I am rewriting this review after 1 month of my car purchase. I recently had a disappointing experience with this car dealer. After 1 month, I realized they failed to provide complete financial details, and we received agreement documents with missing pages. This lack of transparency has left me frustrated and questioning their professionalism.While they assisted in securing a lower interest rate, it was later revealed that this reduction was tied to an undisclosed extra charge for a service contract amounting to $3199. Transparency was lacking, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall transaction.Please be careful when you buy your car with these dealers, make sure all the numbers add up and look fine.

RUN don't WALK towards this dealership! Here's why. 1) They sold my aunt a 2024 brand new car, 2 miles on it for a steal! 2) Not only was joey so patient with us, god bless his soul lol, but he was entertaining. He told us a few stories that made the time go by faster. 3) Rory was super friendly and even understood all of our jokes. He made sure that we stayed at our monthly price range which was a must have for us.This is all to say, I would definitely come back.

I recently purchased a new GR86 , and had a great sales experience. Inventory for these cars are low, and I was willing to wait for one, and in my non-preferred color. It was my only option. It took some time, but within a single visit, I was totally surprised when they found my desired car in stock. Phil Debinski went above and beyond to make this possible, and he also had integral support from the management team. The other dealers I visited just said "sorry". Toyota of Runnemede wanted me to have the the right car, not just any car. And that is what happened.Thank you Phil!!! I love my new GR86, and you made it possible!

Phil Debinski was very helpful through the process of helping me find the right vehicle for me. He is very honest and does his absolute best to get his customers to drive off in a car they will love. The location as a whole offers excellent customer service and really cares for their customers. As a first time car buyer, I was treated very fairly and taken well care of by everyone at the dealership. Phil made sure I was comfortable in my new car, would enjoy driving it and also made sure it was affordable for me. I always recommend close friends and relatives in the car market to visit Toyota of Runnemede and to look for Phil!

Buyer Beware - I had the worst possible experience with Toyota. It appears I paid a premium for a car, expecting an ongoing relationship, and was simply a quick sale. Despite buying a brand new Toyota SUV and paying thousands over the MSRP, I still can t count on Toyota to stand behind their product.After 8 months:- Still no second key. Literally, I have been waiting 8 months for the promised key. Toyota clearly has the keys, as they deliver them with the new vehicle. But, they will not provide the follow on service.- Car Play does not work correctly. The Toyota appears to be giving the incorrect location to the iPhone. So, any map app (Waze, Google, Apple Maps) has erroneous data and cannot give you good routing information.- The digital key does not download. The Toyota app and digital key simply will not download and function.

I encourage you to go to Toyota of Turnersville instead. Runnemede gets 3.8 Stars for a very valid reason. I hope you do your research before making a grave mistake.I've heard too many customers complain about negative service in Toyota of Runnemede Sales and Service to give this used car dealership a chance.Customers have been screamed at. Customers have been lied to. Customers mean nothing to this store, as long as new ones walk in the door. Remember that.Are you going to be responsible for keeping a bad business open? I encourage you to go to Toyota of Turnersville instead.

Amazing service from people willing to work with you and your needs! Phil Debinski was very patient with me, and as a first time buyer, he did everything he could to get me the best deal. I was by myself, and Phil went above and beyond to make sure I got a car I liked at a price I could afford. Will absolutely be recommending him and this dealer to anyone who needs a new or certified pre-owned car. Very satisfied with my purchase!!!!

I was shopping around for a reliable, cute and affordable vehicle that would be replacing my beloved lease. I came into Toyota of Runnemede feeling rather trepidatious about financing for the first time. David Bodnar dissipated all of my doubts and worries with his friendly and warm disposition. He made the process a smooth and delightful experience. I didn t feel like I was being sold on anything. Instead, it was as easy as shopping around with a friend. Everyone was very supportive and helpful from the time they said hello until I drove away in my new Camry.I still pester David with my many questions and he is more than happy oblige!A huge Thank You to the whole team!10/10 would recommend!

I am very pleased with my experience in purchasing a new truck from Toyota of Runnemede. The model and configuration I chose was not very common and not available on the lot. Rafael, my salesman, and manager Fred were able to identify a vehicle slated to arrive in 2-3 weeks. While this vehicle was delayed in transit, they sourced an identical unit at a nearby dealership in PA and were able to expedite the transfer for me. Rafael was professional, courteous, and put in the effort to see that I received my vehicle as quickly as possible. The day that I asked to schedule for my delivery was a day that he was not working. Rafael made it happen and prepared all of the paperwork in advance and ensured I would be greeted by others on the team. He went out of his way to call me that morning to check on the progress and confirm that everything was going smoothly. If you find yourself at the dealership, ask for Rafael.

Toyota of Runnemede is a greatest company to buy cars,no matter what your credit score is or credit situation you still can get approved for $zero money down. My salesperson Steve Ahern so nice and patient , and also he's very helpful, guys don't worry to much about money, I got my car with zero money down now I'm enjoying it , so don't wait just go there ask for Steve Ahern to get yours and believe me you'll be back and say thank you!Happy holidays to all of you guys.

Joey and Greg were awesome. I purchased my car last week and was not in the best mood when entering the dealership. I did not plan on getting a new car soon and needed more time to set up financials. Joey was patient with me and did not hold my initial attitude against me. We looked at options, and I settled on a 2024 Prius. Greg educated me on financial stuff and made me feel better about where I am financially. Credit and all that can be demoralizing but I didn't feel judged at all. Greg and Joey are great and will totally work with you.

Bad customer service. They like to sell you false promises. Was supposed to get my passenger mirror replaced from a 2020 Toyota sienna I purchased from them. What was only supposed to take a couple of days from the day of purchased turned into over a month for when the part is expected to come in. I ve been given the runaround about dates for the part supposedly arriving sooner when it hasn t. Being put on hold and being hung up on. No phone calls from my sales reps updating me on anything as they said they would, I always had to call. I ve made two visits up to the dealership about their lack of communication and poor customer service.

I do love this place, it s the best place to buy a car. Ben Rosenberg, my salesperson was so patient, nice and helpful to me during the process of getting my car. He made it so easy and wasn t fed up answering all my questions.On the other hand, I can t ask for more when it come to Tom Blinebury, the finance manager. He s so straightforward and did not include hidden fees. He was patient and helpful to get me the best rate. He answered all my questions, took his time to explain everything to me.You guys are simply the best. I don't know about anyone else, but I arrived at 1230pm and before I knew it, I was driving off the lot by 430pm. Everyone made me feel welcomed. Phil was awesome!! No fast talking. All honesty.

The process was efficient from start to finish, with friendly and helpful staff. I am a PA resident and everyone was very helpful with the PA registration process, I would purchase from out of state again in the future based on the ease of this experience. Terrell from sales was exceptionally helpful and responsive as I awaited my PA license plate - I would recommend both this dealership as well as working with Terrell!

Took my Mom to look for a car with auto start. She had a Honda and wanted a New Corolla. With the help of Farrell she found a excellent ride with low mileage and great price.. She was able to get the after market remote start. So her winter rides to work will be pleasant. Rory the finance manager made the paperwork process quick and easy! They are all wonderful at Toyota of Runnemede.

I came here to test drive a 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross. They said it was on the lot. When I arrived, they said the car has been sold and the only one they have is in the showroom. They told me I d need to put a $500 deposit down to reserve my spot to test drive it. Deposits should not be required, only a driver s license. Plus, they said the deposit is refundable but other reviews here say how hard it s been to get their money back. Be wary.

I would just like to start off by saying NO ONE LIKES CAR SHOPPING! It s very boring and LONG. We started out the process of trying to buy out our lease at Liberty Toyota in Burlington. We were there for six hours just for them to LIE to us and tell us we had to purchase a warranty for financing. We left tried to come back with a check and were denied again.I immediately called Toyota of Runnemede in which I was told that s not true and they would help us out. Of course they tried to sell us on a new Highlander but for the amount of upgrades it s been since ours it wasn t worth the huge jump in payment. Our salesman Fred was very straight forward and didn t play games with us. There was no upselling and honestly trying to do what was best. However Greg was the man and suggested a 4Runner. This was an SUV we thought was out of our price range (for what we would like to pay) but somehow made it work! We got into a wayyyy more expensive car for very close to our lease buyout rate.Again the experience although long was simple and easy! We were loyal to Liberty but will no longer be giving them our business. Don t let car dealerships waste your time and lie to make money. Also if it wasn t for the 4Runner option, we were already starting the paperwork for our buyout so they were even kind and helpful when they were going to make zero money from us!

Excellent experience at Toyota of Runnemede. I bought a 2022 Toyota Camry model XSE. My sales consultant was awesome name: Loc Tran. I highly recommend this sales consultant. He took the extra time for me to test drive other models until I found the right car for myself. Attention to detail and ensured my transaction and all detail needs were met with my new purchase. The finance business manager Robert Reihing, Jr., took the extra time to call me back to explain all the warranties and further financial questions I had. Service department technician "Chuck" returned my calls and was attentive to resolving mechanical issues. So, far very happy with my experience.

My mom went in to get details purchase her lease and the dealership would only give her information on buying or leasing new cars. They kept her there for two hours, and didn t give her a single detail about buying out her current lease. They didn t even get it appraised after 2 HOURS! They were extremely rude to her, and she had to demand to get her keys back. On the way out the manager of the dealership waved and smirked to her and said see ya . We have been going there for many years purchased over three vehicles and we will not return. Unbelievable.

I came in for an oil change for my Corolla hatchback and left with a Tacoma. Sales representative Joe got me the right vehicle. Sales Manager Greg got me the right deal. Sales rep Mike helped me with all the electronics and setting up my phone. Sales rep Mickael helped take the plates off and put my temp tags on. Make sure to have these guys help you with your car-buying experience.
