Absolutely fantastic customer service! Had an issue finding the correct bearing and race for my transmission. Lori and Branden were helpful and professional in helping me find the right input bearing and race. In an age where customer service is hard to find, TPD will not disappoint! Highly recommend and will buy again.

Order a complete rebuild kit for an AR5 transmission. Was sent parts without part numbers on them and although the kit shows as a GM kit was shipped Toyota parts (which seem to be the same). No pick list of all the parts to be in the box , or the corresponding GM parts and the Toyota parts shipped in their place. Syncro rings are missing for 5th and Reverse. When I messaged to find out why these parts are missing, after days and follow up emails I was told the kit doesn't include them. Yet it does have a retention ring for reverse. The claim was all the bearings in the picture were sent (which they were) and because the synchro rings are shown they claim those are not included because they don't have them. I paid an extremely high amount for this kit because it was supposed to be complete, and had to wait for a month to get parts only to find out all the parts aren't there and they were substituted for Toyota parts.Nobody even responded to my follow up email asking how they can claim the 5th and Reverse Synchro assembly isn't included in a complete rebuild kit.Buyer beware I now need to file a complaint with my credit card company and track down missing parts.

So far not getting any answers to my inquiry about getting a replacement part for the one that was sent to me and was also bad. Figures, once you get your money their is no reason to keep a customer satisfied. Would not recommend this business to anyone. It would be nice to talk to someone by phone also, no one picks up and when you speak to anyone it's by text. What kind of reputable business does that??? Mark this up as a lesson learned.

Good company to deal with. Placed an order for a rebuild kit, and afterwards read some negative reviews. Was a little skeptic at first because of that. Placed the order on Sep. 4th and the status showed no update on Sep. 6th, so I called (was asked to leave a message) and also contacted them via de email. They promptly responded and immediately processed my order and kept me updated. Very happy and the everything looks top notch. Thanks Lori and Brandon.

I looked worldwide for this until I found this after finding 2 other places that supposedly had 1 of the 2 I needed and one of those arrived as a pulley, not bearing. This place sent correct bearing and the price was so much less that even with the 3 day shipping it was less then the others. I would have bought the matching bearing here as well had I not already ordered elsewhere! Remember this- Jeep Patriot, input and output bearing. Manual trans. Noise.

Ordered a shift fork for my NP 208 I guess these things are really hard to find now they had one for me cheapest one I could find too came with new pads. It did end up coming a little later than expected but I blame USPS for that. will definitely order from this company again would have loved to seen a sticker to put on my truck lol

The part that I ordered wouldn't work, after contacting TPD and explaining my dilemma they sent me a return shipping label . After receiving the part they gave me a refund. Very pleased with the whole transaction and will recommend them to anyone needing a torque converter.Thanks again for your professionalism.

Fortunately, not only does this company have competitive prices, they also have good customer service. No issues with a refund for my unneeded order and good communication. My order was delivered damaged, tried to talk with a person and it's nothing but a run around. I wanted to be able to say good things but they would rather me send all the parts back instead of coming to an agreement of replacement of the damaged parts. To there credit they offered to ship replacements but the way the stuff was packaged in the first shipment didn't leave me much trust it wouldn't end up the same way. If you think 2 pieces of paper on top of bearings in open bags is good enough then I'm sorry I placed my order at all.

Tried to find a rebuild kit for my np229 and had no luck anywhere, all sites showed kit in stock but when I called or emailed I was always told they didn't have it. Texted TDP about a np229 rebuild kit they had showing in stock on their web site. They got back to me and said they had it in stock. Bought it right away and it arrived within a week, all the parts as listed at a very good price. No issues or problems, all went smooth. I would buy from them any time.Thank you TPD.

Placed an on-line order for a Borg Warner transfer case chain and clutch pack return spring. Parts arrived sooner than expected, were well packaged for shipment, and were exactly what I ordered. Horrible Experience. I ordered a rebuild kit that never arrived. I contacted transmission parts distributors and they said they would check on it. I never heard from them again. No rebuild kit and no offer for a refund. My only recourse was to file a claim thru PayPal just to get my money back. Steer clear of this shady New Jersey company.

I ordered parts for an old transmission on a Sunday evening. The parts were in my hand less than 36 hours later and my truck was up and running 1 hour after that! In the current world of supply chain interruptions, lack of a labor force and associated frustrations, these folks found a way to get it done!!!!! They should be very proud of themselves for providing superior service and I will absolutely make it a point to do business with them every chance I get! Great job guys!

A bit strange at first, communicating via text; however, once the details were anonymously exchanged and we got to the point of payment, I requested a call for security reasons to provide card number and other details.I was pleasantly surprised when Lori introduced herself and in an expert manner and acquired the information needed to complete the transaction.Well done Lori, I appreciate you.
