I took my Highlander Hybrid in for the 10,000 mile service. I booked a 7:00 AM appointment and was certain I was the first car in line at 6:50 AM.After an hour I went looking for my car, this seemed to be taking too long. I didn't see the service advisor so I asked another who told me I needed to wait for Anthony to return. I walked around the lot only to find my car parked! It hasn't been serviced yet. I went back in and waited for Anthony and this when I saw my car start because my phone connected to the Bluetooth.It was ~1.5 hours before work was started. When Anthony came in, he apologized, a tech called in sick...OK, that's fine. Maybe he should have told me this? I was never updated on the status of my car. I booked the very first appointment and ensured I was the first car in for the day for a reason.The receipt says my car was finished at 8:48. What exactly did the tech do? I saw at ~8:30 it was started.So this is a 15 min service I waited 2 hours for?Did they actually do anything?There was other person that arrived after me at 7:00 AM. I saw him leave before me.Once again Toyota service department was completely awful.I will never be back to this dealer. My time is more valuable than this. I'd rather pay Jiffy Lub to do the service.

Omar was extremely helpful however when he wasn't available the service person that called to update me was not helpful and didn't have the correct information regarding my car

Have regular maintenance on my vehicle here and always satisfied.Hoping a big job that could come along won't be too costly.Would like to trade in for a new vehicle but special fees and add on charges make this very difficult even though I know they will list my car for more than I paid new...

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I went to the dealer March 1 to purchase a pickup did a trade in put 2,000 down and I have not been able to get the truck. The headlight has to get fixed and it was suppose to be ready by Friday then they called and said it won't be ready until today March 3rd and now they saying it won't be ready until Saturday. Mind y'all they haven't paid Mt car off so now it's late please do not go to this dealer.

I serviced my 2016 4Runner here for the past two years, but will not return after my last experience. Communication was poor and I experienced serious mechanical issues on the way home.I had dropped the vehicle off at 10 AM for a simple 95k service, never received a phone call that the car was ready, had to follow-up the next day. Retrieved the car and the check engine light was on and experienced transmission issues on the way home. Paperwork indicated other issues that needed to be addressed, but no one explained them to me over the phone, at pickup or offered to schedule additional service.I've always preferred to service through a dealer, but will find another in the area. Completely unacceptable.

The Worse experience ever at a dealership. I went there to purchase a 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross LE and the Amount online is $28,314 when I got there they tried to charge me $37,814. The salesmen was talking extremely fast they even tried to downplay my car. The salesman name is Tony. He started off really nice but when the price didn t add up it wasn t making sense he was really pushy. When I got there they had someone joy riding in the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I will not recommend going here to purchase a car. They are very unprofessional and they will rip you off if you are a woman.

The service itself was ok (in the past), but scheduling an appointment became a nightmare. They changed the person in charge of service scheduling and she has no clue. Completely incompetent. She spends 20 minutes asking all my information when it is already in their system. She tells me that there are no 8:00 am appointments but when you check online system, it lists several open 8:00 am slots. She tells me that my appointment is at 9:430 am and I get confirmation for 9:45 am. I call the office back trying to change the appointment and instead of looking up available time slots she tells me someone will have to call me back. Then proceeds to ask me all my information again. In the past, it was 3-4 minute call to schedule a service. They would look me up in the system quickly and there always would be early morning appointments. Now the call drags for 20 minutes and I do not get exact information. Very disappointed. Will look for other places to service my car.

Shady and non-transparent regarding charges. Lied and said that I requested tire rotation, which is 100% untrue. I was meeting with the sales rep while I was there for service (oil change) to talk about the end of my lease and would possibly be turning my lease in that day...why would I ask to pay for something that I would not benefit from? I guess everyone is hard-up these days, but Toyota of Runnemede thought it was a good idea to pass along the expense to the consumer...shameful.

Worst service department EVER!! They have such an air of arrogance and superiority I will NEVER take my car back nor will I EVER buy another vehicle there, after purchasing my last 5 vehicles from them

The customer service staff seems unfriendly, maybe it was because of my Hispanic appearance. I made a personal appointment for my vehicle and was never notified by email or cell phone.El personal de servicio al cliente se muestra antip�tico, talvez fu� por mi apariencia de hispano. Hice una cita personal para mi veh�culo y nunca me avis� el correo ni el celular.
