Avoid !!!!Went for 5 tires mount and balance and alignment. They destroyed my wheels and valve stems . put after market junk valve stems and refuse to make right damage to wheels. Tires and wheels were damaged over $4000 damage. They broke a machine while attempting to Mount and balance my tires and blamed me. Told me they had a broken machine and I had broken wheels, and that makes us even! The manager, Bharkev, was rude , condescending , and vulgar. So then I called the police annd filed a report for the damage and will likely end up in small claims. Also in contact with Firestone corporate office.Do not do businessEdit 10/9/23There is no reply from Firestone. Nicholas Griswold refuses to call me back after messages left for months. No one from Firestone will return a phone call. They closed my claim twice without payment to me for the damages they did , even though they admitted fault. This will likely end up in court and cost them even more money. BewareService: Tires

Took my car to get serviced after calling and confirming a price. When I get to the location Raphael Torres sets it up for drop off and gives me a grand total. They are full of it and a scam had to pay 150 more then what was said because of his mistakeI don t recommend them to anyone unless you like giving money awayOn top of that service wasn t done right had to wait longer for them to fix it

Let me start this review by saying, I myself am a previous employee of Firestone. Hence why I always take my car to Firestone s because I know they do good work. This location in Saddle Brook however is the WORST location I have ever gone to.This is the second time I ve brought my cars here. The first time, I had the same experience; but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt by going a second time on 01/04/23 for my Honda Pilot.Both times, I walked in and no one greeted me. All the employees were talking and wouldn t acknowledge that I just walked in. Both times I did not get a phone call that my car was ready. I ended up calling and the employee said both times I left you a voicemail message. When I never got one.In this event on 01/04/23, I told them I wanted my tires replaced and the employee advised me that I would get a free alignment check. I didn t get a phone call to advise me my car was ready and when I did call, they didn t even mention that they did the alignment check. Little did they know, if they did happen to do the alignment check, I was willing to pay however much it was for my tires to be aligned as I have a daughter and safety and reliability is always first.As a former employee of the Wayne and Haledon location, I m truly disappointed. Especially because I know first hand how customer service in these shops run and #2, this location is close to my house. However I will no longer or ever be coming back here again.

I recommended this place to my mother-in-law. Now she tells me what they did to her, she was doing a $400 purchase in tires. After sometime they told her, she had to pay $1000 because they didn t have the $400 ones. After she refuse to pay the manager disrespect her, and told her that as she was not going to purchase the $1000 tires she had to pay the service. Honestly, how can you assume that somebody have $1000 to pay in tires when she scheduled for $400. Now, my mother in lar paid 200 for the service for a set of tires that didn t work. Otherwise, they wouldn t give them the car. Worse place to change your tires!!! Don t go to this place!!

The employees were very helpful with all my needs to make my car safe to drive. I spent more than I wanted to but I know I am safe because they found what I needed done besides just new tires.

I did my car service 6 months ago in this place and everything was good because I went with my fianc�e so I recommended this place to my mom to change her tires, she made an appointment for tires around $400 and they didn t ask her because the tires was not on inventory and instead of the cheapest one, they change it for tires that was more than $1000. As she was a WOMEN by herself they just took the advantage and change it WITHOUT CONSULTATION and wanted make her pay for the $1000 tires. As she refused to pay that amount, the manager called to my mom and screamed at her and as my mom keep telling she was not responsable that they didn t asked her before change it the tires the MANAGER hang up the phone. Now my mom had to still pay more than $200 for nothing, still with the bad tires. GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I m not gonna recommend this place anymore to anyone else.

I took my care for break service. When I picked up the car, I noticed the windshield had a big crack. I told manager the windshield was not broken before they started working on it. I asked him to show the picture of the video while leaving the garage or inside the garage but he refused for any co-operation. I also told him that I can show you a picture from my home video camera that shows no damage to the windshield when I left to drop the car off for brake service.

My car had sustained some fairly significant damage when I hit something in the road. Mike and Joe were very considerate and understanding. They explained what needed to be fixed and explained why those repairs were necessary for my car to run safely. They also saved the parts that were damaged to show me what was wrong. Where they went beyond the call of duty was in reassuring me that I had done the right thing in hitting the object (despite the damages) since swerving would have necessitated hitting other cars or the median divider. I realize that this was common sense, but I know they both sensed that I was upset with the damage I had caused, and they went out of their way to reassure me. Mike and Joe are the reason I keep returning to Firestone in Saddlebrook.

Store has been revamped management-wise and now seems to be "Customer-Focused". I got an immediate appointment for service and quality work done immediately. Staff courteous and friendly.

Worst place I ever been to in my life. People at the front desk are incompetent. I ordered tires , which was shipped to this location. Then they tell me they won t be able to do the installation. Truly upsetting. I will never come back to this location.

Great service!I would recommend this Firestone auto care to anyone. I've had very positive interactions with them. Store manager Barkev Sanosian in my experience is responsive, knowledgeable , friendly and trustworthy.

Had a problem with what seemed to be a valve stem. Was told need to replace the tires. Agreed to do this . Declined the tire protection plan and somehow the next day had a flat and the same problem with the valve stem. Told I had a bolt on the tire. Seemed odd to me another $30 to fix this. See what happens next I guess.

Barkev(I believe thats the spelling) at reception desk was extremely helpful. I m from out of town and had a flat tire. He got me in ASAP at 7AM. This guy needs some recognition. Back on the road we go.

My daughter is in NJ and takes her car in for an oil change. She is told that she needs to replace her breaks and say she needs rotators because of the east coast corrosion. The car has never had the rotators turns and is from California where corrosion is not an issue. She calls me and I think they are taking advantage of a woman with children because they don t know about mechanics. I m on the west coast and unable to assess them for my self so I give my credit card information to pay for the break and they take it upon themselves to throw in a fuel system cleaning and charge it to my card without authorization. When my daughter gets back home she has her boyfriend look at the car and notices that there is no fluid in the radiator! Doing business like this is disgraceful and illegal and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau!

I left my flat tire at 11:30 and I was waiting outside. 13:30 not even one mechanic did not look on this tire. It s the best service ever. Never again.

Had to bring my truck in for an alignment this morning had a 7:00 a.m. appointment I was brought right in , my vehicle is done very quickly, all repairs were explained to me and I was in and out in no time. Very satisfied with my service today!!!

Wheel balance, and check my battery, and end up something else had to be done, thank God I'm happy with the job but a lil pricey, they should offer coffee for the customer that is waiting for service especially when is cold.

I ve had nothing but great cost savings experiences here as I stopped going to the dealer. Mike always gives the best advice. Barkev is prompt & very precise when explaining things. I ve saved hundreds getting my car serviced here & am happy I have a new mechanic that has dealer quality service. I am extremely satisfied. I was headed to MD and I heard some noise in my car on the way. I took it here to Firestone in Saddle Brook, NJ and they fixed everything quickly and efficiently so that I can get back on the road safely for my long trip. Barkev the store manager and his staff was very helpful in this process! Thank you again!

I have been to this location for Tires, Brakes and Oil Changes. And I never had any issues. I like that they tell you what needs to be done, this saved me lots of time and money on more than one occasion. I had a great customer service experience with Mike and there is another fella that goes over and beyond. I have used them for over 4 years while living in the area.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

The new Firestone manager in Saddle Brook does not honor Firestone,s Lifetime Alignment Warranty! Store Manager Barkev Sanossian would not honor Firestone's Lifetime Alignment. He said they cost him money, and he was tired of giving out free stuff. I had to go to another store to get alignment checked. I have 3 cars with Firestone Lifetime Alignment contracts.

I bought a battery in March, it died by August. AAA looked at it and apparently, it wasn t a good battery to begin with. It had to be fully charged. Firestone wanted me to bring it in so they could fully charge it for an hour and a half and then see what happens. If they replace the battery (even if it s free) I no longer trust the business. Annoyed and disgusted.Service: Battery

Work done to perfection! Bought 4 new tires and ordered an alignment. They did an alignment check and told me I was fine, and didn't need it. That kind of honesty will keep me coming back!

I don t normally visit this location but the place I normally go didn t have the oil my car uses. I called the day before to verify that they had my oil. They confirmed and gave me a 3pm appointment and told me that it should take 1 hour to complete (normally my oil changes are quicker). It s now 5:46 pm, I m the only customer here and I ve been waiting over 2 1/2 hours. The first person I asked to tell me how much longer I d wait said he would find out and get back to me. That was 30 minutes ago and he never came back. I then went to another person who saw me standing in front of him for about 2 minutes, refused to address me then tried to walk away until I called him out. It s difficult to imagine a worse customer service experience.
