Phil is one of the best mechanics you will ever find and also one of the most fair and honest mechanics you will find. he knows his stuff more than anyone I have used in the past and is actually currently fixing my BMW and so far I am very pleased with the progress he has made and should be picking my car up at the end of the day today actually!! Phil's Auto Service is a no brainer... Honest, Knowledgeable, and Affordable. you can put your trust in Phil and know that you are not getting ripped off at all, he does not do anything that is not necessary for the car to be repaired and will give the best price for the best work in the area!!! I am officially a full-time customer of Phil's Auto Service and have recommended him to many friends and family who have all been satisfied with the work as well! You can put your mechanical trust in Phil's (and his staff) and know you will get your car back fixed properly!!!

Myself and my fiance have been going to Phil's for years and he's never disappointed. He"s always been super nice, respectful, and fair when it comes to prices. While traveling 200 miles from home, my vehicle started acting up. Took me a while to get off the parkway since I had to pull over frequently. Checking google reviews and shops close to where I was stranded, I cam across Phil's Auto Service at the Sunoco. Of course my worry set in since far from home is the prime time to get overcharged by an unscrupulous mechanic. When I go there, first thing, the first guy said Phil wasn't in yet and he was jam packed with work. My truck really wouldn't move, so I welcomed Phil to work! He agreed he was piled high with work but would scan my vehicle. Shortly thereafter he told me something could possibly be done to help me out and get me going. (and the bad news was only that it would take two hours to get the part!). And that estimate was spot on, two hours later the part arrived, he set right on it and an hour later I was on my way! Phil went way out of his way to help out a stranded guy and he didn't overcharge me and I was impressed how he squeezed me in to get me on the road! Thanks Phil!!! Next time I head that way for an airport trip, I'm taking vehicle there for regular service even though it's 200 miles from my home!

Brought our car in because there was something wrong with the wheel bearings. Phil couldn't get them out because they were rusted, so he decided that the best course of action was to hit it with a hammer until he completely destroyed the "upper control arm" (according to the Subaru service center we had to ultimately take the car to). Will have to now spend another grand to fix the car, on top of the other costs.

First time going and very happy. Phil is very friendly and honest. He explained the possible options clearly and within seconds of me telling him the issue. He was able to fix it at Reasonable price. Phil s a standup guy and I d go back anytime.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

If I could give zero stars I would. We used Phil in the past so we thought we could use him again and are beyond upset with his professionalism, work, and skill. He COMPLETELY WRECKED our car by destroying the upper control arm and, due to his incompetence, we are out over $1000 and had to go to another mechanic to fix it. On top of ruining our car he did not communicate to us during this process and had our car for an entire week which has been awful and caused us to lose more money because of cancelled reservations. We were recommended to him through a neighbor and are beyond disappointed. I am at a loss with what to even do, he owes us so much money. What he has done is criminal. DO NOT GO HERE!Services: Tires, Brakes

Took my car here because I thought I needed to get my tire plugged. After taking me right away, he saw that the screw was too short and didn t need to be plugged after all. Phil was very polite, trustworthy and respectful! I will be back!
