After all the bad reviews the NJMVC gets, I wanted to relate my great experience. I came in for my new real license. I got there at 8:50am for a 9:15am appointment. They took me right away. All three gentlemen that took care of me were friendly and courteous. I was out of there at 9:10am! Great experience!

Miserable employees that go out of their way to make everything as unpleasant and time consuming as possible. Line was to the door when I arrived and everyone in line kept getting sent to the back of the line for stupid made up reasons. I was just trying to renew my standard (not "real id") license and had every type of "points" listed on their website. I had my current license, marriage license, mortgage letter stating my address, insurance card, social security card, and a couple other documents. This wasn't enough. Was told I needed a debit card which I didnt have on me. Was also told I could not have my middle name on the form. Was sent to back of line and had a different lady next. This one told me my documents were all "trash" and after glaring at my stuff for five min told I had to write my middle name on the form! Finally I made it to the final boss who told me I didn't have enough points but after asking around decided to let me have my license. There were several people that were having an even worse time than I was and did not get their registration/permits/etcI'm never going to this location again but honestly that's what they want. There's no dmvs that do licenses near my house either to make matters worse

At 12:50 pm today the Spanish skinny boy who greeted us when we came in, took my photo 3 times then he followed us in the parking lot and took my picture. They are so rude here. The last time I came here one of the black girls came from out the back and took my picture sitting next to the cop. I think I'll get me a lawyer because I'm tired of this foolishness. If you want better treatment DONT COME HERE

I will not be come back here! I went to turn in tags today and i got Shawanna who was ,rude, condesending and had a very bad attitude. She was focused on germs while not wearing a mask or anyone wearing a mask. If you do not like your job quot! Do not take it out on a disabled veteran.

The older woman in the front desk check in she is really kinda rude. Her attitude needs an adjustment. Your working with the public. Your attitude she be alot better

CUSTOMER SERVICE SU**S here , today 12/8/2023, around 12:40pm went to change my address on my license THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME including the supervisor KR****N. They act like they own DMV. Either you do it online if you don t want do that you still have to go online to schedule an appointment to go get it done there according to HER. My question is what do they get paid for ? Because all what I saw them doing there is sit,talk and be rude to people instead of helping them .They really need CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING .or replace them with AI.

Security at the front told me that they cannot verify a knowledge test permit receipt. Wasted time and gas going there. Their appointment list should be updated.

What a joke this place it!. Made an appointment and still waited. Line was out the door. Extremely rude lady directed everyone to sit, funny only a few chairs. Never again

This is the only DMV I want to go to now. Ive been in the process of trying to get my CDL for months now and have been to multiple DMVs. Runnemede is the best though. Everyone was helpful and the man working the front desk went out of his way to make sure I was being helped. It was quick and I didn't have to wait too long for anything.

I dread going to the DMV specifically because of this specific dmv. I have now had 2 separate bad experiences here. Most recently this morning when I came in with everything I needed to renew my registration. The woman at the front was very helpful and nice and let me know what I needed to do and where to hand in my paperwork. I got my number and sat down thinking I was going to make it out unscathed only to be startled to my feet 5 minutes later by Mr. C. Williams SCREAMING my number. Literally screamed. One of the women leaving actually said wow, how rude as I quickly walked up to his window. He then chastised me like a child for not paying attention to the screen behind him apparently showing my number. Appalling, immature behavior. I was pretty upset but decided for the best not to say anything. I provided my documents, paid and as he handed me back my license and registration he sarcastically said ya you re welcome . I would say save yourself the frustration of having to deal with this disgusting behavior and go somewhere else, but this place just seems to love dealing with people so much I think everyone should go here and keep Mr. Williams so busy he doesn t have the chance to scream at anyone again.

Worst state run agency in NJ, most inconsiderate people and they have ZERO clue what they are doing , just returned from there and it took 3 people to figure out what to do with a car title

Actually, it was a pretty good experience.They check for your appointment and the person at the front, preps u for what u need done; provides forms, answers questions, explains procedures.U take those completed forms to the next designated area and then they process u and provide u with a number which a third person will finalize your visit.Here u will pay any fees and receive any items and/or documentation. The system is very efficient and as long as u have what the website requirements are (which u have to visit for your appointment) everything should be smooth

DO NOT waste your time here. They used to be great. Now they don t do anything. All I wanted to do was change to my married name and they don t do it anymore. We got up early for nothing. Everyone hates going to the DMV and this is exactly why. I d love to know what their paychecks are like.

I made an appointment online and got there on time. There were only two people ahead of me and one was walking off as I approached the window. I gave the window my card and sat down. In less than 5 minutes, they were calling me to the window to pay my bill. I was there to get a duplicate registration. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I have never gone to a DMV and had such fast service in my life. And I am 58 years old and have been driving since I was 17.. And the friendliness was just so nice to experience.. Shout Out to the DMV employees of Runnemede..

All I can say is I'm very happy with my visit there today. I made an appointment online for 8:30 am I got there by 8, b.c via email they ask you to arrive 15 mins early. I was out and halfway home before 8:15 even hit the clock! Quickest I've ever been in and out of the dmv.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful I was very stressed out by the time I arrived, barely keeping it together. I got everything done before I fell apart on the way home. Poor customer service needs anger management classes and a diet plan! Needs speech classes when dealing with customers lose the accent we ain t in Italy! This should be turned into bacon

All three employees that I came across are super miserable and rude. I'm even more upset the woman at #12 coughed in her hands while handling my paperwork. She could've at least rubbed some sanitizer on them. I felt like she did that on purpose to be honest. I just stayed calm and wished everyone a happy holiday.

Another visit to dmv ..another waste of time and money. Registered and applied for numerous titles, boats and trailers with same paperwork for years and never had issue until today. They actually said they can t accept the paperwork I had YET the officer working the front desk to check if paperwork was correct (he was very nice btw) said it was correct. They invent new ways to deny people and it took the woman about ten minutes to come back to tell me that ..REALLY? Thanks for being the worst, miserable human being working there. I hope karma comes back to you and you lose your last tooth

I am so impressed. I rarely ever rate anything but felt I had to! The employees here are on the ball! They are organized, helpful, and nice! I got here at about 7:30. We started moving by 8. Took about an hour to check in. They then text my cell and sent 4 more texts as my turn got closer letting me know where I stood in place. I aam inside now and expect to be called in 5 minutes. It s 10:00. Not bad! And there are only 10 people inside. Very safe. Good job Runnemede DMV!

took 3 hours. i went friday morning arrived at 805 and i was 87th in line. they took my number down at 857. they texted me to come back at 942, texted me to walk up at 1004, and texted me to come inside at 1027. i was inside for about 20 minutes. i was on my way home at 1052. so it all took about 3 hours. which i don t think it s too bad considering i ve heard people had 5 and 8 hour waits

I liked how regimented it was. Lines for different areas. It moved quite quickly. The lady at check in was very good at her job and I loved her boots. Everyone was very friendly. My only point of anxiety is one employee was walking around with his mask under his nose or on his chin both inside and outside of the facility. He was an older white gentleman. I mentioned my anxiety to the security guard as I left and I was informed he was the manager. Masks need to be worn properly to prevent covid. I was assisted by the lady in booth 11. She is very knowledgeable. I appreciate all the workers doing their jobs so well and being so nice. Thank you!!
