Best decision I made to pick this shop to fix my car. I was looking and reading through the reviews of many auto body shops when I had my accident. I needed my car fixed right away and I saw that this shop had amazing reviews especially glowing ones about Jose. There were times available the next day which was good. Jose is a very nice and friendly guy. He s very polite to his customers and he is very refreshing to talk to. The process of getting my car fixed was quick and easy. Jose always kept in touch with updates and was honest about everything. I highly recommend to go to him at this shop. I will also refer my family and friends if they need an auto body shop as well!

Extremely happy with Jos� and team with the recent repair to our car. They were very professional and courteous and returned our car quickly and in better condition than when we dropped it off. I believe they even detailed it inside and out. The damage to our trunk, spoiler, bumper and taillight is unnoticeable and better looking than before the accident. I requested additional work to the front spoiler and the price was reasonable and done to perfection. I highly recommend NSB Auto Body to anyone in need of repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I used their services to repair my Venza that had a severe damage to the left front and left quarter panel. The damage was so significant that I was thinking they might decide it's not worth fixing. They repaired it and now the car actually looks better than before the accident. They polished the headlamp on the other side to match the new one and painted some preexisting scratches. Jose kept me updated about the status throughout the process. I highly recommend them and would use this body shop again.

The Professionalism and expertise was amazing. Jose kept me informed via text and phone calls throughout the process of doing my Truck. When my Truck was finished Jose delivered it to my house. I would absolutely recommend New Saddle Brook Auto Body

Just recently had my car repaired here after getting rear ended in an accident And they did an amazing job! Everyone was very kind and helpful and kept me posted every step of the way. They repaired my car and left it. Looking brand new inside and out.!

I am very pleased with my experience as a first-time customer at New Saddlebrook Auto Body. Jose is honest and went above and beyond. All staff were friendly and professional. My repair job was excellent. I highly recommend this place and will be returning for any auto body repairs.

Thankfully I have not had the need for a body shop in a very long time, until my neighbor's kid got her license. I was referred to New Saddle Brook Auto Body by a great friend, and for good reason. This place is awesome. Jose is so accommodating and helpful. The work he did on my wife's Honda HR-V was impeccably stunning! These guys are very professional and listen to every detail . My car was finish on a Friday but I was stuck at work i ask if I can pick it up on a Saturday Jose came in on his day off just j so I can pick it up that's what you call a company that actually cares about there customers I would highly recommend this place . I went a couple months ago for a dent that I had on the back of my car; and left very pleased. They popped out the dent and didn t charge me a cent. Definitely recommend

New Saddle Brook did the body work on my car when the rear end of my car got totalled. By the time they were done with it, my car looked like it came new from the factory. I cannot say enough great things about New Saddle Brook Auto Body! Jose was extremely pleasant, courteous and honest about the process and how long it would take. They kept in touch throughout the entire time my car was in the shop. On the day it was ready, I was unable to pick up my car but Jose offered to drop it off. The work done on my car was extraordinary my car looks brand new and it was so clean inside and out (bonus!) I picked this body shop from the list offered by Geico (third party claim). They did an amazing job in a promised time frame and charged Geico directly. Fantastic customer service, priced right, and quality work...this place is where I ll always go for any body work needs. They did a perfect job repairing a dent on our mini van tailgate. The estimate was spot on, and they got me in and performed the work quickly. Jose is a stand up guy who is honest and professional. I would recommend New Saddle Brook Auto Body to all our friends and anyone needing great body work done at a fair price.

I ve brought two of my vehicles to New Saddle Brook Auto Body and my experiences were amazing. The owner Jose took all his time to make sure I was taken care of and made everything such an easy process. He kept me up to date with when my vehicles would be ready. Both times I had picked up my vehicles, I was more than satisfied with the work. His entire staff was professional and absolutely know what they are doing. Jose and his team are excellent. Very friendly and prompt customer service. My car was like new again after replacing door and fixing other dented parts. They even detailed the car and returned the car in clean condition which my previous body shop didn't do.
