Highly recommend this shop! When Riverside Tire closed down I was very bummed out because I hate going to those commercial tire shops. Tried out J&J when they opened up here and the service was incredible! Everyone was super nice, prices were great for mounting and balancing, and they only took about an hour to do it all. Also didnt put a single scratch on any of the rims.

I originally went to the Lodi location and got work done then a week later my car says that my tire sensor is bad so I just went to the Saddle brook location because it s closer and turns out my sensor was broken because of poor installation due to the workers in Lodi But I have to give the people at Saddle brook credit because they took care of my car and the customer service was excellent and they took full responsibility. Definitely recommend the Saddlebrook location.

I had been a loyal customer of the former Riverside Tire shop that was in this same space for decades. I'm over in Fair Lawn so must've missed when they sold the place and became J&J because I was a bit thrown off when I arrived there in front to get new tires again.... and the jacks were gone etc. I went inside, met the new guys working and they helped me find tires that fit my truck and my budget and all within about the same time that Riverside would have, which I appreciated because it was fast and I was in a hurry. I asked them if they could save a tire for my flat spare back at home, which they did. Unfortunately when I got home I realized that tire was too damaged to use as a spare and brought them another I had saved from a prior tire purchase... they installed that onto my spare rim, and disposed of both the damaged tires for me... they didn't charge for installing the spare, only disposal of the two bad tires I had with me. This, is excellent tire shop service that big franchises can't compete with... and you'll get it at J&J. Fast, friendly, affordable...they won me for life, this is my new go-to tire spot. Thank you guys!

These guys are great; I was looking for a Pirelli Scorpion tire for my car after my wife hit a catch basin and destroyed the existing tire. I called several places that would take two to three days to get the matching tire. These guys had the tire in 30 minutes and had it waiting for me when I arrived. They were fast with the installation. The price was competitive with other companies. What I also liked was the price they give you includs the install and balancing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND J & J SADDLE BROOK.

Great experience with these guys. They went above and beyond to make sure that one of my employees could make it to work today. Great price on mounting and balancing a tire for my employee and terrific service.

truly an awesome place,, got a dam good price on a tire that went flat and I destroyed by driving on it, but they took awesome care of me and did so quite expeditiously, I was in and out in less that half hour, thank you,
