Came to this location with hopes of getting an issue fixed that another freightliner didn t fix; Tampa, FL. Tampa, FL wasn t able to fix my issue and neither did this NJ location. I brought my truck in on Friday and waited till Monday to have it diagnosed, after being told over the phone on Friday that it would be diagnosed that same Friday or the following day. Well anyways, they charged me approximately $450 for two hours of diagnosis to tell me that they could not find anything wrong with the truck. Well I picked up my truck & the very next day same issue ! I called to let them know and all I was told is wow that s ridiculous ! What s ridiculous is I m in $2,500, went to two different freightliners, have about a week of truck sitting and still the same issue.

Worst place ever it is the close one my parking lot I don t have to much couse I try to return same part warranty lady grampy face I think like a she pay her on packet

These folks are the best. We were treated amazingly well. We had motorhome trouble. You can imagine what it's like to be away from home with five children and suddenly have a problem. Even though they are clearly super busy they took us in because they realized we were stuck. The whole time they were kind, thoughtful, considerate, and worked super quickly to get us on the road. They literally saved our family vacation because of the kindness they showed. When people ask how the trip is going, this is always part of what I tell people has made it great.

I literally fell asleep waiting for them to open, but they have a good selection of parts for all kinds of needs. Despite the COVID 19 protocol which is everywhere, it's a lot more controlled than most places including Walmart. I'd go there or Superior Distribution for truck parts if needed. Definitely
