I had a hood replaced a couple of years ago. It looked great. I thought they used a brand new one until the hood they used started rusting from the front inside. They cleaned up the rust that you could see before they painted it, but they never removed the rust from the inside. Now the paint started bubling, and it's from the rust they left behind.RUST NEVER SLEEPS!

Had my car s rear bumper replaced last August 21st. John W. , my service advisor was a super guy. Upfront with what I can expect after. Advised me of the waiting time for parts realistically and the repair time. He underpromised but overdelivered so I am a happy customer. Went out of his way to contact Enterprise for my rental car. Just lovely!:) I am satisfied overall with their repair skills so Thanks! Guys.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Quality is what they do. Estimates done quick and reasonably priced. Shop manager at the desk is very polite and helpful. Highly recommend dealing with John

My pick up is paint is like orange pill even after 3 returns to shop . Recomended by insurance . Not responsible . My truck was driven while in shop . I would not recommend no one to this shop .

The staff are amazing lead by Mr. Jeff Mngr. They made the repair on my F150 Full Hybrid a breeze and with Top Notch High End Quality. Came in to install a new catalytic converter due to mine being stolen. I was kept in the loop during the whole process & insurance covered everything. The staff was also very helpful

Quality Auto Body went above and beyond in a very difficult situation. A very critical rear axle part required was on a Ford National backorder status for over 4-months! Both John & Jeff were always communicating the status changes to complete the repairs on my vehicle ! Even the the Quality Auto Service Manager Carlos Santana was calling me to brief me on my truck s status! And he even performed a full 45,000 mile interval service while waiting on parts. I will always use Quality Auto for all of my Ford Truck maintenance and auto body repair services! I have purchased all of my Ford Trucks from Quality Auto for over 30-years! Their maintenance shop is top notch and they always treat me like family! Don t use this place!!!! They are so unprofessional. They made me wait till the last minute after two weeks waiting that my car still was not ready they keep giving me the runaround. Why didn t finish it. When it was only a bumper . I called them and I asked them why they didn t call me to let me know that was going to take this long and they respond cause they don t have time to call� what type of business is this with no communication to the customer?Service: Painting

The best autobody shop in this area! The people there are nice and responsible. They perfected repaired my car. To my surprise, they fixed another problem of my car which I has not paid for. They have also thoroughly cleaned my car. If I knew they have provided such an excellent service, I would have tipped them. Anyhow, highly recomended!Service: Body & Trim
