What a great experience! Easy and quick process. Fair and honest pricing for our son s first car. Extremely clean and maintained 2013 Audi A4. Definitely going back for servicing and our next used car vehicle. A+

They did a great job on my car. I have a 2014 BMW, in fair shape, recently went to BMW Bloomfield for servicing and was told I needed, front struts ($3600), bushings replacements ($1100) and wheel alignment ($249). I went to Farah Auto to inquire about the work and was quoted a good price of ($1800) for all three jobs which included parts and labor. Of course I was riding across the turnpike a day later and hit a huge pothole, the front right strut broke the right axle causing the strut to rub up against the tire and burn the tire. I planned to get the job done at the end of the month but due to these circumstances, I was able to bring the car in the next day and they fixed in one day. Not to mention, I looked all over to find someone who could assist me with trying to fix my car radio, as it went out about 1.5 years ago and no one could find the parts and BMW wanted to charge me ($250) to diagnosis it and then said it would cost me about ($3000) to replace. Farah auto found the radio, replaced and reprogrammed it in one day for the price of ($1200). I have no idea how they get parts in a prompt manner because they found a tail light for me at a reasonable price quickly too. They even offered me a loaner when they had the keep the car for a couple of days to get all work done. I really appreciate the work done and at a reasonable price. It would have cost me about $10K to fix everything when they completed the job for $4K and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend if you have a BMW that needs fixing. I normally always take my car to BMW Bloomfield as I trusted no outside source but Farah did a good job, therefore I would go back if the dealership will cost me a fortune.

Best auto shop around! After getting quotes double the price from other shops I stopped into faraj auto and they took care of my brakes in under an hour. They even changed out my wheel locks that were installed wrong by the dealer. Great customer service, prices, and fast turnaround.

I drive a Land Rover & Faraj Auto took care of my car. From the oil change to the new breaks, everything was very smooth. Mazen was very precise and provided all information needed to me in a timely manner. They put in new breaks for my car in just a few hours. Price is very fair. You can t go wrong with them! This was the best used -car buying experience I ve ever had. Mark Faraj and his team are professional and you can tell they put pride into their business. Make Faraj your first and last stop for your used car needs. I couldn t be happier with the reasonably priced 03 Toyota Highlander I bought there. It was a hidden gem: 60k mi, one owner and religiously maintained.

Honest mechanic, look out for their customers. When you go in to fix an issue they do due diligence and check the car completely. I ve taken my cars there throughout the years and trust them, especially back when i had my hybrid! They work on all cars, gas, hybrid, electric. And keep mechanics updated on latest trainings and best practices. Top shop.

Our daughter is from California and going to school in Rutherford. That being said her car had a battery issue and he was great taking care of it, after that there was another issue and they came to her, picked up the car and took care of the issue! The comfort Mark have not only our daughter but us as parents could not be overstated enough!!

They charged me 55 USD for a 5 minute job which he didn't even repair, he just removed the cover from the bottom of my engine, something I could have done too;Before of that:When I asked what I had to do he didn't tell me.He just went under the car and took out the part and told me it's $55 USD... when he went down I thought he was doing it for "the warranty of the car I bought him"... but no he just charge me $55.

It s difficult for auto repair shop to maintain high rating, but this place has 4.8 and once we visited we understood why.I bought my cousin 2015 A3 which we were informed by previous trusted mechanics that the vehicle had major engine and transmission issues. I don t think the previous mechanics had any intent to over charge but it was a question of expertise and knowledge of the exact issue.When I got the vehicle to Faraj, we were assigned Mark. He was extremely knowledgeable, kept us informed at every stop what he is going to do and why. He fixed our vehicle within 3 hours, apparently lucky for us it was something minor and vehicle is running great so far.I think the quote for diagnostic and labor charges were higher than what other mechanic quoted us. But it was worth every penny as our vehicle is up and running.To conclude you may pay a slight premium, but these guys are honest, upfront and have tremendous expertise in their field. If you have issues, I would strongly suggest bringing it to Faraj for atleast getting a second opinion before committing to a major repair.

FLAWLESS visit from start to finish. Truly DELIGHTFUL doing business here, I'm so confident with my purchase and proud to be a returning customer. Save yourself time and money if you choose to trade/purchase a vehicle, make it your business to take time of your day and sit with Mark. You'll make a wonderful choice. Check frequently their website, that also is fabulously put together. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It's been 8 months since the purchase of my vehicle from here. Why so long to write a review.. I had to put it to the test and just drive it all over. It has gone to NC twice and has simply been my daily car since. I've put a lot of miles on it going back and forth with my family as we all share this car. It's an outstanding vehicle. So is Faraj Auto. If you are searching for a car I suggest you visit them and discuss your needs. They listen and deliver excellent service. If I need another car after this one I'll do business again.

I've become a regular customer at Faraj! I got my last car from them and I just got a newer one over the weekend. Mark and his Dad have always been great to work with. No matter what it is,I was able to drop in and they took care of me. I am so happy with my new purchase and I will continue to go to them because they are amazing people and care so much about their customers.

Mark and his dad were so easy to deal with. They made shopping for a used car a pleasurable experience. We test drove 2 cars...they were not pushy at all. We even took one of the cars to our own mechanic for a second opinion. We love the 2011 Altima we bought for our son. The cars in perfect shape inside and out. They even took care of DMV for us, saved us a lot of time. I would highly recommend visiting Faraj Auto Traders if you're in the market for a used car.

Very good mechanic. Most places wouldn t fix your car to 100% just so you can return later but not this place. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a straightforward honest mechanic. Thank you again for the repairs on my car. Drives like new.

My car was having electrical issues for several weeks. I took it to multiple mechanics and they were unable to figure out the problem or fix it. Finally I took it to Faraj Auto and they were able to solve the issue within a couple of days and I was very pleased with their service. Definitely recommend.

These guys are my local repair place, but I've had to bring my car back multiple times after repairs were complete. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt here with 4 stars because the staff are all very knowledgeable and explain what's being fixed, and my repair was not simple. However, it would be better for me if it were simply fixed the first time, especially if the car is there for over a month.
