the service guy say its nothing to worry about one week later the starter was acting up really bad the truck won't start I took it to another freightliner dealership they say the starter had no warranty I was piss because I ask the service guy it is was you guy charge me 1800 $$ to fix three some water hose and to see if the starter is bad I will never ever come back there I rader tow my truck 100 miles to another dealership then to come back by u guys I am not happy with ur service.

My experience has been great with this company, people at the counter are courteous and responsive, I had an issue with my truck fan and derate issue with the engine. I took it to 3 different mechanics about 15 separate times and nobody could fix the issue. Brought it in here my guy rich fixed without and issue. I ended up getting Covid couldn t pick up my truck for a week and even with the small yard they let me keep it there no storage fees. Thank you all for the hard work

Tamara, Moe and the entire staff are amazingly kind, professional as well as attentive to get the repairs done within 9 hours. The staff members are very thorough and were thoughtful to accommodate my fur baby Buddy while we were there. Thank You for the hospitality and love.

FIRST TIME BEING HERE. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY TRUCK. CAME IN A SATURDAY WITH AN ISSUE NO OTHER SHOP WAS ABLE TO FIX. FOUND THE GREATEST MECHANIC JONATHAN VELASQUEZ, AN THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE DID, BUT WHATEVER HE DID KEEP DOING IT . THE PROBLEM HASN'T BEEN BACK SINCE. THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE. IT WAS GREAT !!!

Had a drivability issue with my new 2024 M2Plus.... Other dealers could not figure it out but Jason Elmini ,Daury Delahoz and staff here pinpointed it within 20 minutes. I live far from this facility and they even offered me a ride home 1.5 hrs away!!! They took the stress out of this situation and had my truck ready the following day!

Broke down with my 2018 Freightliner chassis motor home dew to a bad clutch fan for the radiator. Tried to tell them the fan was not working and they assured me that the thermostat need to be replaced and coolant need to be flushed? They did that and took all day so at 9pm they said I was all set and as I was backing out it overheated again. So next morning they determined that the clutch was bad on the fan and needed to be ordered over night for the next day?! My a/c was working when I got there and stopped working after they pressure washed the engine compartment!? I was told after working on it for 2.5 HR to take it and get it fixed and they would pay the bill.After costing me an extra 3 days and no a/c when I left, I have the bill for the a/c getting fixed, the service manager said he is not paying the bill!!!Problems- Girls are not friendly and have no clue from first shift to second-Staff doesn't listen to the customer problem- Not courteous with your equipment had grease all over the floor and steps-Took several phone calls and emails just to get a replayTried to talk it out but no luck.Stay away going to be a bad experience!!!

My only experience is with the service department: If I could give them 6 stars I would. It is never a good time to have your truck break down so obviously I wasn't in a great mood to start.From the moment I walked into this place I have been treated politely and professionally by EVERYONE. I have bothered and interrupted them constantly for the past couple of days and still received only polite responses every single time. I dealt with (hopefully I have their names right) Tamara and Jorge most of the time and no matter how busy they were I always got a response and a smile and if they didn't have an answer for me right away they found and gave me an answer. I don't ever want to deal with another break down, but if I have to, I hope it's close to North Jersey Truck Center.

Before I start, I have ew4 and tc4 warranties!!! Paid for them over 11k$!1. Monday afternoon left the truck with electric steering box issue ( plus steering wheel was at 10 o clock, wrecked), turbo cut off valve issue and some noises from transmission. Been told they will call me on Tuesday with updates.2. Tuesday after lunch started calling them, no answer whole day.3. Wednesday was there by 10 am. They told me they are waiting for the warranty reply for cut off valve. For the steering box issue they told me i have to change tire first, then do the elignment and after calibration. But they will not let me change the tires before the answer of the warranty, otherwise I have to pay for the 3 hours of labor, 600$ plus tax( 1 hour 199$ before taxes for doing nothing !!!)! After i asked to talk with foreman. We did a road test for transmission issue ( has a weird click noise, wanted just to check). After the road test , foreman allowed me to change the steering tires, so they can do the elignment and calibration of a steering box. Plus I brought a trailer, to do extra road test for transmission clicks( it more sensitive, when loaded).4. Thursday i was there before 8 am. Got told that warranty does not covers turbo cut off valve, and if i want to fix the truck, i have to pay 1700$( parts and alignment and labor). I told them to hold on with the valve but rest i have to fix, so total was around 800$. After that I called my friend to a different dealer, he checked the part, and told me it s covered by warranty ( for sure, i have probably the best warranty you can have)! Then I called directly to freightliner warranty department. They told me, they don t see any claims! So I told them the issue with the valve, but they didn t have idea. They emailed to the dealership, and dealership told them, that perking noise is alright, and it should be like that . Probably office guys are lazy to work with the warranty ( it s much easier to deal with cash customer has)! After that, probably foreman tried to help out them, and he told me that the non stoping perking noises are ok . Plus they told me elignment machine is broken, so now they did a calibration without elignment( before they could not do it without new tires and elignment). Still didn t solve the problem anyway. I asked for manager, but never saw him. They were telling me, he was not there( As i found out, manager s name is Jeff).Finally they still charged me 441$, and after 4 waisted days( for doing nothing), I went to do elignment in a different shop. So they told elignment was good( actually i did it 2-3 weeks before) and they fixed my steering wheel within 1hour , I paid 175 plus tax for it and tipped a guy 40$.I believe in karma, and hopefully you ll get it guys. With all the challenges we ( owner operators) have nowadays, thank you guys for waisting my whole month dayoffs!PS: I ll definitely add pictures of invoices done with the warranty!!!And it would be great to talk with manager or somebody who cares about customer service ( just to let you know. I m not coming back for any reason anyway)

I can not say enough wonderful things about North Jersey Truck center. We were on our way home from Florida with our new to us RV. We got about half way and the check engine light came on. We hobbled to about an hour from them and parked for a couple hours to sleep until they opened at 6am. I called them at 6 and spoke to a wonderful lady named Elizabeth. Explained to her my situation and she told me that we could come right over. When we arrived, they had a tech come out, Jason and he got right to work. We explained everything to him and he was able to easily diagnose the problem and then fix it. He also found out the not only did the RV dealership not change a really bad fuel filter, but they added 8-10 gallons of oil too much. On top of that it was about a gallon short of coolant. Jason was so knowledgeable and helped us with everything. He was able to get us back on the road with a vehicle that I felt safe traveling in with my husband and 2 girls. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they more than deserve it. Thanks again for all of your help!!!

How do you explain 8 people working the parts counter, and only 1 actually taking customers. The other 7 sit there and speak among themselves or are on their cell phones.I ve noticed most of the good reviews are from friends and employees. Smh worst service ever. They probably take advantage because they know there s no other truck parts store for miles.Update: 4 weeks later and staff here are still the same. I came early in the morning, 4 people working the parts counter, they see me waiting and all of them continue to be on their cell phones. I waited 30 minutes, the only person on line while they re all on their phones. For every review management says they take it seriously but nothing changes. On top of that, nobody in parts EVER answers the phone. I don t understand how they can all be on their cell phones but none of them can answer the phones at their job. Smh! What a disgrace! Sad part is, this is how they treat their own kind. And the reason why minorities stay in the gutter.

My truck broke down. My company sent me here .There is a girl at the service desk. I dont understand why she is so rude and arrongant. It doesn't cost you to be polite with customers who bring you business. Hope I will never see you guys again .

I couldn't get through to the parts department, so I tried service instead. The young lady Tamara I spoke with, went above and beyond what I needed and assisted me greatly. She located the part I needed and had it set aside for me. Then the cashier who finalized my purchase, even came from behind the counter to help me locate other parts I needed. Both of these representatives went beyond the call of duty and I'm truly appreciative. Thanks ladies...

The employees in service area are so rude. Is possible for me not have star.I have been here several times and is always the same. The ladies at the front are the worst, It has always been a bad experience.I made appointment for my cargo van for service and e-call and I am pick-up with really bad damage. The computer is off my van is nothing information They do not give any immediate solution. Just knowing how to say "have to wait" I explained that I needed my car the same day and we care to leave with excuses.The people in this place is to bad attitude and make fun of customers. Please not go here the people is not professional and the service is horribly BAD.

Both ladies at the front are rude. I have booked an appointment morning time for oil change and ABS sensor replacement. I was told that my truck will be ready same day or the next day. On 3rd day morning time, i went to the shop. And at that time they pulled my truck in the shop. Total waste of time. STAY AWAY!!Suggestions:-) please be truthful upfront. We also have stuff to do, we also have family like you guys waiting for us.) tell those ladies to be polite) tell those ladies that they should clear there doubts during shift change because the white lady working evening time was lost and not want to listen when i tried to explain.I know the job is tough but that s what you guys get paid for.

Overall worst experience ever. Poor customer service. Unprofessional service advisers, some of them arrogant. Service advisers talk a lot about personal subjects among themselves ignoring customers. Long lines to get the repair done. Long waiting time for any inquiry. Over-promised time for completing the repair. Deceiving answers about the status of the repair. Overcharged practices. I would recommend avoiding this facility if you can. Extremely disappointing experience.

The worst costumers service I ever have seen.10 people are waiting on the line there are 8 people working on the window but only one is serving the people that are waiting.I guess manager is Blind and does not care about the place.There are some people that are working but they are in a wrong place working!

I see a lot of bad comments from that place but I don't see no changes every time I go there it's a big line in the people inside they are keeping talking each other playing with a phone and the most of the time we have our mechanic working in my truck and that cost us a lot of money and they think they're doing a favor to us by selling the parts I hope the manager read this coming and a list look around next time when it's a big line to tell the people to eat speed up a little bit I think don't we better for the business more money for you guys and better for the truckers

I have been dealing with this dealership for the past year and half..I just have to say they have the best customer service. Jose Barboza..great customer service skills, very helpful, attentive, extremely good at what he is doing......as well Chris is very good,,patient and kind and excellent customer service...and can't forget about cool kid Geo, always smiling..hard thing to see at a parts place..They show the customers what teamwork stands for. Great job, please do keep the good attitude, the great personality and excellent job. From all the THM team, thanks for this year and half of great service and keep the awesome job....
